Dreadful company! We had to do a Chargeback to get deposit back because LH illegally withheld deposits to us & others. Later, LH also made refund, so our Bank debited us to balance it out to all square. 7 months later LH tried billing us for an odd amount for no reason, now our Bank is dealing with this. No communication from this tin pot travel agent even though we wrote to their CEO. Incompetence, negligence, deliberate scammers, don't ever book with them, & don't trust their Fake reviews on Trust Pilot written by staff!

The worst customer service we have ever, ever received. We booked our family holiday for September 2020 long before the covid pandemic hit and was left high and dry throughout the year with no customer service, help, options and in the end, (days before the holiday was due) forced to pay extra to change our holiday to 2021. Even though we booked as a package holiday, it was left to us to get in touch with Ryan Air (who charged us a small fortune to change our dates to the next year), and there was no help or customer service to make a stressful situation any better. Trying to speak to anyone was a nightmare as the contact number was removed, shortly followed by the live chat where we did manage to speak with someone once who said "it was business as normal" when it came to going on holiday. How, just how is going on holiday during a pandemic is it business as normal, when we would have to quarantine for 10 days on return and going against the government & WHO advise. We should have been offered a full refund and would have been in our rights to receive one however, LoveHolidays & Ryan Air had us in between a rock and a hard place, lose all but £150 for a £1000 holiday or pay £600 extra to change the dates. These 2 companies seem to think this is fair which is disgusting. I will never again book with them making sure I tell everyone I know not to use them. There has been no contact from LoveHoliday after we officially complained, nothing to make our experience better and no form of apology for the terrible service we have received. We have just received an email from LoveHoliday saying the hotel we booked is no longer available with an alternative which is nowhere near good enough for the money a self-catering week in the Mediterranian has cost us. For this horrible experience, we should be getting upgraded to a 5-star holiday home and reimbursed the extra money this holiday, through no fault of our own, has cost us. We want a full refund of this holiday and will be investigating all routes possible to get our money back. Please use a reputable travel agent to book your holiday and avoid the stress, hassle and loss of money we have had to deal with. Just look on their social media to see 1000s of other customers like us who've had the same experience, these guys are crooks!

Horrible to deal with. Extra costs added at every opportunity. Refunds withheld for as long as possible (still not fully repaid after 20 months). Terrible communication. Cheating liars. Don’t be fooled by the ATOL stamp - this company does not pay customers back. Best advice is pay more and go with another company. Never use these people. Am amazed they are still taking bookings and people are daft enough to book with them. Good luck.

Bad treatment on the phone, bad treatment on the website, don't comply to the law, only self-created contracts. We had to reschedule a holiday three times, which is understandable because of Corona, but each time we had to pay extra and the last time we did not get our money back. Very disappointed!!

What a surprise. I changed my holiday because love holiday told me i had to either go against government guidelines not to travel for non essential purposes or change my dates. After i had asked for a refund 3 times. Yesterday my family who also had a booking to depart the same day and to the same place got a text stating the following "the government advises against all but essential travel to your destination. If you no longer wish to travel, you can cancel your booking and we will follow up via email to give you the options to amend your booking, request a cash refund or take a credit note." So yet again i have been mugged off by a crook of a company. I have still had zero acknowledgment to my complaint, and i tried to call your customer service team and you cant get through because you have to be departing in the next 14 days, which because i change my dates because i had no other choice it hangs up on you! Absolute joke of a company, I also had to pay extra to add insult to injury to move the bloody holiday I DO NOT WANT TO GO ON! You should be ashamed of yourselves, causing people stress and anxiety in the current circumstances.

my holiday to turkey supposed to go on the 10/5/21 but after the government announced no international flights before the 17/5/21 loveholiday told me that my trip not going ahead so i took that as a cancellation and i claimed my refund back through my lloyds bank ...now this robbins and thieves company trying challenge my back for that money back 657£ saying that the service is there and im the one who cancelled it !!!! what a liars and horrible travel agency

The communication from this company is absolutely appalling, they take your money, change your accommodation (which significantly changes your entire holiday) and yet won't provide a refund. The staff don't understand their own T&C's and it's like gold dust getting through to speak with a senior member of staff. Without a doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely shocking company. Would never book a holiday again through them. Can’t get anyone on the phone has to be done through a live chat. Do not book your holiday with them. We have had a nightmare trying to rearrange our holiday

Absolutely scam of a company with how they have delt with Covid. Best of luck to anyone who books and your holiday is cancelled you better have a lot of spare time and patience to try and get your money back. Also Trust Pilot is full of fake reviews the company is putting on there.

Took them to small claims court . Cost £35. Best money we ever spent . Did it all on line . We went to mediation and accepted just over two thirds plus court costs . We were of course concerned that Loveholidays wouldn't honour this agreement but we were assured that the money would be paid in full within 5 days, which it was . We will never book with this cheating , lying company again .

Love holidays as been know help during this covid. Been left to change my holiday myself chat is no help. Or even when u get through on the phone after an hours wait .you are forced to travel even when on Amber light .it cost 180 pounds to change the flight and 20 to love holidays .i wouldn't of been able to change this. On my own .also the last holiday .they sent me to a closed down hotel what had been closed for a year. Had nothing no apology or nothing .bee very carful

Take my advice if your owed money from these clowns. Take them to court, it costs about £60. You can do it all on line. Like you guys, I tried every avenue for 10 months. So took them to court, they tried to get out of it by saying they are not a travel agent and asked for mediation. It went to mediation over the phone. They then had two weeks to repay me. The money was in my bank after 5 days. Court is the way to deal with these criminals.

Would never book with loveholidays again. Slow customer service and lost £3200 owing to Non transferable flights at Christmas. Friends booked at the same time and got a full refund we were told our went through an intermediary so no refund.

Love Holidays is the worst holiday company ever. They still owe me £120 for flights to Pisa in 2019. They asked me to speak to Ryanair about a refund. Ryanair refused even though l sent them a sick note as l was seriously ill with covid-19. Do not touch this company , they are crooks. STAY AWAY.

Go to your bank or credit card and get a refund with chargeback i got a refund in 30 minutes.

Due to COVID and the lockdown last year, we decided to cancel our holiday in August 2020 which was a package holiday. We never received a refund on our flights and after chasing this up, Loveholidays have washed there hands of it even though we received a message from them before Xmas to say they are still looking into this, they have now said we need to go direct to the airline. Will never book a holiday through them again ...

Terrible customer service, booked a holiday for Oct 2020, hotel was cancelled due to pandemic. I rejected the alternative as it was not of a similar standard to the one i booked. I was then told as i cancelled it is not up to them to refund my flight. They provided me with the new accommodation 4/5 days prior to flying. as told at the beginning that they are awaiting the money to enter their account to then be told 20 weeks later i have to chase Ryanair myself. Under ATOL protection they should refund me the money owed. Citizens advice have advised to send letters, of which I have had no response! it is ver difficult to find any relevant email to contact. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This Company are so rubbish and they don't help customers at all they told me to go to my Manage my booking and I can add new Passengers when I try doing this I put everything it asks of me for the two new Passengers then I add them to room 2 it say it's not available at all I have to book one room each this is Rubbish as I have tried doing as a new booking and I can get a room for two new Passengers they just want to rip-off they customers big time don't use this Company people please Stay away from them

Waiting for a refund for flights for 7 months, been lied to so many times on the online chat, as you have removed a phone number to actually talk to someone. Contacting CMA trade discriptions and many other organisations regarding you stealing my £1400 also next step is small claims court OH YOU ARE STILL ADVERTISING 14 MONEY BACK GARANTEE IF HOLIDAY IS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID LIARS!!!!!
