Can only describe Love Holidays customer service as disgusting and non existent! Been trying for weeks to get in contact with them with no luck. No phone lines available and no live chat either. We are unable to travel on our planned holiday due to a medical condition and being classed as highly vulnerable therefore need to discuss our options but at the moment the only option we had was to cancel the holiday altogether and cut our losses as they still wanted to take the final payment!! Will definitely not be rebooking with them again or recommending them that's for sure!!!!!!

Disgraceful company! I've been trying to get in touch with loveholidays for over a week. No phone exists to ring them; they are ignoring emails, twitters, booking messages, the live chat is always disabled. My flight supposed to be in a few days, but its impossible to get on hold to them to rectify the issues.

We have a package holiday booked for March 2021 and we've now been told that Ryanair have cancelled the outbound flight. We've been told we must source an alternative flight yet Love Holidays are still taking the monthly payments but haven't even bothered to look into flights. Surely as a tour operator they should source the flight and amend the booking accordingly/increase or decrease the price.... as our hotel is booked for specific dates and our return flight is also booked....all by Love Holidays as a package on their website!! Infuriating how emails are being ignored.

Same as below. Has booked Portugal on 19th July. Flight back cancelled. No communication about my specific holiday, just one generic email. Not able to contact them. They took the final payment last weekend. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Contact us, let us contact you, give us a refund quickly.

No love for love holidays. Received travel voucher used it to book new trip as per website instructions had to use card as slight difference in price charged full price while refund voucher for original holiday still in limbo. Cash grab set up to stroke customers.

Do not use this company. There is no way of getting hold of them, they say use 'chat' but it is never up and running due to agents being busy. I have been trying from 9.00am, its now 15.15pm. My flights have been cancelled I told them in May and yet they have emailed to say they are taking a final payment this week.

Meant to go on holiday in May. Cancelled due to Covid 19. Contacted them for a full refund of package holiday. Initially told back in May, flights had to be refunded through airline. Contacted airline, love holidays hadn’t even paid them for my flights. Nearly £1100 out of pocket for holiday. Can’t speak to anyone. Live chat always busy. Disgusting treatment of customers. Basically took our money and run with it. Don’t book through them, steer well clear

absolutely shocking due to go on holiday to portugal on 13/7/2020 but portugal not on air bridge i havent heard anything from them no communication no live chat no phone line nothing i dont know where i stand with it iv reported them to ABTA and opened a resolver against them

Well here is another sucker. I told them over 6 weeks ago I can not go on the holiday and need to cancel due to a on going medical condition I was told ok but you lose your deposit and then pay another £75. For the privilege. At least we only paid half the price of the holiday. Which is ment to be in August. As stated by others on here what a bunch of crooks.

what holiday, still waiting to see if going, but as hotel is shut, and flight cancelled one way I take it we are staying at home. no e-mails from love holiday, unable to contact by phone or e-mail. they book with british airways as a package but we are having to deal the them direct, not good enough.

Absolute crooks I hope this company goes bust they deserve it treated customers disgustingly they are everything that is wrong with customer service I hope the ceo is put in prison any positive review will be a staff member falsifying.

Shocking non existent customer service. At a time when people want help and support due to holiday cancellations and changes Love holidays have turned off their phone lines and live chat. Also they do not respond to messages on their facebook page and do not provide an email contact address so there is absolutely no way for customers to resolve problems. Shame on you Love Holidays.

DO not use them. They have carefully planned their news announcements to ensure they don't have to pay people back for being unable too supply the holiday they booked! They will take your money and you CANNOT contact them. They make it impossible. Use another ravel operator with real terms and conditions - you really should not use them at all. Bad customer service, impossible to contact, fraudulent terms and conditions. They should be avoided at all costs! Pay a little extra and avoid these jokers.

Will never book with loveholidays ever again. Holiday cancelled, no refund, phone line disconnected, emails and messages ignored. Refunds given to people whos booking was weeks after me. Avoid

Disgusting. Love Holiday is a shambles. We booked a family holiday with them costing nearly £9000. Due to Covid-19 we cannot go. We have been trying to change our booking to go in 2021. We have been trying to contact them to do this for over 2 weeks. 2 weeks ago they said they could change the accommodation for an additional £40. We accepted, but were told we had to change the flights ourselves. This took us a whole day on the phone with flight companies, and we had to pay an additional £400 to change these, which we could just about afford. Now, nearly 2 weeks later, Love Holiday replies to our acceptance of changing the accommodation and has told us that it will now cost us over £870 to do this. We cannot afford this! We are getting married and have no money left to spare. We have already had to pay another £400 for changing our flights. They say the price for the rooms went up because the room we originally booked was taken for the dates we accepted or 2021. Essentially, because Love Holiday did not respond to our confirmation of changing the holiday dates for nearly 2 weeks, they are expecting us to pay nearly £1000 more. Now we cannot get hold of them again, and may be risking losing the whole holiday price (£9000). I cannot believe how difficult they are to contact. They have disconnected all their phone lines. They take 2 weeks to respond to messages. Their live chat does not work - I have been trying to contact them for 2 days straight via this platform. I am so upset that we may lose all of our money. I really don't know what to do. Their service is disgusting. I would never ever use this company again, or recommend them to anyone.

I was due to travel to Thailand on 25/03/2020 but due to the pandemic they cancelled it on 23/03/2020. Over 3 months on, still no flight refund which is over £1000. I have contacted them via Resolver as they shut their phone lines down and the last message read "we now consider this case closed". I have just written to Watchdog about them and I recommend everyone in a similar situation does the same thing. If they get enough similar stories about Love Holidays failure to their customers, hopefully they will investigate which in turn may help us get the money back we are all owed! They have a simple form on their website!

To repeat what someone has written below: Loveholidays is a package holiday provider and your holiday was a package under the Package Travel Regulations 2018 if you booked 2 or more elements - flights and hotel for example - through them and paid LH one total price at the same time. Your ATOL certificate will tell you Loveholidays is protecting your holiday. Loveholidays have a legal responsibility to refund you, not the airline, if LH booked the flight using their own credit card. And if they fob you off saying they will refund the flights when the airline refunds them, don't listen - it does not matter whether or when the flights have been refunded back to LH, your contract is with Loveholidays. I finally got my money back in July from a cancellation in March, - 4 months-mainly because i did not give in, i was so furious with LH. I was determined they would not get away with acting illegally and i hoped if i succeeded I could help others, hence this. First thing is to go to ABTA - there is a simple on-line process - and await ABTA's response. At first ABTA will shilly-shally and keep telling you to go back to LH or the airline. Don't listen, just persist. When you've jumped through a few hoops with ABTA to no avail, email the CEO of ABTA - address easily found on line - quoting your ABTA complaint number and asking for a resolution. It might take a few weeks but you will get your money back, whereas writing on here will help others avoid LH in the future, but will not help you get your full refund.

Do not part with your hard earned money with this cowboy outfit. They are currently holding money before they go bust. People can t get refunds, you can’t get hold of them and it’s impossible to speak to anyone. They are receiving payments from airlines, but not passing these on. They should be investigated and closed down.

I have booked with lovveholidays but they are telling me to contact the airtime in order to get refunded but when i tried to contact with easyjet they said because i have booked with third party and not direct with them, i should contact with them. So basically no one is taking the responsibility to refund me.
