We Love Holidays not This Company. Do not Use This Company In The Present Climate. They Are A Third Party Agent Not a Package Holiday provider as their advertising implies. Most often they use Airlines and transfer providers who will not allow changes without very high costs. We paid £473 by way of deposit. The airline would allow us to change flights and dates at a cost of £240 on the flight booking arranged by Loveholidays costing £348. Even though we booked only only weeks ago (admittedly before the latest covid) advice) if we cancel we will lose all of our £485 deposit and still owe them £11.70 for that pleasure. We are pensioners in our late 70's and early 80's we booked on the telephone with their draconian terms and conditions being forwarded by E-Mail after the event. AVOID ! AVOID! AVOID !

I have had to cancel a holiday for next year as my wife has covid even after all her jabs and with a new variant around she will not travel out of the country now. I cancelled with Love holidays and they charged me another £40 plus on top of the £500 plus I paid and will now give any back. This company is a disgrace and a bunch of thieves. I am a Pensioner and this is disgraceful way to treat people. DO NOW USE THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST.

One star as I can't give minus feedback.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... Booked for 2 weeks after the first 3 payments suddenly my hotel was no longer available and the "alternative" was 25 minutes in a different resort.. Cant call them, The chat bot (after waiting for nearly 2 hours) got me through to "someone" I was told they would fix it and to wait for an email. the next email I got was to tell me my change had been accepted. Cant cancel as these FUCKERS cant get the flights back and it doesnt fall under easy jets cancellations. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Booked a holiday with them and travel restrictions changed in my destination country afterwards. They refuse to refund me the cost point blank quoting their terms of service denying responsibility. When I informed them those terms completely contradict what they advertise on the website which is that they give full refunds to people if travel restrictions change due to COVID making them unable to travel they did not address the contradiction. First agent on the phone hung up the phone on me and got irate speaking over me when I simply tried to calmly explain the contradiction in their terms as advertised. I have been left having paid for a holiday i cannot legally go on and if I could give them 0 stars I would.

My wife made the simple mistake of putting her first and sir name the wrong way round. We contacted Loveholidays straight after just to swap the names no problem you'd think but no £60 charge for what 30 seconds work on a computer. We won't be using them again.

I booked tickets on 18th November. I entered booking reference on Emirates website while advisor on phone as I wanted to make sure it was legit. The passenger details and flight number were on Emirates website, so I made the payment. Later on evening checked Emirates website and all booking had disappeared. Rang numerous times, emailed them, no response. Rang Emirates who advised booking created on 18th, tickets issued but loveflights than voided booking and no other booking created. So we have no tickets, can't get through to loveflights, they have our money. Claiming under section 75 chargeback but they have got away with it. Police won't help, definitely newspaper needs to be told. I will report to watchdog too. Be aware, it's a scam.

After going to the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Dubai for a 12 day holiday, whilst the hotel, service and staff were of the highest quality, sadly the T's & C's for the 'All Inclusive' package were a joke and a complete letdown. We raised the subject with the hotel and with the local Love Holidays rep, who basically refused to come to the hotel to discuss the issues face to face. I wrote to the company on return home and after one week, I still haven't had an acknowledgement or response. (I know it was delivered and read by the recipient) Very poor service I'm afraid.

Nightmare of a company, book your own flights and hotel/apartment. Left completely stranded by them in Tenerife in September, the hotel was closed down and they never informed me. It was 10pm at night and had to ring hotels in the area for vacancies.

Please be aware that these are not package holidays. We booked an holiday with these guys and later the airline changed our flight date so we contacted Loveholidays and they wanted to charge us an additional £100 to change the date of our hotel by one day to match the new flight dates for no fault of ours. Alternatively they could put us on another flight on the original date from the other end of the country for an additional £137, so cancelled holiday for a full refund. We have absolutely no confidence that this would not happen again in the future so will never book with them again, let's see how long it takes to get the refund!!

I would give no stars.... Awful company. Lied to us... Make up prices as they go along, took holiday payment when we told them not to as we were thinking about the added costs they came up with that made no sense. Still waiting for money back and they not replying to our emails. AVOID!!!

Absolutely horrible company, what a joke of a "Customer service" ethos. Accidental booking followed by 0 ways of contacting the company. Stay as far away from this booking platform as you can get.

MAKE YOU CHECK YOUR BOOKING STRAIGHT… MAKE YOU CHECK YOUR BOOKING STRAIGHT AWAY AS LOVEHOLIDAY HAS Glitchy computer is a scam (asked about the surname of the second guest is exactly the same as the lead passenger? Yes! It turn out the surname of the second guest is THANKS ! Surname in your plane ticket booking a bigtime stressful and hassle ) That is purely and big time scam business, plus a single out using their own email is another scam business guest should be aware of. I will never tolerate and recommend this scambug Loveholiday BEWARE GO STRAIGHT TO AIRLINE BOOKING

If I could award no stars I would! DO NOT use this company. I booked a hotel that according to the info told me: Was on the beach - there is a new hotel being built and it’s not on the beach, it’s on a busy road. You can only get to the beach by going through another building, up a lift to an over the road bridge, then descend another lift to two small patches of sand. A sea view - as far as I can see there is no sea view from any part of the hotel, as there is a new hotel being built, so you’re looking at a concrete skeleton. Nice rooms - my room is next to the busy road. There is no sealant round the windows therefore you can’t sleep because of the noise. The door chain was broken. The safe was broken and didn’t work. I tried ringing Love Holidays - kept me on the phone for 48 mins, only to get through to a call centre, who said they’ll send me an email address - that was it!!!! I asked for somebody to ring me that day - nothing. I sat in reception, as that was the only place I could get the intermittent WiFi which kept dropping out. My partner in the UK tried too, with the same results or it being left to ring out. She tried for over two hours. A local rep said he could do nothing after offering me two hotels which by the reviews were worse!! He said he can’t do anything and that I should contact ‘England’ - yeah right! All round - bloody dreadful.

Do Not and I am mean DO NOT book a holiday with this company I booked a holiday and paid £300 deposit. A few minutes after I had booked I got and e mail to say I had not completed my booking and to press the green button on the e mail that said go back to booing and I re entered all our details. The next day I got an e mail saying our booking was pending. The next day at 7.30 pm I got an e mail from Love Holidays saying that my booking was conformed followed by an e mail from Ryan Air conforming my flights. All good so I thought. Then the next day I got another e mail from Love holidays confirming exactly the same booking but with a different booking reference again followed by another e mail from Ryan Air conforming the flights again a different booking number I could not for love nor money get hold of Love Holidays and on checking my bank account I saw that they had taken out two deposits!! After there hours on live chat on manage my bookings with three different people and supplying them with copies of the first e mail saying my booking was not complete forcing me to re do it and then e mail saying booking pending they had created a double booking. They still refused to refund any money and to cancel it I had to not only lose the deposit on the double booked holiday but pay extra I then rang Ryan Air who straight away said they could see clearly that it was a mistaken double booking as it was not only a mirror image of the first booking submitted within mins of the first!!!They cancelled the flights and said they would refund Love holidays the full amount and they confirmed this by e mails. So to day again on live chat I requested that they cancel the holiday and showed them the e mail confirming the refund from Ryan Air to them. They still refuse to pay me anything as they say under their terms and conditions there is no refund. I am now taking it as far as it will go as I did not double book and they have illegally and fraudulently taken two deposits for the same Holiday. I now would rather lose the deposit on the first holiday than risk traveling with this despicable and dishonest firm and I will not stop till they are exposed
