Reordered same item 3 times. It's never been delivered. Out of 6 items, a 6,000$ order that only 1 item was delivered. I will never order from lowes again.

We went through the lay process and measurements with Lowe’s counter top person, came to the estimate and when the Lowe’s contractors came out and did the final measurements. It was twice the price of the original estimate. Measurements didn’t change!

Went to Lowe's in Plant City to purchase a range they only had one left and it's the one on the floor that is on clearance but they won't sell it because it's the only one left. I think that's ridiculous you either want to sell your products or you don't want to sell your products and yes I did talk to the store manager Zack and he said no we will not sell it unless we have something to go in its place. That's not a way to run a business sorry so we're going to go to Home Depot and get it and Lowe's can stick it in the ear.

Bought stuff for a complete renovation and they refused to take items back 6 day's after the 90 day's. I purchased a washer, dryer, stove, fridge, and microwave. I also purchased paint, flooring, light fixtures, etc. I was returning some cold air returns. I even asked for just a store credit and was refused! I won't purchase anything else from there! I will take my business elsewhere! Had I known this is how I'd be treated I would never have purchased a dime from them!

I purchased an over the range microwave on March 29, 2024. Sales person told me it would be installed the following week. Now the installer is saying they are booked and it will be another week. Installer said Loews employee misinformed me of installation times. Had I known this, I would have bought microwave at Home Depot which could have installed it sooner. When I called the store manager of store number 1023 Bedford Hts. Ohio, the operator took my name and the message and said she would have store manager call me back. They did not. Very disappointed.

Had an additional charge on my credit card after an online order. I was charged $1,500+ for an order that I did not make and after 40 minutes was told that there will be a hold on that but could not give me an order number or tell me what the charge was even for. The order that was placed was 1,760.00 and that charge is also on my statement. After 40 minutes and no answers I called my credit card company and they say the charges could be an order that was tampered with by Lowes. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra time to pass Lowes on your way to Home Depot or Ace, its worth your time.

They don't answer there phones when calling to check availability. Get to the store the have one generator left on clearance but can't find it so it's not available. So I recommended they remove the price tag display since they say they don't have it anymore yet still advertising it. Waisted a big part of my day on nonsense.

Worst place if you're looking for customer service and the way their policies are set up. I recently signed up my business with a Lowe's business account and they somehow messed up my mailing address. I have not receievd my card, cant make payments, and cant make any changes to the account because the address doesnt match up. I've been trying to change the service address in their system for days and nobody can make this simple change online or over the phone. They advised I have to send them a document to a physical address.. really inconvenient in today's world. I'm never doing business with them again and I don't recommend anyone should.

I paid almost $9000.00 for door purchase and installation, which had to be paid in full It’s been a year this month and it’s not complete. I’ve taken off work without pay to wait for installers to measure and/or install. No call no show each time. Now I’m waiting for new installers to come measure for the 5th time. I asked for my money back and I’d install myself. I was told it would end my warranty and I stated; “no one ever shows up anyway “. I think I’ve been more than patient and with lost wages. I deserve money back. I’m very disappointed with Lowes and their installation process, and the solution to my problem.

Bought a Kobalt wet tile saw model kws-s102-06 our splash guard got cracked and you can’t buy a new one. They told me you have to buy another saw you can’t buy that part it should not break ( It is plastic) so I would have to spend over 600.00 again just to get the splash guard. I wish I would have read reviews before because how many people said that. Never have I ever not been able to buy a part for something like that. Never will I buy another Kobalt thing again.

Went to Mt. Pleasant TX's Lowes to buy electrical wire. I needed over 200 feet THHN six gauge. A couple of very nice young kids took care of me. However, there was not enough 6 gauge wire on the revolving spools gadget. I told them there were brand new spools behind some wired shelves in that aisle. They checked them and told me they were 500 foot spools and they could not get wire from them. I asked "why ?", they said they were only sold by the whole 500 ft. spool and not in portions. So I brought to their attention what a weird policy that was. If they could not open a spool to sell wire in portions, that would represent a loss of sales to the store since a lot of customers only buy what they need and not a whole spool. They said only a manager would be the one to order more wire to replenish the empty spools on the revolving wire gadget. Disappointed, I ended up going to Home Depot where they too were out of 6 gauge THHN wire on the revolving gadget. However, in this business, the employees got new spools from the shelves and reloaded the gadget in order to sell me what I needed. If the young guys at Lowes were telling the truth about their wire policies, I wonder how the whole Lowes chain manages to stay afloat with the loosing of sales to Home Depot. Oh, and many of Mt. Pleasant and Longview TX Lowe's employees try to avoid dealing with or help the customer. I thought this cancer would only happen in Laredo, TX, but it seems to be a common issue in the Lowe's franchise.

Lows in Gulfport Ms I buy a vanity, toilet and a facet when I came in the register I ask my military discount the guy in the front he don’t have a barcode for the 10% discount he said I can come back and get the discount, he call a manager no manager come it’s ridiculous I’m not happy. They don’t have a good customer service the person they put in the cash register don’t know nothing or just lazy to do it.

Lowe’s in Bryan Texas. Long lines. Employees act like they don’t want to be there. Stood in line with a manager off to my back. He had the military smock. I thanked him. He said nothing. Did nothing to remedy the stuck lines. I finally pushed off my full cart and left. I’m done. Poorest service I have ever experienced. This is not a one time issue. The store is cluttered. Sloppy. Employees stand around talking with each other. Ask em for a product and they say over there. Not going back. Home Depot is just down the road.

On March 16, 2024 my 14 yr old John Deere riding mower broke. I went to Lowes Store # 2596 and purchased a $6000 John Deere Z530M 54” cut riding mower. The receipt stated delivery would be on 28-March. On 27- March I was emailed delivery will be between 10:30 am & 2:30 pm 28- March. I cancelled a doctors appointment to assure my presence during delivery. On 28-March at 7:47 am I received an email stating delivery will be on 4-April. On 28-March at 3:03 pm I received an email stating delivery would be on 1-April. On 30-March I received email stating delivery will be on 8-April. On 1-April received email stating delivery will be on 4-April. At 12:08 pm 1-April, I contacted manager at Lowes Store #2596 and was told there was a mix-up and a refund/rebill would take place internally within Lowes. The manager said he has no clue when I will receive this mower. At 1:51 pm 1-April Lowes store #2596 contacted me and asked if I wanted a refund and repurchase the mower. I said I would check my options before deciding. At 2:08 pm 1-April, I contacted Lowes Help center. They said I have no option but to cancel the purchase and refund to my credit card. After 24 hours, if I want the mower, I have to repurchase. I had no choice and agreed to this. I still have no idea if or when I will receive a mower. My grass has not been cut since 9-March. I was waiting until 28-March when promised delivery but 23 days is too much. I will pay $200 to get this grass cut because Lowes salesman assurance was false. Is this the best Lowes can do for customer service?

I purchased a bathroom sink/vanity, with installation. The installation service was great, the rest of my experience was awful. Over the course of several weeks, I visited a Brooklyn store once and made several lengthy phone calls with reps who didn't care and/or didn't know what they were doing. I received a lot of contradictory and, as it turned out, inaccurate information. Getting insurance and contract paperwork for my coop for installation was like pulling teeth with multiple phone calls, given promises of call backs and time lines for completed paperwork that were unfulfilled. I had to postpone the installation for this. Post installation I called to see what my options were for exchanging the faucet portion, told I would get a call back in two business days, did not. I called back a week later, asked again, only to be transferred to a terminal ring, same with second attempt, gave up. Aside from the installation contractor and his assistant, my experience with Lowes was awful and I will not be using them again.

I order something online but I never got a email confirmation so I called to see if that my order by phone number on my account the 2 ladies I spoked too was not very nice at all. Never order anything from that lowes again. I'll travel to a different lowes to get my item or do my business at HOME DEPOT. I WO T SHOP AT QUAKERTOWN Lowe's

I forgot password and had old cell phone on record unable to change pass word because was unable to update cell phone without signing in!!! Get it? It's an impossible "merry go round" they send a code to ur cell phone to process sign in snd since the cell phone Lowes had was no longer I cld not complete process and unable to get into my account.

My husband and I went to Lowes today to purchase a 4x8 panel of plexi-glass, and the sign near the display states if purchased in-store, cutting it to our specifications is free. We were told it was too large to cut. The sign should be updated if not true. We had to go back home to get our truck, then return to get the 4x8 sheet. I am not happy with the poor service we received.

I was looking for a filter for my refrigerator and went about it on my own when I was approached by named associate Diamond at the Greensboro East Cone Blvd store. She was extremely helpful and professional. I was in hurry but I did not mention it to her. She had me on my way in no time. I would def recommend this location. Very good people working here. Thanks!!!
