“This is my first cordless vacuum, previously I had a Shark sweeper and a Shark Lift-Away Navigator that I got from a garage sale for like $15. About a decade ago, I had a Miele upright that they only made for a short time, and after that we had a Kirby that we gave away to a family member with more rugs. The hose finally broke on the other end of the Shark and it was going to $100 to repair (because it was an odd model and the motor assembly would have to be replaced too). I found out about the Lupe from Vacuum Wars and then became kind of obsessed and watched a lot of videos and read a lot of reviews. Technically speaking, I have a ~2400 sq foot single story house. I have several throw rugs but otherwise vinyl wood-look flooring. I have a dog and a cat, and two kids. The Lupe Pure is excellent at hard floor pickup of arbitrary stuff, and it deep cleans the crap out of the rugs. Just as advertised, it picks up kitty litter and dust bunnies and cheerios and all the other stuff without any trouble. The colors came back on my rugs, which was astonishing. The kids love the vacuum and are doing all the sweeping up with it; the broom is out of a job basically. In terms of hair, it does better than any vacuum I've ever owned. I took apart the Shark sweeper basically after every use to clean the brush, this brush is a snap to remove and clean, very simple. Living in New Mexico, I'm quite curious to see how the soft roller deals with goat heads, but I haven't found any stuck in it so far, and I know I picked some up from the rugs. I absolutely love the Lupe philosophy, it was a big part of my decision to purchase. According to Vacuum Wars, there is a Dyson that does significantly better on hair. I have faith that Lupe will eventually work something out to improve the hair situation, and it'll be a part I can order and attach to my Pure when that happens, but it's perfectly acceptable to me for the time being. The benefit of Lupe is that this vacuum is still going to work in 10 years and I'll still be able to get parts for it, whereas the Dyson is built to last about a year so that you get the next model, and I kind of detest that. In terms of shipping, I ordered it on a Saturday and it arrived the following Friday, to my house in the middle of nowhere in New Mexico, so I could not be more pleased about that. I'm extremely satisfied with the vacuum. I will be recommending it to my family and friends and I look forward to the innovations to come!”

“Coming from a dyson v6 that has seen its better days... the wife couldn't wait to turn it on. But the it arrived with a near dead battery obviously for safety during transport. In the 30 seconds it lasted it vacuumed a staggering amount of dirt on an area of carpet that was cleaned the evening before. After charging for an hour. The house got blitzed. We are impressed I love the aesthetics and its efficiency and looking at spare parts they are a reasonable price too in comparison to other brands. The ability to take in large debris without pushing them around is also a plus.”

“Best experience ordering online!! Extremely fast getting to me,,, even from London to Florida! I looked for 6 months. It’s amazing, such a strong suction. Extremely light weight! Love the fact that the weight is not near the handle as is distributed near the bottom. The wireless lasted my complete house floors! The I am sooooo glad I didn’t buy a Dyson. I hope I see this brand in America soon!”

“At first, I thought Lupe was hype. Before purchasing it, I had done some research, went to a Dyson store to personally check V11 Outsize. (I didn't get the feeling Dyson had a well-built quality, oops) Although Lupe isn't well known as their all competitors, I think they have a bright future. The vacuum itself is super easy to assemble right out of the box. Suction is powerful. If you need even more power, switch to maximum power, but careful; it's so strong, you'll need a strong hand to move it around. However, I wish it had a better anti-hair wrap system. Since all its parts are replaceable, they might bring it in the future. Customer service also could use some improvement. They haven't replied to my few emails. (just one reply so far) OK, back to the vacuum. Battery life is long to get the vacuuming done in a single charge. They shipped mine with DHL; it took them three days to deliver it to Los Angeles, which is pretty satisfactory. I'll update again if I notice something worth mentioning. “Best vacuum I've ever used, it's super powerful and nimble. I really like how every part can be take out and cleaned, especially the roller bars and the filters. Perfect battery life for my apartment, although it does take a while to fully charge so it would be nice if it came with 2 batteries. Dope product, you guys are killing it :)”

“The unit arrived and after a short charge put it together and started to use. The only thing that happened was that a minor part was missing. Sent the company and email and with a day or so they had a new part on the way. From start to finish the part arrived within a week. This unit is well built and so far is working very well and has a great deal of flexibility. I like that you can only put things together "only the correct way". Be advised lots of ways to change this unit configuration and it can tackle many jobs. The only offer to the company would be the battery life, which on HIGH is shorter than one would expect.”

We are so impressed by its versatility - it is so easy to manoeuvre into corners and under beds etc - much better than any other hoover I've tried.
