Hi Jen! That's concerning, and I'm sorry if that was your experience. A lot has changed since you were with us in 2023, and we've really revamped a lot of areas & continued to deliver regular continued education for our coaches. “I enjoyed working with my last coach, he was great however the company in itself I'll never support again. I didn't enjoy my first coach either. Whenever someone has a question on your macros fb group your people who you employ jump down the throat of the person asking a question making it seem like the question is dumb and you're stupid for asking. This company is all about money and at the end of the day doesn't have the person who needs help, their best interest at heart.”
Thanks for the honesty here, Vicki. I'll have to take a deeper look at the group because this is very disturbing to hear. One of the things people most commonly say about our group is that they love the community precisely BECAUSE of how inclusive & supportive it is. I almost always hear nothing but positive things about the way people are treated in the group, so to hear this is very concerning and I'll have to take a look and see if I can address specific cases of this happening.
With all that said, we definitely do have the individual's interest at our heart, but I'm really sorry that we've given you an impression that suggests otherwise. One of the things that makes for good coaching (and hopefully one of the reasons you said you enjoyed working with your last coach) is that the approach is different for each individual, because each individual has different circumstances, different challenges, differerent lifesyle. So it's our job as coaches to truly become invested in each client, understand their life, and help them implement solutions that actually make sense.

Hi Amy. This is pretty concerning, especially since we pride ourselves on the fact that the very foundation of our coaching is finding viable or alternative solutions for people. That's what makes our coaching so flexible. With that said, it looks like you were a client with us in 2022. A huge number of things have changed about our coaching in the last 2 years, many improvements, a ton of touches on personalization. It's hard to explain succinctly just how much our coaching has improved in so many areas.

“My coach was a very nice person and I liked her. As far as results, mine were minimal and I think that’s because a one size approach doesn’t work for everyone. I am in my mid 40s, had a high amount of ongoing stress due to divorce and measuring macros was not going to work for me. I have since moved on, am working closely with someone who has had a holistic approach to overall health and have lost 15 lbs and counting. Macros can work for some but given the environmental things going on in my life I needed a different approach.”

You pretty much hit the nail on the head - there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach. In your case with the stress you're under personally, our job should have been to help you find a solution that works around your challenges, something that fits into your daily routine. No sense in trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. If our initial approach doesn't work, it's on us to help find a different way, and we keep doing that until we find something sustainable and practical for your circumstances. I sincerely apologize if we were't able to do that.
I am SUPER happy to hear that you're down 15 lbs! It sounds like you've found something sustainable and I wish you continued success with that!

“My first coach was greatand I did well. My second wasn't the best fit as I was struggling and I wasn't able to provide him with the answers when he told me needed more information over and over again.
Lost no weight over the six month program. I was so disheartened toward the end I ghosted the entire thing. Very surprised the last coach reached out recently to try and get me to sign up during a recent sale.”
Hi Ed! Thank you for the honest review. This is definitely not the kind of experience we aim for. I'm glad to hear your first time with us was great, but I'm extremely sorry to hear that the 2nd time was a much different experience.
This is something I'm going to look into. It sounds like this comes down to a communication thing, and maybe we just didn't communicate in the most effective way, or maybe we didn't communicate in a way you needed whatsoever. It's our job as coaches to figure out the needs & expectations of each client, how to best communicate these things, and how each unique individual best receives and provided this communication.
If you didn't lose weight, then something was fundamentally amiss, and again I apologize for how your experience went.
Considering how your first time with coaching went, I'm pretty confident we could get it right again if you were to give us another shot, and I would certainly love that opportunity, but would also understand if you need to take some time away from coaching to assess things. We don't always get things right, but if we can take an opportunity to reflect & learn from a situation like this, that's how we can improve.
