M&S "Made Without Wheat" Blueberry Muffins were sold in packs of 2 and were delicious. I can eat wheat but bought these light tasty muffins regularly as they were so good. Now they have been replaced with a pack of 4 smaller blueberry muffins, bought them yesterday, they are dry and tasteless, won't buy again. How disappointing. Why does M&S do this so frequently, change a perfectly good product for an inferior one.

new vegetarian food - could be excellent but so strong with garlic that I couldn't eat it - tried 2 of the new dishes - mushroom stroganoff with cauliflower rice and Thai veggie curry - could not taste anything except garlic. What a shame - they look so good.

Hayle store Perfume department disappointing no prices staff standing around doing little. Ladies clothing department looks like a big jumble sale unappealing Cafe very good but more staff needed. Food department good but needs expanding over all a very big store with too much poor quality clothing and a very small home section

M&S Middlesbrough branch left me disappointed with the member of staff at the till, I asked her what the procedure was with my Hillstreet carpark token and was met with a vacant response when I showed her my red plastic disc, I might as well have shown her a Bulgarian lev, she said she had no idea and made no effort to ask her colleages, not good, that's taught me a lesson, no more shopping in that store!

I bought the roast potatoes for our Christmas lunch. They were awful. I will never buy again. Sainsbury's cook better and taste delicious compared to M&S

The Turkey crown I bought for our Christmas lunch was the worst I have had. Dry and tasteless. Didn't realise it had stuffing when purchased.. but thought ok not a problem until I saw over a 3rd of the turkey was in fact stuffing!! There was not enough meat for my family. So disappointed.

Bought the chocolate pudding with salted caramel centre at cost of £10 - worse dessert I’ve ever served ! Firstly took 75 minutes in the oven , extremely dry, very very dark strong chocolate with hardly any salted caramel centre, I won’t purchase again and wouldn’t recommend .... sorry M&S I’m usually a great fan of your food but certainly not this item

Collected my Christmas food on Christmas eve for a meal I was preparing today. All of the food had to be used before 26th so I'm unable to use any of it. Disappointed the shelf life was only 2 days and I wasted 130.00.

I have always been a great fan of M&S but they are now catering for the young - or trying to. One only has to look around any section of clothing to see the average age of the customers, and they are not young. Young people do not buy clothing from M&S. Their mums always have but now anyone older is out of luck as the designs are horrendous. I always bought jeans and summer trousers but all I can find now are slim fit, narrow hems and jeggings. Nothing to suit anyone older. I've never bought my nightdresses from anywhere else but I can't get one now in the style I want with shoestring straps in nylon satin in a midi length. There aren't any in the stores but I've just found one online. One!! Nightwear for younger people is in abundance but M&S, wake up, your core customer is an older woman who still wants to be modern and stylish but with your styles now nobody can look stylish. You have too many young people deciding what styles people want instead of people who are a similar age to your customers. The stores are dying because we can't go to one and find what we want and we don't all want to have to order online. We want to see the item first.

Failed to deliver to store as indicated. Failed to inform me about failed delivery, unable to confirm when they might be delivered & a 30 minute call with the contact centre to arrange re-delivery to another store!

I am a regular shopper with M & S, purchase some food items there every week, I used to buy most of my clothes in Marks, but have been so disappointed with the ladies 'fashion'. Don't know who the buyers are, but they really need to have a overhaul, The fashions for the older woman is extremely poor, not everyone wants to buy clingy tops or with fussy sleeves that look ridiculous on most people. I would like to see better quality clothes with a more classic design, longer lengths for dresses & skirts & better quality materials used ie more wool cardigans as opposed to acrylic. I was a huge fan of Per Una & would often buy their longer length skirts. I love Marks, but am looking more to other shops now to buy better quality clothes. Sorry.

Here I am in Kent on holiday for 10 days. Decided to treat myself to some supposedly upmarket salad stuff. Bought a pack of Santini tomatoes and an "essential cucumber". The Santinis looked just fabulous but turned out to be the most bland taste I have experienced for this kind of tomato. Even a shake of salt had little effect on the bland flavour. Now for the cucumber. It had an most amazingly tough and leathery skin and the inside was very seedy, pithy and soft. So lacking in any real fresh flavour associated with good cucumbers. Tomatoes from Morocco ref 8639D and cucumber English supplier 279ACH. In future I will stick to my usual source (Lidl and Aldi), pay much less and experience far better quality and avoid M & S in the future.

Used the food outlet. Service poor. No eye contact. Minimum communication. Expect the high standards that M&S used to have a deserved reputation for. Sadly, no longer in my experience. On a previous visit I complained as the cafe lady yawned in my face and was clearly not interested in serving customers.

Ordered a hamper for Christmas to be delivered in the UK and two items were crushed- crackers and the biscuits. Hard to follow up when ordering from New Zealand.

Went to M@S in NEWPORT Retail Park Gwent to-day called in the restaurant first at 3.30pm to find it in appalling mess, most of the tables where full of used crockery not an appealing sight, as we had just walked out of Costa for the same reason we decided to stay, after i cleared a table went to get cappuccino's and two toasties only to find no trays available, customers walking around with hot drinks and teapots with out trays, i wonder who would be to blame if there was an accident ??? The staff where run off their feet, and it was far to hot in there, i think they need to employ more staff, on going to the lower floor spoke to a manager who was filling fresh food,i thought managers should manage not fill only goes to show short of staff and he was the only one in the store, cant believe the rest had the day off in the run up to mothers day, No wonder they are going down the pan on sales

My dad and I purchased some lunch whilse waiting at a hospital, and purchased two piri chicken wraps, salt and vinegar crisps and an orange and mango juice. The chicken wrap was completley devoid of any flavour, with cold dry textures, no piri or even chicken flavour at all. The crisps may have well been peices of cut rivita, lacking in taste or satistfaction and somehow even the orange and mango juice tasted bland, not at all sweet and refreshing as it should. In all, your charge your customers some of the highest prices on the high street for easily the most tastless and bland food possible. Gordon ramsay would probably throw the food aggresivley at someone if he tasted it. Dissapointed, put some flavour in your food, make it worth the £3/4 one may spend on a sandwich alone.

I have an athletic build the tee shirts are a nice fit but quality is wafer thin they just don't last. The causal shirts while very good quality have in the last year got shorter in the body I suspect to save money sadly that inch or two means you show off your stomach or back when you sit down, come on Marks get the quality back.

For a huge company their customer service is very, very poor. I buy many gift vouchers for prizes at a golf club(£3000 per annum!)If I buy them in store(perhaps £500 at a time) it takes for ever and results in long queues.I cannot order and pay for them and collect when done. I have tried their business department who will take an order and payment and then deliver(but they didn't on 2 occasions so they could not be trusted!). I was even persuaded to take one of their credit cards as I was told I could collect points on the purchases only to be told the first time I used it points could not be claimed on gift vouchers. Very poor.

I was disappointed with the lady on the till. She asked the lady in front of me if she wanted her receipt, to which the lady said no however with the receipt out popped a £5 voucher which she failed to hand over to the said lady.
