“Ordered replacement glass table top for outside garden table 17th Feb and arrived 18th March (under 1m squared) Well packaged and made to specification requested. Rounded edges not as rounded as I would have liked but glass fits the table and now usable again so overall satisfied. Lack of emails advising of dispatch and delivery meant the order turned up on a random day without warning (thankfully I was in). No delivery note in the package either which was confusing as the item had been sent from "Kitchen Splashbacks Ltd" according to the courier sticker when ordered from " Me and My Glass Ltd"?? Improvement in comms would mean a 5 star review.”

“The product is great, but trying to correspond with company was impossible. At ordering, it said deliver 2-3 days. By day 4 I wanted to enquire where order was. Phone wasn’t answered, and no reply to sent email. Disappointed in that aspect of order, but on day 5 my glass order came. Very well packaged. Fitted log burner perfectly. A good company, and would use again, but need to improve their contact accessibility.”

“This order was fine as far as the glass itself goes, but it took a very long time to arrive and in the end I had to collect it as the due date was when I was away. I also found the packaging so thorough that I was worried I might break the glass removing it from the packing! Otherwisee a good purchase, thank you, although with foreknowledge, I think I would have collected it myself given the closeness of the firm to where I live!”

“I ordered from me & my glass without reading any reviews first, if I had then I probably would have avoided them due to the amount of people who have labelled them a scam website. In truth I believe they are just a smaller business with more orders than they can handle in the time frame promised. My Order did eventually turn up but not in the 6-8 weeks estimated (it was closer to 12) but it was in perfect condition and exactly what I paid for. Trying to speak to M&MG by email is pretty much a no go as I never received a reply regarding any updates but I did get call backs when requested via their voicemail service and John was always polite and as helpful as he could be regarding my order. Would I use them again? Yes. However this time I would know what to expect. I would give a higher score if the company were easier to get in contact with and were true to their time scales.”

“It took a little while, but we had great service from John. Our mirror was packed up really well and looks great. NB. There is a note at the bottom of emails to say there will be a short delay responding… be patient!”

“Very pleased with my new glass. Only one small thing and this is my pet hate. Please don't ask for a review before your customer has received their purchase. Other than that, very good. Clever packing! Will definitely use again. 🤓”
