“Midland Van Lines helped us with our dream retirement move from Chicago to Florida, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! My husband and I had a lot of sentimental items, and the Midland team treated everything with the utmost care. From the initial phone call to the final delivery, their professionalism shined through. We were kept informed the entire time, and when we arrived at our new home, everything was intact and on schedule. Moving to a new state was stressful, but Midland made it feel effortless. We’re so grateful for their fantastic service and highly recommend them”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I was given incorrect information from the beginning of this process in June, all the way to the very end in November. This company is completely incompetent in doing anything correctly. This entire thing was a headache. I could rarely get ahold of people. I dealt with Caleb, Gary, Thalia, and Frank. It would take multiple calls, emails, and texts to each person to even get a response days later. Eli, the foreman was nasty and aggressive when he arrived. He added $1k onto my price with cubic feet AND packing supplies which I had already provided. When I spoke with Frank at customer service to see why it was so much he kept talking over me rudely and repeating to me to read my contract and the fine print. He also kept asking me why I signed if I didn’t understand correctly. Eli asked me when I want the items to arrive. I said Friday 11/8, but then I also mentioned how I thought it takes up to 14 days. He said “No, I will get it there on this date.” When Friday came, I called customer service and was advised my items were in storage until 11/8 and how it takes 14 days from that date to arrive. I asked why I was told something else and he had nothing to say. When we finally got our items, we were charged an extra $16, even though we already paid during the first pickup. I understand it’s only $16, but it’s principle that this company will take and take and take any chance they get. They didn’t communicate it was already handled with Eli. The driver wouldn’t start until we paid it and no one from midland vans was answering numerous phone call attempts. Moving is stressful to begin with, and moving out of state is even worse. I highly recommend you do NOT use Midland Van Lines, it’s a complete crock, ran by crooks. They aren’t a moving company-they are a broker who sub out to others drivers, they do not own their own vans or have their own truck drivers. They claim they aren’t brokers, but they 100% are. Save the time and money and do yourself a huge favor and use another company!”

“My move from Phoenix to Las Vegas was nerve-wracking until Midland Van Lines stepped in. I was moving out of a high-rise apartment with lots of furniture, and I was worried about how it would all be handled. Midland’s team came prepared and made the entire process seem effortless. They carefully disassembled and reassembled my furniture, and not a single item was scratched or broken. They even managed to meet my tight schedule. The communication was excellent, and the movers were friendly and professional. If you want a stress-free, smooth move, Midland Van Lines is the company to trust!”

“The employees from Midland Van Lines were absolutely professional and very kind with our family throughout the move. James was great from day one, prompt and professional in his responses and very clear with his communication. The delivery is scheduled, and Midland provided us with updates along the way. They arrived when expected and all of our items, except a large mirror of ours that we knew had busted in the last move but were told by multiple people they could still fix. They were responsive and friendly with anything I needed really quickly, especially Dominic in service. Midland even accommodated us when we had changes in our schedule. We were super well looked after and the whole thing was very painless. For any of you out there looking for a reputable and dependable moving company I would definitely urge using Midland Van Lines.”

“We can now say that Midland Van Lines eased our nerves and actually helped with this long trip across the country. And there were never any hidden fees or surprises; the quoted price was what I paid. The team were professional and on time, as well as extremely careful with our stuff. The shipping was faster than I expected and all products are in excellent condition, no damaged. The transport service was just as easy — we even had the truck within less than a week. “Moving is always difficult, or so I thought before Midland van lines . They showed up on time, as promised and were in every way professional: careful with our stuff, minimizing the number of carts they used, etc. He worked really fast and well, the moving was done by his movers in a manner that no other packing company had to do. The whole process was easy and stress free, I could not have asked for better service. I have nothing but praise for everyone at Midland van lines and would highly recommend them to others in need of quality movers.”
