Comes late. Terrible cheap quality and several times haven't given me a full refund as promised! Never use!!!!

poor delivery service ordered items that were supposed to delivered via U.K. Saturday delivery never turned up poor service on behalfs of misguided and yodel!!! Not impressed at all especially when your depending on the outfit you ordered to go out in!!

Ordered a top, when it arrived its was in the worst quality I've ever seen! Holes all over it and every sceme fraid! I've returned this and emailed them, a week on still no reply, utterly disgusted with this service and will never use them again

Misguided is a sam site, i ordered form them after watching a youtube video and now i regret it so much. My order was never processed so i looked for a contact number and all i found was a email. The email address they provided has no association with the actual site. after emailing them over 100 times i put a dispute on the charges and the next day they emailed me saying my items had been shipped. I checked the website and the fux fur coat i had ordered was removed and they charged me $13 in shipping and have yet to refund the difference. Im so annoyed with this website. I wish i had never ordered for there.

There's no customer service number. Only contact through emails. They don't provide tracking information and even when ordering through the US website, you still must convert sizes. Shipping literally takes forever too. The website works correctly maybe 1 out of 5 tries. There's always an issue when it comes to adding items to your cart. There's always complains on IG photos. It's not fair to the consumer. This is the worst site I've ever ordered from and I do 90% of my shopping online. I really want to like this store but until the website works correctly and faster shipping, I'm staying away

Please save yourself some trouble and do not order from this company. They will take your money. They sent me a very cheap dress that was not the correct size. I had to pay to send it back hoping that I would get a refund. Well, they sent me the dress back. They were not able to tell me why. Their customer care is extremely automated and there is no one to contact to help you. It's like playing a game trying to get in touch with a supervisor because they will not allow it. Pleaseeeeee do notttt order anything. The clothes are cute but 9/10 they won't fit properly/ you'll be stuck with the poor merchandise/ or you may not receive it at all.

I never write reviews but left this was a company people had to be warned about, so if you are reading this thinking about making a purchase do not do it, save your money and spend it elsewhere. Terrible company! Poor quality clothing for the amount charged (items aren't the same quality you could expect when viewing the photos online)! The worst customer services I have ever received when purchasing goods online. Slow delivery process and when goods do not arrive, do not expect a refund unless you have paid via paypal. When it comes to returning goods they claim they have not arrived and will not issue a refund. Tips if you do decide to use this ridiculous company... Always pay via paypal Always returned items by tracked postage

I have tried several times to give this company another chance to rectify the poor shipment and return process. Once I attempted to return an item ($70), I was never refunded and they mysteriously never received the package. Another occurrence I processed a return for a friend, which I took to the USPS to ensure I had tracking information, my friend was never refunded. My friend informed me that she communicated back and forth via email, however still no refund. The final and last straw, I placed an order on Jan 19 today is Feb 2, the order has just arrived to the US as of today, with no additional information. I will not ever order from this company again!!!

THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL. TOOK WEEKS FOR ITES TO ARRIVE TO NYC- SIZES WERE TOO LARGE SO I REORDERED- ENDED UP RETURNING BOTH SETS OF ORDERS - $85 DOLLARS EACH. NO LUCK IN GETTING MY MONEY OR ANY TYPE OF CREDIT BACK AND THIS WAS AN ORDER PLACED IN THE SUMMER. IT IS NOW JANUARY. OUTRAGEOUS. WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION IF NECESSARY. OUT OF SHEER PRINCIPAL.

I have ordered from Missguided five times and out of those times I have returned two items. The company's return policy is extremely frustrating and needs to be revamped. This first time I retuned an item it took four months for the money to be returned to my account, absolutely unacceptable. The most recent return was very upsetting. I had ordered a coat that was too big and sent it back the day after it was received to the New York, NY address. However, Missguided customer service representatives claimed that the package was not received. I have friends who have ordered from here and have had the same experience. Unfortunately, I did not keep the receipt from USPS with the proof of postage, however, I sent them my bank statement with the USPS transaction and label number on it and that was not enough. Now I have wasted $93. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I'm so upset and angry, my very first order of missguided after waiting for weeks and weeks and weeks LITERALLY WEEKS for 1 ITEM to restock. so finally that item came back in stock. First of all my boyfriend pay for this item with his bank, because it was a little birthday gift from him for me. everything went fine. Then i received a conformation email about my order, i always check the email because of my address well i found out they missed my address number.. They had my address street name but forgot the numbers of my address, so i emailed the customer service. I got a poorly email back saying they can't change the address i have to log in my account and change it. So i did. (which is weird because i've never had problem with other stores before if i emailed them about my address they said always we will change it directly). How ever.. later i received and email because the PAYMENT has made DID NOT MATCH UP WITH THE 'ACCOUNT' SO THEY ASK FOR MY ID TO CHECK MY ADDRESS .. first of all my ID AND PASSPORT DO NOT HAVE MY ADDRESS IN IT. THEY REFUSE TO SEND ME THAT 1 ITEM BECAUSE THEY WANT PROOF OF MY ID FIRST. ARE YOU SERIOUS?????? MY BOYFRIEND PAID FOR THAT SKIRT SO WHAT? IVE NEVER HAD PROBLEM WITH THAT BEFORE UNTILL NOW AT MISSGUIDED.. RIDICULOUS ISN'T IT? FOR ONE ITEM COST UNDER $20.

Just purchased some clothing, one item was on sale for £20. Once purchased they charged me £39.99 for the item. This is false advertising, i contacted them and they only say that "We have checked our Missguided website and confirm that "Lena Oversize Cocoon Coat Mustard" is £39.99. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused." They say this but the item still states that it is £20... Do NOT order from this company. Their customer service terrible. They shipped me the wrong sized dress and are trying to stick me with return & receiving shipping expenses for their error. Trying to get the issue rectified is a nightmare and I honestly wish I'd never bothered ordering a dress from them. I wouldn't recommend anyone order anything. Find another retailer who will own up to their mistakes and work to correct the issue. At this point I am proceeding with legal action against the company for false information supplied to have me pay more $$ to receive the right item.

I've waited 2weeks to receive my refund and I'm still waiting! Oh when you use the returns label inside the bag they deduct money from you refund because you've used it how disgusting!! What is the point in putting the label inside! I will not be ordering from here again I'm disappointed..

Ordered items last Sunday - it's been 6 days today and still not received. I paid £2.99 for 'up to 5 days' delivery which in itself is a rip off! Contacted them twice to find out why it's not been delivered on time and had no response. I will be requesting a refund of the postage. Gutted I didn't read reviews of this place before I ordered :(

An update on my missguided price dispute (see review below): after emailing missguided again about the price dispute and how I felt it was very likened to false advertising, they have now initiated a refund for the price difference between the sale price and the full price I paid for both items. Again this rating is purely for customer service, had it been dealt with properly in the first place I would happily have given them 5 stars for customer service. Im pleased that it now has been rectified but its inevitable for something like this to happen and could happen at any store, however how its handled is important. I feel as though if I had not said anything further, it would have been left unhandled and I would have received no refund.
