I ordered a dress on October the 8th but had it returned by October the 21st. I have been waiting since October to get a refund from this terrible scam of a company! It is not mid-late November. I have done returns to the UK with a company like ASOS and got my money back within a reasonable amount of time (within 1 week)! I am based in the US. To add insult to injury they wrote an e-mail saying that I will get a refund within 48 hours and had to write them over 2 times again telling them that the 48 hour period has passed. Are you kidding me? If you look on the Facebook page or other review websites you will see that countless other women have been robbed of their money and time. But what goes around comes around the money these people have stolen will be deducted from them 100x and they will be shut down!

Rubbish , worst customer service, thieves , they just take your money and good luck with getting a refund. This business should really be terminated

I made a mistake on one of my orders regarding the address & Amber fixed it in no time! I really appreciate her help! She was so nice! She's totally a lifesaver lol. If I had another issue with a order I would hope I get to talk to her again.

SAVE YOURSELF AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I placed an order on 9/9, and hours later, Missguided puts up a sale for 30% off. I email customer service to try and cancel my order so that I can place another order. CRICKETS - NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER from that email, even until this day. Believing that nothing would go wrong, as this is my first experience with Missguided, I placed a second order of the same items, same color, same size. So that I could return the first order and bite the cost of shipping the items back to Missguided. I speak to a representative on 9/29 because Missguided refunded the entire order on my second order and not my first. He assured that I would receive my entire refund (as I wanted to return another item on my second order). I speak to another representative again today, because the refund was not the correct amount that I should have received. The rep today is telling me that the original rep told me mistakenly that he would return the correct amount to me. They are basically trying to make me take a loss of $36 on money I spent on their company and provided no solution in refunding my money. I will never shop here again. I will tell everyone I know to never shop here again. I will post on their social media platforms to prevent others from purchasing from Missguided.

When you pay money for a next day delivery you expect to receive it. It's been 3/4 days and I STILL HAVEN'T GOT IT. The service is so poor and I'm not the only one who had this problem, such a disappointment as the clothes are decent. I have vowed never to purchase there again and strongly recommend my friends not to purchase there. They are useless.

I ordered a jacket at the end of September, thank goodness I didn't need it for a special occasion. I feel like the shipping was turtle-speed slow. The jacket itself is great, but I was beginning to think I was never going to receive it. Missguided sent me a confirmation when I ordered, another email to say it had shipped, then another email saying it would arrive in "3 business days." That last email was on October 6th. The package didn't arrive until TODAY October 13th, nearly a week after they said to expect it. The tracking details were a little shady the whole time too. I think it's great that you guys are trying to give people a heads up about shipping but make sure it's at least somewhat accurate, especially if that person has ordered for a special occasion. I would probably order from here again if I saw something I really LOVED, otherwise, I'll stick to my tried and true online stores, where I KNOW I'll get my package in 2 days.

I ordered a dress which was £28 and I was very dissapointed when I received my delivery as part of the dress had been attached back to front. Also the quality is not very good for the price of the dress

As with previous comments by others. I ordered a dress for next day delivery. The order was delayed for some internal processing reason. 3 days later an email was sent stating my parcel had been delivered. Apparently my order was left in my porch. There was no parcel whatsoever. I spoke to a number of misguided employees during the course of the day but to no avail. I am currently out of pocket they have my money and I no parcel. With a promise this is being dealt with - don't have any faith in their system.

i have ordered numerous times from misguided and twice now ive paid for a next day delivery and not received them, emails back and forward being told different things every time, constantly promised its going to arrive the next day only to be told more lies, then be told my delivery is lost and an investigation is ongoing, a week has passed and nothing is resolved im still being told its being looked into and no compensation or anything made, basically parcels are just lost yet keeping my money how does this work?? AVOID MISSGUIDED IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF

i would rate them 0/5 stars if possible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS SHOP AT ASOS (which is an equal mess but at least they have a legitimate customer service contact number). I reveievd emails saying my order had been delivered by nothing arrived, i found out the only way to get in contact with them is by twitter or luve chat. Tried twitter first & it takes them at least 1 day to respond to tweets or DMs if they dont completely ignore you. Then i tried live chat, an equal mess, no type or resolution offered what so ever, took +10 minutes to reply to one message and said that they would send me a form i had to sign in order for police to get involved??????? WTF all i want is my goddamn order which they were incapable to post correctly, then they just cut the live chat and no sign of a form or anything in the post. If u dont want to get scammed avoid this site, although their clothing items seem appealing, its not much fun when you pay for something that never arrives alongside terrible customer service and no legit contact number.

I ordered 2 dresses which came next day. They were both gorgeous but unsuitable for me. The return procedure was very easy (and free) and was refunded within a couple of days. Very impressed with customer service ????

i dont even know where to begin. i ordered an item and i got a notification with my order number. 2days later i placed a second order which after two more days i got a shipment notification and tracking number. I emailed customer service about my order and they swore heaven and earth they never got my order and they never took any money from my account although they did. Luckily for me a couple of days the package arrived, a pair of shoes. they didnt fit and i wanted to return them. At the same time i had to return a top from my second order so i shipped them together. today i get an email notification for a refund for just the top and not the shoes. i contacted customer service on twitter continuously and i have been ignored although i see them helping other people. i paid $70 for those shoes and im very upset. i just want my refund so i can stop shopping from missguided in peace.

Absolutely discussed with this website....lack of respect... no dispatch details or tracking details...still waiting for my order only to be told.it could now arrive Monday....7 days from originally stated...never again am i ordering anything from here....

Appalling customer service - you can never speak to anyone and the online chat takes forever. Supposed to have delivered my parcel to a shed - when we do not have a shed and they do not respond to emails. Still waiting to find out what they are going to do. Will not use again for sure.

Terrible service! I ordered 100$ worth of things on there. It was said that I would receive it within 4 business days, which got me super excited. After waiting for a week there was no package and the tracking number didn't work... so I went and googled this website. It's a scam! Don't ever buy from their website.
