“I ordered a wardrobe that was delivered damaged (smashed mirror, damage to every panel with either chips/ scratches/ paint bubbles) and the packaging was covered in foot prints. I have been trying to get a response to arrange collection of the faulty wardrobe and a full refund (as it was impossible to arrange a replacement item) for over a week now.
You can only speak to someone who cannot help as they do not work in that department, even though the phone option selected is aftersales, they say that they will ring or email you back with information and they do not do this. They say that you can’t speak to anyone who can help and that there is no manager available to speak to either.
I can see from other reviews that others are experiencing the exact same problem…
They have now stopped responding to emails.
I have been advised to report them to the ombudsman as it has now been 4 weeks and they are refusing to collect their damaged and faulty product, unless I pay £129, which is against the consumer rights act 2015.”
“We ordered a sofa and the smell of the sofa has actually made us sick. When we asked for it to be returned their answer was we have to charge you since it’s not a manufacture problem. Please do not buy sofas from this company and the wardrobe we bought looked like someone had already bought this and scratched it for life. Now we are given both away to charity and have lost £1000 because of these people. They will rip you off and I wish I never ever bought anything from these people. Disgusting”
“Would give this a zero if I could. Ordered a wardrobe weeks ago from this company, arranged for the items to be delivered and gave clear instructions on where to leave them at the property. The courier company confirmed all will be OK to deliver. Low and behold they marked the delivery as failed and want to charge me £138 for either a cancellation fee or the re-delivery fee!. My points in the email keep being ignored, I have had to save up for weeks for this item and now I am having to absorb the cost of the cancellation due to no fault of my own! The couriers have charged the fee however they have now deducted it from my full refund!!! I have asked countless times to raise this further within the company but again keep being told the same 'we cannot waiver this fee'.. the customer service I have received has been so POOR since the start. I am not going to give up because a company cannot take its customers financial situation into consideration or be slightly empathetic!! Never ever going to order or recommend this company to anyone. As the reviews are mostly POOR I am sure this one won't make a difference either.”
“We've only just started building this. The first two pieces are missing down holes. The second two pieces are too long. After drilling holes and cutting wood, we put everything together and then find a crack, which will be at the front and visible. This is ridiculous. The instructions are poor and no support as we are more than 20 miles from London so can't pay for installation. Do we carry on? If we don't, will they accept a return now that everything (apart from the mirror - hope its ok) is unpacked? The thing is that it looks so good. My advice, if you're capable of building a wardrobe from scratch and so can make the needed modifications, consider it. If not don't even think about it!”
“I wouldn’t even give them one star. Ordered a bed that they said was due to be delivered in 3 days as in stock. Of course the bed was damaged and the last one. I was offered many alternatives which were unsuitable and each time asked for my money back of £600. I am still waiting 10 weeks later for the refund. I have now started a dispute with my bank. Complete scammers do not use”
“Absolutely terrible customer service! Still waiting on our Chest of Draws that we ordered in March, no notification, emails contact or anything. When we finally got to speak to someone we were assured it would be delivered today and still nothing arrived and she didn't ring back as promised. Still no clarification on what's happening etc. Definitely wouldn't order again from here!!”

Been waiting over 2 weeks for sofa, only now reading reviews of others receiving damaged items ,no refunds , cancellation fees. Awful. “I have read that some people can't sleep on this mattress. I had a pillow top mattress for about 14 years. Finally broke down and purchased new beds. Do to our age we went with adjustable beds and these 12 inch mattresses. It is soft but you don't sink down all that much. I have been using maybe 3 weeks now and do to no space on side of bed I get on from end. I have not hit the mattress retainer once yet the edges have some Good stability to them so you don't sink in that far. I fall asleep before the message function times out (15 minutes or so) and have slept past the alarm 2x so far. I find the bed incredibly comfortable but I am a heavy person. Over 300lbs. A lighter person might find it a bit stiff and unforgiving. Mind you the wife is over 100 but under 200 that is all I am allowed to say and she says it is very comfortable for her also. Our mattresses touch but I don't feel her turning over and she doesn't feel me turning over. But her snoring is still as loud as any freight train. Purchased deep fitted sheets and wake up with a corner off every morning, but that might be me finding comfy position with adjustable bed. Oh ya also they work very well with adjustable bed. They bend not crease or kink. The cover that is on the mattresses has a zipper so it can be either washed or dry cleaned, I'll have to find instructions or look on label. I am a side sleeper also as is wife and no problem holding position and shoulder sinks in a bit but not a lot. One final thing we both will get on one mattress to just watch TV or snuggle and well the old pillow top because she lite and I am not she would either lay on angel or I would get sore from her weight pressing on me because of how far mattresses was sunk down. NOT ANY MORE!!!! Now we lay beside each other and 1 I am not sunk in 6 inch (ya it was time for new bed ) any more so she is beside not above fallin into the sinkhole. Oh yes another important thing was that there was almost no smell when the mattresses opened which was surprising and it only took about 1 hour for them to get to full height or so they looked full height. And as you can see from the video that I included the sex is fantastic on this mattress. Haha ya perv there is no video you will have to find that stuff out on your own. We are very satisfied with this purchase we just wish we would have done it a lot sooner. Oh ya I have not woke up with a sore back since getting this bed and mattress.”
