The wardrobe which I purchased fell apart after 1 month and MN Furnitures refused to give me a refund. Instead I was told I had to pay them more money to get replacements for the broken parts. I paid the additional money but I never received the parts. I am now owed £650.99 by this company and I am horrified that they treat their customers like this.

This thing smells so bad! I shut the spare bedroom door last night, and now the whole room reeks. I thought I was gonna like it a little bit more, but it looks like there’s not enough bedding material on the inside, causing it to slump or look kind of frumpy.

The worst company that i could ever found on the internet. They were in a big delay with my order and every time when I called them they put me to wait 2 days, or they will give me an email in 2 days which never happened. When I asked them to give me back the money , they said that I need to pay 50£ for refund. That is absolutely embarrassing. So now I don’t have either the product and either my money back. Such a shame this company

I received my wardrobe and parts in one box was damaged. Open a case for replace the damage box. Communication is so slow and poor. Called many times always saying will respond with email later but never have a response. They said box should be delivered yesterday finally after 3 weeks of waiting but didn't recieve it and asked for an update but don't have a response. My wardrobe should be done long time but now paid money to them and can't even get a replacement for damaged parts to do my wardrobe. Would never again order from this company

I haven’t received my parcels and have contacted them three times with no solution I’m extremely dissatisfied and dissapointed at the service, I was told three times I would receive a call back and I haven’t! I don’t even want the products anymore I just want a refund, would not recommend them to anyone

After receiving my sofas finally I’m absolutely disgusted with the quality cushions are not same size very hard to sit on. As soon as I sat down on sofa I heard a noise like something had broken the back off the sofa is so far back you dirt off leaning back to sit on it material is very fin probably won’t last long. I’m looking into starting court proceedings because this is not acceptable I really can not be bothered to email or speak to them after the nightmare I had trying to get the sofas. Avoid this company

I would avoid this company if you want a smooth transaction and communication. You get giving a delivery timeframe but your goods won't come in that time it's just a "guideline" apparently so two weeks after is acceptable. When they finally tell you the day it's coming they don't give you a tracking number from the company even if you ask a thousand times as it's just delivered by "a delivery company" that said company can be from anywhere in the UK so even though they aren't based in the Midlands that's where the "delivery company" where from. When you spend a lot of money for a sofa having two people in a small van delivery it with only plastic wrapping and no proper supports or protection isn't the most ideal of situations. After it was delivered a few weeks later I noticed it was missing a leg so the sofa was uneven. After around a week and a half I finally got a response but it was outside of the 30 days you are given to raise an issue so they said I would have to pay for a leg. A little worrying when a leg would cost next to nothing to send someone who's spent a lot of money and its a part they are missing but they didn't even get back to me with a quote for a leg so I gave up in the end. You take a risk buying without looking and not buying from a bigger company but it seems not all is as good as it seems. Would strongly recommend this company is avoidable as there customer service is a joke.

This company are shocking. I purchased a sofa from them, was given a delivery date which was not met,having to days going backwards and forwards with emails chasing this up. I then decided that I would request a full refund as the sofa hadn't arrived, to be told that's its already in transit and would be a cost of £150 to now cancel. Two days later the sofa turned up. I was then told by the two delivery men that I had to pay £50 to them if I wanted them to bring the sofa into my house. Absolutely disgusting. As I would not pay this, I then by myself had to bring the sofa in. The quality of this sofa is absolutely shocking. You can see all the staples where it's just been thrown together. I then sat on the sofa, and there was no comfort what so ever. I may aswel be sitting on the floor its that hard. I'm not daft, I'm aware new sofas can take a bit of bedding in, but this is ridiculous. I have NEVER took the time to write a review on anything, but deemed it needed to be done in this instance. I hope that this review will help people not to have there money stolen the way I have. DO NOT purchase anything from these rip off merchants.

Wow! I had my reservations when my wife first purchased because of the price but this is a high quality product that is easy to set up, lightweight, and comfortable

Ordered a four poster bed and the original delivery date "mysteriously" changed from the website availability so was over a week later then we originally thought. The boxes was dumped in the foyer of our building, no text or contact beforehand as listed in their T&C's, they also refused to take it to the apartment floor. We don't have a lift in our building. We couldn't even find a link to pay extra to get it delivered to the correct floor, also stated on the website. The wrong colour was sent and trying to contact someone to report this was a complete farce. When someone did finally reply to my emails, having already sent them a clear photo of the wrong furniture, they insisted on further photos. We then had to keep chasing to get a response, they finally admitted it was their mistake. (Brown wood is obviously a very different colour to black which is what we ordered). Then said a courier would come to collect and they will resend the correct bed, then I received an email, again after phone calls chasing for the courier details and new delivery date, constantly being told "we'll get back to you" and never do, to offer me £15 refund and keep the bed. I again confirmed we wanted the correct item and could they please collect the incorrect item. Not heard anything since. All emails are now being ignored and when I try to call now, there is recorded message asking to provide a pin number to speak to customer service! Incorrect bed had to be moved by ourselves as blocking access to the entrance to the building. Do not order anything from this company.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Please go nowhere near this bunch of jokers. I ordered a wardrobe online and paid immediately, I received no confirmation email, I only received this after chasing them. Then had zero communication with them when the wardrobe would arrive. I chased and chased. Finally I was given a date of arrival to which they turned up incredibly late. I was then told they wouldn’t be building the wardrobe even though I had paid over £170 extra for this. They rudely told me they had another job and left the wardrobe in the corner of my bedroom. I then had to chase again. I finally got a date when they would come back and fit the wardrobe, between 2pm and 7pm on a Saturday. They arrived at 7.10 and finally finished putting the wardrobe together at 11.30pm ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. The neighbours all complained, I missed all my plans. The wardrobe is also AWFUL. Cheap rubbish. 2 bits have already fallen off and the sliding door is no longer on the sliding rail. DREADFUL. PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME STUPID MISTAKE I MADE

If I could give zero stars, I would! Ordered a bed frame and was sent an email confirming the estimated delivery dates. When it went beyond the final date with no updates, we chased them. A few days later, had a call to say the bed frame had arrived damaged from the warehouse and it was the very last one (we’re convinced the bed frame didn’t exist in the first place!) They said we could have a refund or choose a different bed frame. I asked for the refund as we didn’t like any of the others. Trying to get confirmation of the refund was a process in itself but they finally said it would take 6 - 10 working days. A ridiculous amount of time, in this day and age. After 10 days without the refund, chased them again - highlighting that the only reason we wanted one was because of a fault at THEIR end. We were told the refund was ‘still with the accounts team and had somehow been missed off the queue’. We were told to wait a further 2-3 days. 3 days later, still no refund and it was now leading up to a bank holiday. My husband then started calling them and they said it would be processed that day. It wasn’t processed for about another 5 days. Long and the short of it is that we chased for 3 weeks until we finally got our money back. AVOID!!

Absolutely shocking service. I've had to take the day off work to wait for my order arriving that I've been waiting 3 weeks for. Had no contact saying what time it was coming. Had to ring up and was told that's it will definitely be here by 5pm. Finally managed to get through to delivery company at 4:30pm and was told that they had forgot to load onto the van!? Surely they count how many loads they have and do a check list??? To make matters worst, they didn't even bother to let me know. I've lost a days wages and now been told it will come 'sometime' next week which will see me lose another day's wage...that's 2! The customer service was absolutely shocking and I want some kind of compensation for this disgraceful service! Do NOT buy from this company!!!!!!

When the goods was delivered the delivery guys refused to bring the goods into my home and demanded that I bring the goods into my home myself or they would need to charge me extra to bring the goods into my home. I asked to speak to the manager at that point and afterwards the delivery guys agreed to deliver into my home. When I opened the packages I found some pieces were damaged. I made a complaint only to be told that I had damaged the goods. After going back and forth with their customer services staff over a week or so I was refused a refund and told to accept a replacement. I then decided to buy bought the goods fro another company and now still awaiting my refund which looks unlikely to happen. I very disappointed with the way this company treated myself as a customer. I will not be buying from them again.

What a terrible and stressful experience. I purchased a wardrobe on April 14th that stated the lead time for delivery is to be expected between April 22-30th. After numerous calls as they have failed to deliver and accumulating an extra £31.00 charge on my phone bill I keep being fobbed off with multiple excuses. When contacting the first excuse was expect delivery between 7-14 days which is fair enough I’ll wait for that time frame. It’s now 30 days since purchase... I was told to expect delivery of the item no later than last weekend, after that didn’t happen I received another email stating it would definitely be this week but once again no email or call from the courier regarding delivery. I booked a few days off of work so that I can take delivery of this wardrobe and get it set up as I have a partner at home with a 2 year old son whom would definitely struggle taking delivery. This is now proving to cause unnecessary stress and anxiety for us when it should be a pleasant experience. Especially after spending £500. After highlighting the £31.00 extra charge on my phone bill also, I was told they aren’t willing to do anything and to contact my phone provider if I’m not happy about it. Surely as a good will gesture for the stress caused I should be refunded £31.00 to cover the cost of this? I will be contacting trading standards today as I am without £500 and no item to show for it.

Let's just say that I was very pleasantly surprised. This lounger cot was much bigger than my measurements or that I expected. Firm pad but has some give to it so it'll hold up. The lounger is extremely comfortable and so I thought it would be for myself I find that my cats have taken over ... I am sleeping better, I don't even remember falling asleep and I'm waking up feeling more refreshed that's interesting I didn't expect that. At this time, I have no negative things to say about this lounger. There is no assembly needed at all .....is simply the easiest thing I've ever did not have to assemble. The lounger came quickly it was not damaged it was in very good condition and I am very happy with it both me and my cat Spartacus and Crixus.Let's just say that I was very pleasantly surprised. The worse experience i have ever accrued. I will never buy from these again. Poor delivery, poor communication, broken promises, and most of all very poor quality product. Then they offered us a pathetic £15 refund. So upset especially afyer about 20 emails.

Sofa took 7 weeks to arrive, went past the expected delivery date by over a week. Delivery attempted at wrong time slot, chose a slot id be home at and they tried to deliver 3 hours before hand therefore I missed it, chose a new date and time slot again delivered before my selected time frame. Communication on the phone was close to impossible and no apologies throughout. Would not recommend this company unless you want a headache and a lot of agro
