When I read about people complaining about investments with no way to get their money back, it breaks my heart. Similar circumstances had happened to me, where i have lost all hope of recovering my funds and getting back my investment , but thanks to COVSECLTD.COM and their incredible assistance, I was able to find a route out through a tunnel.

I invested a total of $743k on a binary option platform after several weeks i tried to make some withdrawals to my bank but the withdrawal wasn’t successful, i quickly contact the platform costumer care via email and phone number they provided in their contact info but didn’t get a response from them that was when everything started looking weird. A few weeks later I got a mail from them requesting that i should invest more money if I want to withdraw my money which i rejected, and I never heard from them again that was when I knew I’m about being screwed. i was really devastated at those moment and felt so bad that my hard earned money was gone. Do not bank with MONZO if you want access to your funds when needed. They will hold your money for '2-4 weeks' over simple transactions in and out if your account. I am a business customer and still the service I've received is diabolical. They can't connect you to the relevant team so you can't speak with anyone and when a call back is requested they lie and say they couldn't get through. I'm still waiting for that call. The complaints department is no help since it's all via email and they respond with total lack of urgency, if at all. You'll be wasting your time and effort trying to conduct day to day banking with this online platform. Zero stars

I am blocked out of my bank account,lasting three days. I have not been notified, or alerted to the problem and I have been given no explanation or reason for the issue. I have not been given a reason and they don't actually know why. I am unable to use my car, stopping me from attending work. And a young child to keep fed and cared for. I have no other financial options and I am told that I just have to wait. I cannot transfer either. This is not good enough. If it's a valid security issue or privacy issue. Why don't they tell me. They don't know. This is a very concerning thought regarding the bank that has my money.

Closed my monzo account. They sent me an annual statement. Requested on Wednesday 13th November for statements to be sent in a monthly format to me via email. Specially for last 4 months. I know it can take up to 2 working days. But I have sent so many emails and made calls since Wednesday 13th November as it is an emergency and they are just not responding. The agents on the phone cannot do anything to escalate it. This is bad considering it's a simple task to carry out. I am disappointed. My relatives have accounts with Monzo and will advise them better to close it. Very robotic experience and no personal touch or care towards my needs.

They closed my account with no notice whatsoever “for commercial reasons” while I was on holiday with my family. Completely left me in the lurch. They can’t (won’t) give me any further reason and I can’t figure it out unless it was because I was out of the country - the whole reason for using Monzo in the first place - in which case they could have just asked. An appalling way to treat a customer.

I highly recommend avoiding this platform, as I encountered significant difficulties in withdrawing the $55,700 I had deposited, which I hoped would be productive. This company is a scam, please don't invest with them and stay away from their agents, after they declined my withdrawal I decided to report to the authorities, and I was referred to Mrs. Rose who I contacted her through mail, rose...hoover...90...(at)...Gmail...com, she guided me through the process and within few days, I was able to make my withdrawal and I got it then I transferred the money to my bank account. Monzo froze my account without clear communication, and the customer service has been painfully slow in addressing my case. They have also reported me to Cifas with incorrect information, which has severely impacted my financial standing. I cannot pay my bills, buy essential goods, or access my funds. Despite reaching out multiple times, I’ve seen no progress from Monzo to resolve the issue in a timely manner. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable for a bank, especially when people's livelihoods are at stake.
