Ordered my gift and card as I was self isolating, quick enough to take my money but nothing received. Have emailed them 4 times, tried to call them but after 90 mins on hold I gave up. I'll never use again and tell everyone I know to avoid. So sick of businesses taking money and not supplying the relevant product/service!

I received a delivery of flowers on Monday which arrived not in bud, as it advertises.Ive only just looked to see how long they should last.website states they stay fresh for 5 days...Although these flowers have lasted 5 days they are on there way out now. My friends have spent a lot of money and the fact they’ve only lasted five days I would not recommend this company .

If I could give a no star I certainly would have done. My partner ordered me what should have been a beautiful bunch of multicoloured lilies as a gift from my newborn son to celebrate my first birthday as a mummy. They arrived, I got very emotional (what girl doesn’t love being surprised with flowers). However what I opened was extremely disappointing, there just half a dozen in there (for the cost thats appalling) only 1 of the flowers was actually in tact (or looked remotely like a lily), most had been ripped from the stem or squashed to a point of no fixing. From a ‘coloured’ perspective well most of them had brown leaves so maybe that was what they classed as coloured. I am extremely grateful to my partner for the thought he put into this but feel extremely let down that he has spent a lot of money on having them delivered to be sent in the state they was. I wouldn’t have paid £3 if they had been reduced in a supermarket for the flowers I was presented with. I will not be using this service again and do not expect the flowers to survive the weekend. I am also not one to complain but this has upset me that much I felt I had no other option. Please be aware before you on order flowers from moonpig. My partner rang to make a complaint (was on hold for well over 30mins) the operator was extremely helpful and friendly and they did offer a full refund so customers service was excellent, just a shame about the product. On a positive the card he got me along with the flowers was just perfect, a beautiful picture of me and my son. Will give the star for that.

If i could give a zero i would. i am appalled by the state of the flowers sent to me by my niece. they were fit only for the bin. They had all broken stems, stems with no heads crushed petals and flowers. In fact they look like they had been used to batter someone before being boxed. There is no way the condition of these flowers got this bad during transport, i can only assume they were in very poor condition before being sent. I hated having to inform my niece about the terrible bouquet received and do wonder how many of us are embarrassed to tell the sender for fear of appearing ungrateful, Thankfully i was so upset that she had spent money on such poor quality flowers that had to be put into the bin i contacted the customer services and after half hour got through to a very helpful and understanding gentleman who via speakerphone spoke with my niece and sorted a refund as i had declined having another bouquet sent out for fear of the condition of the next product. Unfortunately i nor she will ever use these again to send flowers.

My mum spent £50 on the luxury rose & peony flowers. I received them on Thursday evening 8pm and were dead by Saturday morning! Absolute disgrace! I feel so bad for my mother who deserves a full refund. I’m so angry, I really don’t want to tell her as she will be really upset.

Paid £12 for giant card that still hasnt been delivered-phone nit answered and email response will take 72 hours - very poor service. If they cant cope during the pandemic they shouldn't be taking peoples money.

'1 star' only because I can't give '0 star' Wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money. Still waiting for a card ordered on 24th April. Impossible to get through on the phone. Insulting to be now receiving special offers etc. Will not be using again and will be advising everyone I know of Moonpig's total lack of service having taken my money.

This is the only online card retailer I use now as the site is easy to use I can add credit if I want and when they have special deals I can purchase cards to post out later.

I received flowers from here and was very disappointed. Moonpig guarantees 5-day freshness, however, the flowers had wilted within 2 days, the roses looked nothing like the picture and the Lillies had started to fall apart before they were able to bloom. Contacted the complaints department several times and did not get any response. Awful flowers that arrived with many brown patches on the petals and awful customer service.

Moonpig are an absolute joke, ordered a card and flowers - and 7 days of calling my mother in law still nothing. Checked online...showing as delivered the day after being ordered!!!! Been trying for several days to call...after half an hour in the phone given up. So tried emailing today.....just had an email saying that they won’t be responding to emails!! Both me and my husband are key workers and can’t always get to the shops, trusted Moonpig - feel complete let down and ripped off!! No card, no flowers and over £20 out of pocket. WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY AGAIN, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - MOONPIG ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!
