My Sister sent me some flowers.They were just left on the doorstep anyone could have taken them ! On opening them half were dead and flower heads broken off. I would never use Moonpig again haven't the heart to tell my Sister.

This is the worst card app ever, it tricks you into ordering more cards and large cards and you end up a large charge too. It’s so difficult to navigate and the categories and selection not great.

Two very dead plants from different people received, when complained about it via chat on line basically told sorry nothing we can do they were fine when they left... My family and firends paid good money for dead plants to arrive, wicked what a way to go Moonpig, customer service at it's best NOT!!

The card I ordered for my nephew had his name spelt wrong on the front , should say Jacob they put jaoob , have sent emails and live chat but no answer and cant get through on the phone. I will not be using them again and will tell my family and friends how bad their customer service is and I recommend they use another company. The card is obviously useless and too late to send another now.

Absolutely despicable. I ordered six hampers on 3rd December (to be delivered in time for Christmas) and none of them arrived. I am absolutely staggered at the response from Moonpig representatives, who were disinterested, unprofessional and unapologetic. I am bitterly disappointed...

I wrote to them last week about a card for my mother that arrived chewed and wet but no reply . Do not use them they are Rubbish,

Daughters 40th Birthday card failed to arrive. Due 2 days ago. More disappointing due to the present travel restriction so unable to personally deliver. Next time will support local card shop and GPO. AVOID

I have spoken to customer service several times, each time they lie and promise a refund. I have now been waiting for a total of 31 days and yet when I call, they say they will start the process!! Totally disgusting!! I want my money!! Thieving cowboys!!

Useless service. I tried to send flowers to a friend. There was nowhere online to leave my message, or select a delivery date. As soon as I had paid the order closed down. The online .’Customer Service’ was rubbish too.

Birthday card somehow got separated from the flowers that was ordered at the same time. Was told the card was sent out First Class - 5 days later and still no card. Seems to be a common issue looking through these reviews so I won’t be a returning customer. Avoid unless you want disappointment.

Begrudgingly gave 1 star. Flowers arrived as a gift for my birthday and all looked half dead, one stem the leaves were rotting. I wouldn’t recommend anyone wastes their money.

I ordered 3 card to send to France. They got lost and never arrived . Moonpig customer service advisor was brilliant and resend them straight away.After few days,they arrived. I had some very happy nephew and nieces . Thank you

Birthday flowers just arrived. Half dead, heads off stems and very limp. Not told my brother who sent them but annoying that hard earn money spent on dead flowers!

Tried (very hard) to contact but unable to. Flowers arrived with at least a quarter of the heads missing & the rest of the flowers crushed, had to throw away they were that bad.

Quick to take order and deliver but nigh on impossible to get in contact when things go wrong!! Bought cards, arrived promptly but without envelopes 🙄

Birthday card delivered with the wrong name on. Flowers costing £27 pounds wilted after twenty four hours, dead after four days. Very poor quality which I have complained about but five days later no response and no refund. Would not use this company again

Paper quality is rubbish got a leaving card for my Colleague and had difficulty writing in it, it looked a mess once i had finished going over the writing very disappointed.
