I had ordered a card and a balloon for my daughters birthday for the 12 th November, only received the balloon and no card and still no card . I am so disappointed with this as my daughter never got a card for her birthday . I have messaged Moonpig and still no reply from them as I would like a refund .

Ordered an anniversary gift and Giant Card for my wife. Had to be delivered as two different packages because it comes from different suppliers. (No problem with that) the gift arrived today on our anniversary but the card not. When I asked their customer care department they said I can expect to receive the card in 3 days as 1st class postage is 1-3 days. I ordered this earlier in the month and they send it to me on the day I need it delivered. Won’t be using them again.

I ordered a card for my daughters 18th Birthday. After I placed the order I noticed that I had stupidly made a grammatical error. So I quickly went into the moonpig helpline/chat room to ask them to amend my error. The chap I was chatting with said that he had cancelled the order and refunded the £7.19 back into my account so I could correct the error and re order, which I proceeded to do. The day later my Daughter received two cards and two weeks have passed and still no refund. The products are great but please do not say that an order had been cancelled and a refund had been processed when both of these statements were not true and I now feel that I had been lied to.

I paid over £4.50 For a card that can only be described at best worth 50p Card was flimsy and very small for money Would never order again from them VERY DISAPPOINTED

Very disappointing having used Moonpig many times. Wrong card received, my personalized card went elsewhere, they were very unconcerned about this in spite of being seemingly obsessed with data protection (?!?) Customer service rude and unapologetic. Second chat cut me off, asked to be contacted by a manager, refused. Very inflexible. Seems they've got too big to worry about their customers and pump more money into advertising now. Sad about that.

Its my birthday today and my partner orderd card and balloons they turned up at 6pm but only 1 card and thats from my dog fletch but no card from my partner She is soo upset about this but looking from other people's reviews its a ongoing situation!!! As far as I'm concerned dont use moon pig They don't do east it says on the tin !!!!

I ordered two separate orders on 28/9/20.one to be delivered on 15/11/20 that didn't get delivered until 17th. The other for my boyfriends birthday 18/11/20 didn't arrive until after 6pm in a damp box (balloons) and damp cardboard envelope. Products where fine but deliveries terrible. Very very disappointed as it spoilt the surprise.

VERY POOR SERVICE and I feel they trick you into believing the card and the gift rate same delivery service , but alas they are entirely ser[pearte with no synchronicity not even and identification of sender on the gift. My brother started seeking ideas from friends as the champagne arrived 3 days before any card , then of course neither package cross connected the 2 items . Dreadful constrict , a real disgrace

Birthday card arrived exactly a week late and the recipient should have received it a day early! Have been waiting on live chat for 15 minutes to be cut off when it was my turn. First time I have used Moonpig and so disappointed ☹️

Charged first class delivery and still waiting for my card 5 days later. Have used Moonpig for years but unfortunately the service has deteriorated to such an extent I won’t be doing so any more.

Paid a lot of money to have express delivery. Still haven’t received item. Moo pig are no longer answering physical telephone calls, you go through the online chat function. Online chat!! Mayas well have wasted the full hour I was on the online chat talking to the wall. Took forever to answer, said there were too many chats going on. I said I wanted the Royal Mail track number to trace my item (if they gave this with my order I’d have been able to check myself in seconds but that would have been too straight forward) another while goes by, I get link to track my order on Royal Mail-try link-link DOES NOT WORK!!!! Go back to chat. The rep had left the chat! Like WTF! This is disgusting.

Just received two cards that I ordered and there were no envelopes to put them in. I have ordered numerous cards off this sight and they have always included the envelopes but not this time. I have now got to try and find two envelopes for the cards . Not happy and I will not be ordering from them again

Ordered a card and gift to be delivered 9th November. Ordered over a week before birthday and today is when it should have been delivered. It wasn't until mid afternoon that I received an email saying my delivery was for the next day! It was being sent via Royal Mail tracking. I contacted Moonpig and Karen replied to my message where I vented my anger and disgust. She told me that my parcel was posted yesterday via Royal Mail? Never knew Royal Mail post offices were open on a Sunday. I was offered a refund of postage and did not at anytime say I accepted this as I wanted answers as to why this order had gone wrong. I ended up asking for email address of Managing Director but she said she was not allowed to give it saying I should write to the complaints department. (After reading the reviews below I guess they are swamped with complaints and I should have read the reviews as if I had I would never had trusted this company with my request) Karen reiterated to me that she had refunded £10 to my account which is not what I wanted to hear. I still want answers and I will make sure thus complaint gets through to the MD and my complaint is not just pushed under the carpet. My advice to anyone thinking of using this company to send good wishes for whatever reason to a person you choose please don't as they can not be trusted to deliver on time.

Moonpig are great with cards. BUT DO NOT ORDER GIFTS FROM MOONPIG BECAUSE MORE OFTEN THEN NOT YOU WILL BE LET DOWN !!! BASICALLY THE FIRST YOU WILL HEAR ABOUT IT IS WHEN THE PERSON YOU SEND A GIFT TOO AS IN MY CASE MY SONS BIRTHDAY & HE DOES NOT RECEIVE THE GIFT & WHEN YOU CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE ATTITUDE IS THEY REALLY DON'T CARE & THEY WILL ORGANISE A REFUND THAT YOU ONLY RECEIVE BECAUSE YOU ASKED WHERE YOUR IMPORTANT PRESENT FOR THAT IMPORTANT DAY. IF THE REST OF THE COMPANY IS LIKE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN THEY ARE ALL A BUNCH OF CLOWNS.

Preferred a bouquet of flowers for my wife’s birthday. They didn’t even last 24 hours! Dreadful! An utter waste of money. Will never use moonpig.com again.

My daughter always sends me flowers through you because she's paid a lot of money she would be terribly hurt if I told her the flowers were disgusting.So I've never told her and I don't want to appear ungrateful but I feel you should not send poor quality flowers

Chocolate hamper arrived but didn’t find out who had sent it until card arrived 2 days later. Chocolate hamper disappointed especially the quantity and quality of products. (Cookies went in the bin can make better ones myself) tasted bitter. Not worth £25
