Nearly £8 for a birthday card and it arrives two days late. Won't bother again!!

I have been a customer for years, back when you could pre-pay balance then just order cards as needed. Over the years things have changed, you can no longer do pre pay etc, which is fair enough. However the final straw was when I wanted to change ISP and so need to change my email address. No. Cant be done. Basic gdpr request to update my details, nope. Will happily delete my account ( oh yeah they want me to lose that prepay balance). Suggested I set up a new account under new email. Then I will have to add all the names and addresses and birthday reminders again. If I am having to do that, it will be with a different company, one which allows my email address to be updated when I next change ISP. Bitterly dissapointed in this awful customer service experience. I will be using up my prepay balance and leaving

Order placed for surprise gift. Advised Friday. Then changed to Saturday. Then wasn't delivered and returned. Can't call them up they have no phone service. The message forum crashes so takes an hour to sort something that takes 10 minutes. Huge inconvenience and occasion ruined by compensation of 3.49 delivery refund. Won't use them again.

I ordered a card for my son's birthday last weekend. The card has not arrived. I then checked with two other people I have sent cards to in the last few months because I remember thinking at the time that it was not usual that they didn't say they had received their cards - they usually do. Neither had received. I cannot see how Moonpig can blame this on Royal Mail - it is incredibly unlikely they would have lost 3 orders. Therefore, they took my money and did not send. Are they scamming customers?

Well.. First time experience and my last time experience... who wants to open a birthday card at 9pm... exactly nobody does... customer service has a copy/pasting tics.. thanks for the pasted info which is exactly same info i got from tracking too what you want me to do with that.. oh we don't manage delivery times so basically what you saying your entire platform is based on random luck of your delivery courier how the **** are you still running?

Placed an order for moonpig on the 21st November for the 25th nothing arrived. It's the 1st still nothing has arrived Tried calling customer services unable to speak to anyone due to the volume of calls received. E-mail sent no response. I think the old fashioned way is still the best way by buying a card from your local greeting & giftcard shop. It's far too difficult to make contact with any on-line company when they have messed up. Now I'm £7 out of pocket. Moonpig you are the weakest link good bye.

Ordered a card for my wife’s birthday it would be here day before her birthday 5 days later still no card emailed them just said we will send another card out told them didn’t want it as not her birthday and 5 days late I had no reply to the email

I will never use Moonpig.com again. I spent a lot of time trying to amend the wording on a birthday card. I sent emails & heard nothing! My card arrived yesterday with no amendment made to the wording! Kristine King Unhappy customer!

Terrible, we all blame moonpig, perhaps it is them, perhaps it's the thriving so and so's at royal mail, either way there's a 50/50 chance you won't get your order. Mine was a 100% chance of not getting it.

Shocking customer service! I ordered a card, hoping it will arrive on the day of funeral (6th of Nov), but it didn't. Week after, the card with condolences still was not delivered ( 13th of Nov). Contacted the CS, been told the card might been lost, and it will be re-send. Another week and another excuse - the second card never arrived, as it might have been lost! Again! I do understand some delays, yet, you cant blame everything on the pandemic! No thanks Zuzanna

Very poor customer care. I waited over a week for card to be delivered. Having emailed them I was advised that it must have been 'lost in transit'. I asked it could they could try sending again as I have left some leeway . No response from customer case. They took my money in 2 secs. That is the only thing that they manage to do quickly

My Husband sent me flowers which when they arrived were practically dead and literally nothing like the description or picture on their site. Not cheap and complete rubbish. I felt really sorry for him

I ordered a card for my 30 years old daughter I ordered 1 week earlier to have enough time to arrive on time. guess what. Never arrived I contacted customer service, very poor customer serve with so much excuses . donot use them to avoid disappointment

I had ordered a card and a balloon for my daughters birthday for the 12 th November, only received the balloon and no card and still no card . I am so disappointed with this as my daughter never got a card for her birthday . I have messaged Moonpig and still no reply from them as I would like a refund .

Ordered an anniversary gift and Giant Card for my wife. Had to be delivered as two different packages because it comes from different suppliers. (No problem with that) the gift arrived today on our anniversary but the card not. When I asked their customer care department they said I can expect to receive the card in 3 days as 1st class postage is 1-3 days. I ordered this earlier in the month and they send it to me on the day I need it delivered. Won’t be using them again.

I ordered a card for my daughters 18th Birthday. After I placed the order I noticed that I had stupidly made a grammatical error. So I quickly went into the moonpig helpline/chat room to ask them to amend my error. The chap I was chatting with said that he had cancelled the order and refunded the £7.19 back into my account so I could correct the error and re order, which I proceeded to do. The day later my Daughter received two cards and two weeks have passed and still no refund. The products are great but please do not say that an order had been cancelled and a refund had been processed when both of these statements were not true and I now feel that I had been lied to.

Very disappointing having used Moonpig many times. Wrong card received, my personalized card went elsewhere, they were very unconcerned about this in spite of being seemingly obsessed with data protection (?!?) Customer service rude and unapologetic. Second chat cut me off, asked to be contacted by a manager, refused. Very inflexible. Seems they've got too big to worry about their customers and pump more money into advertising now. Sad about that.

Its my birthday today and my partner orderd card and balloons they turned up at 6pm but only 1 card and thats from my dog fletch but no card from my partner She is soo upset about this but looking from other people's reviews its a ongoing situation!!! As far as I'm concerned dont use moon pig They don't do east it says on the tin !!!!
