“Sad to only put a 3*. I was so impressed with the initial customer service immediately after ordering but then when my order did not arrive (after over a week) and there was a lack of information / feedback regarding a delay and an additional delay in replying to my online query of where my order was. After 4 days I chased up a reply again which put my message to the back of their queue - I was sad to see that messages were answered over 4 days old. Had the fab customer service continued on the same initial level I would have given 5* without hesitation but I was severely disappointed.”

I want to mention how well Zoe, Olivia & the management at Mori have done in turning round a issue I had with my whole experience as a new customer.
If you scroll through the comments on facebook you will see my 'rant' so no need to repeat.
So often we are easy to complain however never seem to share our comments when it is put right or a great service is received.
Well I for one am truly astounded by the turn around Mori has done for me. Olivia, Zoe & the management team at Mori have gone well out of their way not to only retain my custom but to ensure my whole experience has been what they wish to expect their customers to receive! I for one will certainly be a repeat customer and have already shouted out the Mori brand to friends and family!

I ordered a product from the website at the beginning of November and paid for expedited (3day) shipping. However I still have not received the product. When I reached out about the missing package the first time, I never received a response from your team, I only received a shipment confirmation email (with no tracking information). I sent another email requesting that I be reimbursed for shipping costs since I clearly did not get what I paid for, and still no response AND NO PACKAGE!!! I would really appreciate some assistance with this...preferably a full reimbursement for the product, since I still have not received it! (order #6054)”
“We love how soft our Mori sleep sack is! The only downfall is that the material on top is already pilling and we've only used it for 3 days. For such a high price I'd expect it to last longer. Unfortunately it seems like this sleep sack will start to look dingy very quickly :(”
“Customer service is amazing to say the least but I am very disappointed in processing and shipping time.
I am still waiting on blanket and sleeping bag orders that I placed in almost a month ago.. Prompt shipping was (and is) somewhat Essential considering that the weather is getting cold. It forced me to purchase another "hold over"' blanket which defeated my purpose of investing in only a few really "good quality" blanket!”

It took eight days for MORI to reply and say the items had already been despatched. When they arrived I asked to return them. I'm still waiting for a reply to this request. I can hardly imagine worse customer service, particularly poor for baby clothes that are rapidly grown out of.”

You did email me apologizing & included a gift , but as this was my first order it meant my Grandson had a month less in which to wear this size. Also the quality of your pictures online are not good and whilst I like the cardigan it is nowhere near warm enough for Winter, so my Grandson may not get much use out of it.”
