“The whole shop is a Bloody Shambles no trolleys at the shop entrance had to go back out in the car park to find one. Friut and veg poor brocolli stems brown leaf products limp and base again brown. Only managed two thirds of our weekly shop. Some shelves empty such as spreads edam cheese etc struggled to get down some aisles blocked nwith staff talking to friends and aisles blocked by staff hurriedly trying to fill shelves think its now time to shop elsewhere. B Lynch.”
“One item out of stock so changed for an alternative i dont eat. Not only that but a bag of chocolate, a bag if smoothie mix and a box of fish all came with holes in so lost part of the contestants”
“I took out a 6 month del pass Jan 2019 after a major op just to help our shopping until I was better,
What shocked me last week is that the pass was renewed Jan 2020 without asking me. This I was told was normal practice
How many people have been charged automatically and not noticed on their bank statement this renewal works for monthly 6 monthly and yearly
People need to be told about this”
“Well what an improvement on a year ago. In Liskeard supermarket collection 2018, was horrendous, but this year 2019 Click and Collect 23-12-19 between 1500 and 1525 could not be faulted and away we went. The food was very nicely presented and with concise instructions given and the end result was superb taste. Well done. Happy New Year to all.”
“I regularly use 2 Morrison’s stores in Ripon and Jarrow and the decline in both stores has been huge.
I would expect without improvement that the Morrison’s brand will be non existent if knew management don’t take over.
No stock poor sell by dates poor quality utterly miserable staff make this a woeful shopping experience !!
How at 7 30 in the morning are customers negotiating an obstacle course of pallets trolleys and employees frantically trying to stock shelves!!!
Then when you get to the tills there are virtually no staff!!
Why do the staff constantly moan about work to one another in full earshot of customers the place is a joke either buck up your ideas or you will be closed/taken over !!”
“Is this store closing? It is 1700 hours now on a Tuesday. There is hardly any milk, any vegetables, Indian grocery or tins, and none available to help. They say go to customer desk where there is no one even after a wait! I will let BOLTON News know.”
“Morrisons Reading is the worst place to shop the staff are extremely miserable and very rude, the party shop is closed more than it's open as is the flower wrapping service if the staff is not available then the service should not be open, yesterday I went to get balloons for my daughters birthday to be told by a very rude member of staff that she was not serving anyone else her shift was finished she also informed the lady in front of me that she would not inflate the latex balloons the customer wanted because she has arthritis in her hand, I went and found a manager who got someone else to inflate my balloons, unfortunately a lot of the staff here are rude maybe customer service training should be done and mystery shoppers sent in”
“Why open your shops on Boxing Day if you can't staff them? (Morrisons Seaburn, Manageress Rachel Douthwaite) No checkouts open. I was rudely ordered to use the self checkouts for a trolley full of shopping & when I objected was made to feel that I was in the wrong. I would have left the trolley & walked out but I needed the shopping. Worse still, a disabled guy in an electric wheelchair behind me, who was equally reluctant to use the self checkout, was given the same ultimatum. Shame on you Morrisons Seaburn. The manageress should be prosecuted for discrimination.
Customer service is getting steadily worse at this branch. Is this simply Douthwaite to blame or, does the rot go higher?”
“Dover store and cafe staff have worked extremely hard in the run up to Christmas.
They have been so helpful and patient.
Please let them know that they are appreciated.”

“Popped in day before xmas eve, no trolleys out front, someone had been sick outside near entrance and people who hadnt noticed was pushing trollies thru it soni went inside and told the checkout manager , the reply i got was oh we have no cleaners , i said you could get a bucket of water and swish it away she just walked off !! I used the customer toilets....disgusting !! Toilet roll all over floor , poo stains in loos and on seats , absolutely disgusting”
“New tills are disgusting. If you are behind someone who is packing, you are send to other side of till like a leper and an inconvenience. Disgusting way to treat customers. Done my.last ever weekly shop in morrisons. Sainsbury for me from now on.”
“New tills are really bad idea. If you come behind someone who is packing you are send like some sort of leper to other side of till to do your packing. It is like you are an inconvenience. Well l, just done my last weekly shop in morrisons. Sainsbury's for me now. Treated with a bit of respect at till and not moved to other side. Disgusting way to treat customers.”
“Morrisons Tavistock has once again taken the stress out of Christmas food shopping. Well stocked shelves, good quality produce, friendly and hard working staff and just knowing I am going to be able to buy what I need have so helped again this year. I love our Morrisons, the staff are brilliant. Thank you.
I also want to mention, that Morrisons children’s clothes are so well chosen. They are great value, well made, and the designs are creative and fun.
So, Happy Christmas Morrisons Tavistock, and a big THANKYOU!”
“I cannot speak highly enough of David the fish and poultry manager in the Dumbarton store.I had received an email saying my xmas turkey order was medium when I had ordered large,he sorted my problem immediately and efficiently, what a friendly man ,customer service is the best I have ever received anywhere, absolute gentleman, thankyou for making my day and my Christmas dinner perfect 😊”
“Morrisons Ormskirk. Still pretending to be a supermarket, still failing in the basics. Shop opens at 7.00am on a Saturday, delivery truck arrives at 11.00am meaning basics such as bread and cakes have run out till they can be bothered to stock the shelves.
Enter store, no baskets, have to go and hunt one down at the tills. New tills are awful.
Purchased custard filled doughnuts, obviously the bakery does not understand the word 'filled'. Practically no filling.
Please sell up to one of your competitors such as Tesco, Sainsburys or even ASDA.”
