“I ordered a fuelcap for my motorcycle on the 29th of November. When I recieved the item it was damaged so I contacted Motea.
After I created a ticket they insisted that I sent them a picture of the damage, so I did . On the 9th of December they sent me an email that they wanted me to fill in a return form and send the item back to them. So I did.
The 24th of December I asked them where my new fuelcap is and they responded that they didn't recieve the damaged item yet. When I checked the track&trace number from POSTNL it said that the package was already recieved by them on the 20th of December!
The 30th of December I sent them another email that I wanted a full refund or a new fuelcap immediatly. On the 31st of December they responded that they will look into it immediatly and send a new Item once all is revolved.
It is the 3rd of Januari now and I still haven't heared from them. I am deeply dissapointed in Motea and I will start a case via PayPal to get my money back.

“Grim dealing with them from start to finish, the sales experience was very disorganised and then it just went downhill. I specifically requested that the stand would fit with the standard KTM crash bars I had and they confirmed it would, guess what they had not even bothered checking.
Going through the pain of getting it returned and refunded, deal with lost of online companies but this one sucks. Avoid.”

“Ordered a rack and back rest but I could not get it to fit properly so I phoned to say why and they refunded me straight away via eBay. So I went directly to there web site to order a different type, it came with no problem and fitted perfectly. I found them good to deal with, I understand that sometimes thing don’t fit as you would expect it to but I would buy of them again.”
“Worst customer service ever. I bought a product via their listing at eBay and they the product with wrong parts, so it was unusable. Contacted customer service who have been stalling the issue ever since. Result: I bought a product that I cannot use. I had to contact eBay who stepped in and refunded the whole amount.”

I ordered on a Friday and the paddock stand arrived the following Wednesday, better than a lot of UK companies. The stand was of much higher quality than I had expected and was packed extremely well, so it arrived in perfect condition. This is the second time I have used them and both experiences have been exceptional.”
