The chair I ordered looked nothing like the picture or what was advertised on the website. Customer service not only refused to help but was also rude and condecending when contacting them. Avoid this company at all cost, they are scamming you.

Purchased an item to be shipped to the UK. Motea told me the import taxes were 25%. When the item arrived I had to pay almost 50% tax. Moteas' response, it is my error. They clearly are vague around taxes so as to not put off international buyers. If you're in the UK, avoid at all costs.

Like the rest of the reviews on here the product is dreadful with no fitting instructions and a damaged lock on the panniers. Hopefully i am protected as I bought with a credit card. Feel totally ripped off with a rubbish product

Don't use this company they tell you on your invoice that they have paid the import fees but they haven't you will have to pay it before your item gets delivered

Absolute scam! I ordered from this company in Dec 2024 only to find out my $200 order wouldn't be delivered til Aug 2025, WTF? No real contact info and no way to fix this. DO NOT use these scammers!

This platform is a prime example of poor service and unprofessionalism. They seem more interested in taking your hard-earned money than in actually providing support. I regret not researching them more thoroughly beforehand. I ended up losing $45,500 in just one month. Thankfully, I filed a complaint with SPECTRUM-CREST, and they helped me rec()ver my funds last week.

I wanted to share my terrible experience with this firm with you. I still don't understand how I got into such a bad financial situation. Fortunately, though, TREBLESLTD*COM helped me get my money back. Every transaction I made on the platform was monitored by them. If you ever find yourself in a similar circumstance, you should definitely check out TREBLESLTD*COM.

This place is a scam there phone # is fake . And can't reach anyone . I had to put in a complaint to PayPal to get my money . Work very hard for my money the 200 bucks they almost got me for . Now I check reviews.

I ordered a set of crash bars for a Honda varadero xl 125 online the beginning of July they took the money out of my bank by the 9th of July got a reply saying they would be delivered 28-31 of August. Haven’t heard anything since, still not delivered I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering, looks like a cowboy company

Simply the worst experience. Given a discount only to be charged double that in duty. No warning. No pre purchase listing of cost. This is a disaster company. I’m trying to get a message to MOTEA but there is no route in. Once they have your money it’s ’bye bye’

So motea is quick to take my money but slow to return my emails for a refund for a defective constant centerstand. I haven’t received no email nothing. And I bought a head lift paddock and still nothing e-mail or tracking number.

Bought engine bars for a KTM1290 Super Adventure, they were the wrong ones for a model year 2024 despite being advertised as for my bike. They wanted loads of photographs then insisted on a refund which meant it cost me the £50 import duty, great…. All they needed to do was send me the correct bars & a returns label, useless….

Bought a stand which initially turned up with a damaged allen bolt, so was initially unable to put the stand together. Worked round this after receiving no help other than return the whole unit to motea. Once built I found the mounting plate designated for my particular bike was incorrect. I sent pictures and documents to motea showing and describing the issue, only to be sent a bandolier of nuts, bolt and washers. Completely contrary to what was needed. Shambles of a company and support. Website states 24/7 customer support. Incorrect. You get an automated response which I assume covers their 24/7 response. You then have to wait days for a response and even then as I eluded to get the wrong results. Returning the item is a nightmare in itself. Not user friendly. Steer clear of this company at all costs. Reduced prices on their website for a reason.

O acquistato da loro uno smontagomme e una bilanciatrice per moto, una super delusione, il materiale che vendono non e adatto nemmeno per togliere la ruota di una cariola, o dovuto fare un sacco di modifiche comprare un altra bilanciatrice e altri 100 euro di pezzi! Fate molta attenzione

Appallingly bad Appallingly bad. I so wish I had read some of these reviews before I ordered. Ordered 2 weeks ago (item in stock) it took a week for it to be dispatched. I contacted them and was given a tracking number - unfortunately that didn’t work for 48 hours. It was promised yesterday so waited in all day. Then at the end of the day it’s been delayed till Monday. Unfortunately that’s too late as it’s needed for Sunday (hence allowing 2 weeks). Customer service is nonexistent. Will not be buying from this company again. Shockingly bad.

This company stole my hard-earned money by deceiving me. To tell the truth, I found it challenging to schedule appointments with several well-known recovery experts in order to receive my money back. Luckily, I got to know l o u d o u i n. I nearly thought I had lost everything before I met them. This email is from moteas customer services when I enquired about my order. you are obviously eager to start conflicts for no specific reason. Please try to be calm and collected and stick to objective facts. Of course, you may preach to others your mighty wisdom. We don't wish to invest time in conversations as such. The facts related to your orders are simple and clear. We will not offer any further replies to moralizing messages." This is one of several insulting emails I received. I genuinely was not rude or antagonist. I think something got lost in translation but this is not the way to respond a customer.
