“Went in to the physical store in Nantwich to return some boots. Unfortunately the store assistant was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. Despite having been unwell and unable to get to the store within their 7 day refund policy (despite online stating 90 days), the assistant refused a refund and there was no flex whatsoever - 10 days post purchase so one would've thought something could be done given just 3 days late and the circumstances. I will be taking this up with trading standards. Highly disappointed and will not be returning to this store; they should hire much more polite staff.”

“I bought a pair off flat black leather slip-on Kaiser shoes on the 30/11/2021. I have worn them 3-4 times and was happy with them until today. I needed to step onto some wet grass and immediately the shoes let in water. By the time I was back on the pavement my feet were very wet. I tried to return the shoes to the Nantwich store for exchange or refund but was met with some hostility from staff. I was told they were 'fashion shoes' so not guarantee for wet weather. They are full leather flat shoes! No member of staff said don't wear them if its wet when I purchased them. A leather walking shoe should not let in water. These shoes are not fit for purpose. I explained this to your staff but was repeatedly told they would not give me a refund nor an exchange. They turned their backs to me and tried to ignore me. I asked for details of a higher authority and was given a compliment slip which was of no use. I am very disappointed with the attitude of your staff and now have a pair of leather shoes that cannot be worn in damp weather.”

“Excellent, speedy delivery of my order. I also loved the boots but was sad to find the leg too narrow so had to return. I'm assured by Mozimo that they'll look into sourcing a pair with a Medium rather than Slim leg, so I'm hopeful.”

“Ordered on a Monday they arrived on the following Wednesday. Did a wet and muddy 4 mile walk wearing them, followed by a 5 mile walk the day after. They are the best wellies I have ever worn, wished I had bought a pair years before.”

“I was thrilled to see that some of the shoe brands such as Peter Kaiser and Gabor were available in a local shop, Mozimo. I found the staff helpful, but they didn't know about offers on the website and so I was refused the 30% discount on a pair of shoes I had in mind (discount for carers / NHS) giving me 10%. I felt embarrassed as it was if I was making it up and struggled to afford the shoes with just the 10%. As you're doing so well online, it would be good if the staff were made aware / made themselves aware of the offers and activity on the website, so that the in-store experience is as positive (it should be better!). I still haven't bought the shoes, although I'm umming and aahing about them - the discount is well-gone and I'm not sure I want to return to my local store.”
