“Purchase a vacuum power head for a WERTHIEM 6035 vacuum. Paid $249 for this unit. When it arrived it was found not to be the correct power head for that model. That is a WERTHIEM 6035 model
Same day contacted My Deal regarding returning the incorrectly listed product. Received a reply that I could return this item but would BE CHARGED A30% RESTOCKING FEE.
Beware….this online shopping site uses sketchy sellers. Do yourself a favour and purchase from reputable retailers. Even on their Facebook adverts they remove comments from all their listings. Says it all.😱”

“Please proceed with extreme caution with MyDeal. I paid this organisation almost $400 for a rug on 25/7/24. The My Deal order/ advertising indicated delivery within 10 business days, which has already elapsed. Their correspondence is vague and brief: MyDeal will "monitor" to check that I "receive the item" and advise me to "wait for updates". They seem to advertise items which are not actually available. It is extremely concerning that Woolworths owns and runs this company.
Please, save your money and look for your purchase elsewhere.

“I ordered 3 products on the 16th of July 2024. The site says to expect 1-8 business days for delivery. 2 of my items arrived within 2 business days. On the 30th of July I made an online complaint regarding my 3rd item that did not arrive. The tracking info says "dispatched". it is now the 8th of July and I am still requesting a refund, which is falling on deaf ears. Oh yes, they are here to help you, but they are just words. After waiting 24 days, enough is enough. I have requested a refund. I have also requested a refund through Paypal. If you are thinking of using MyDeal, read my review and then re-read it again. Out of the blue I see a charge from MyDeal who I only dealt with about 3 yrs ago. When I call them to ask them what its for, they wont tell me, nor will they provide any trace of evidence of what the charge was for. I have wasted hours trying to get a refund and they keep sending me back to my bank. This also happened about 18months ago - with the same response. They are unprofessional, never answer the phone, and read off a script to shrug the responsibility - I will NEVER buy from them again, and suggest you dont either.”
