Avoid using Hermes as a courier at all costs. On my tracking info it said my parcel had been signed an delivered but I never received it. I tried calling the courier driver as it is usually the same driver that comes to my house but she continuously declined my calls. I tried calling customers services and going onto a live chat but they’re all automated. Hermes has the worst service I have ever seen, please avoid using them.

DO NOT USE. There was an issue trying to deliver my parcel, but I have no idea what the issue was. So I have no idea when and if my parcel will arrive as it is impossible to talk to anyone at this company. Absolute disgrace and a shambles of a company.

They have had the parcel for two weeks,have not delivered to date,impossible to speak to anyone,diabolical.tracking says they have tried to deliver but there have been no cards left nor phone call on the number provided. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

On two occasions hermes stated they have delivered two separate parcels in the last two weeks. They haven't and cant use the excuse no one was in. Hermes themselves are not interested when you make enquiries. My advice to anyone is not use hermes, check with seller first if they use this courier. Hermes, If you can't cop in this current climate say so.

CAN anyone tell me why anyone still uses this bunch of useless humans or should i say morons time and time again if there is a delivery issue its always them thank god most of the others are better not great but better

What a shambles I can understand in current climate things are a bit behind but this company is really really poor I am still waiting nearly two days later for my parcel to be picked up from my home and a customer waiting for it to be delivered can’t get in touch with Hermes and after reading rest of reviews I am taking my parcel else we’re I feel sorry for the other people who’s parcels have been lost damaged or delivered to wrong address thankfully I still have mine and can now go through a proper company who will deliver my parcel prompt and safe so people be aware stay away I’ll try talking to this stupid robot now for a refund

After days of telling me that my parcel couldn't be delivered due to external factors...it turns out that they had lost my package! To make it worse they didn't even have an address, just the name of the city. I more than understand the difficulties during these very difficult times. However, I have never had a successful delivery from this company. They once delivered my partners package to a bush at the front of the house!!!

They've send they can't deliver my package, but I've been home all day. Don't know if they've gone to the wrong address and it's impossible to get hold of them! I'll never use her es again.

Hermes email me saying my parcel was on the way then the tracking told me there just had it after so I thought nothing of it and 6 hours later it said delivered no note no parcel or proof like GPS or anything to no wheres its been signed for

So on Friday I received a message saying we will redeliver your item as you are not home... strange as I’ve been home for weeks. I immediately got online to chase my £455 package. After much fuss on line I finally got through to someone online. At 14:51 I wrote and asked where it was and they said and I quote: bingo we have found your item and was successfully delivered at 15:08pm and signed for by your neighbor... again odd as it was 14:51pm! Regardless I went to check with neighbors, I then noticed another text saying item successfully delivered. My neighbors had to parcel. That was 4 days ago, since then I have been searching for answers. Today I finally heard back and what was hermes reply? Having some to our delivery driver we can confirm that they handed someone in your household the parcel?!?!? That’s it.... £455 parcel just gone and the only explanation from Hermes is that they have it to me!!! This is a lie. I don’t have my parcel. The door wasn’t knocked and the doorbell not rung. How can they legally get away with this? I can’t stress this enough.... DO NOT USE HERMES.

Just had a phantom delivery ,tried contacting Myhermes but automated f--k--g voice. Tried every which way to speak to a human but was cut off by a machine several times,drove me mental so had to stop.

They delivered my parcel to the wrong address!! I have their picture proving they left my parcel in front of the wrong house!! I tried to speak with someone but of course at the phone it's impossible!!! Sent them loads of emails and they said it's not their problem and I have to contact the retailer!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Delivered a parcel to my address (the sender) rather than the recipient address, 1 month after I had posted it. Contacted Hermes and someone will apparently get back to me in 24 hours. Shocking

Absolutely horrific service, my parcel has been missing over 3 weeks. They are impossible to contact and their website and App are a total joke. Do not use this company. Terrible service

I've sent 8 items all on the same day with hermes and they lost 3 out of the 8 items. This was on the 5th march. It's now the end of April and I've still not been given my money back. I filled out the claim form like they asked nearly 3 weeks ago. I've rang them 5 times to no avail. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use there service.

I ordered an Aldi food parcel and was advised by My Hermes that on the 20th April "Your parcel is at our local depot and on its way to you". Since then nothing - no parcel- and Hermes are now saying they have not received it from the sender. You can't contact a person to speak to and their "Holly" assistant is useless, always ending up back where you started. They referred me back to Aldi. I emailed Aldi, but so far have not heard from them either.

Attempted delivery? I have been home during this pandemic, cirtainly at the time of when the delivery was said to have been attempted and its a ground floor house easy access. no one has attempted delivery and no card or slip posted for any attempts

Driver didn't even knock on the door then quietly slipped a sorry we missed you slip through the letterbox, twice!! 26/04/2020 and 27/04/2020 all caught on camera, so yes you didn't miss your parcel and you didn't miss the knock at the door because they don't knock!! Driver gets a bonus to re deliver so you have no chance of getting your parcel, terrible company and that's putting it politely
