“You never delivered my parcel when you texted/mailed me to say you have. If you cannot deliver it then say so. Why lie about it? You then compound it by not answering the phone.”

“Ordered pharmacy goods on 24th April, sent to Hermes that day. 7th May Still at Hermes depot. Poor customer service, could not get much info from their Holly bot. Would not recommend this company”

“This is the worst delivery service i have seen, the driver keeps updating that he comes to my house and can't find me , even though we're under quarantine and I'M HOME ALL DAY. I should have receied my package 9 days ago ! What a poor business I do not know with these many bad reviews how they are still in business.”

“I was tracking my item and suddenly it changed to delivered 1 hour in the future ,signiture unavailable, never received my parcel. Hermes not interested saying its been delivered. Can't contact a person only an automated computer. I then checked reviews OH MY Goodness I am not alone !!!!!!!”

“I have 3 deliveries I am awaiting from my Hermes. No sign of them yet since 20th April. No means of contact. One delivery is plants, so I don’t hold out a lot of hope for those should they get delivered. Another delivery said no one at home on Amazon site!!? We were there and still are waiting and waiting. Extraordinarily poor service”

“Sent an order to hermes to collect parts for a disability vehicle i am repairing. One month later still no parts and vehicle still off the road. Customer service is disgusting a total waste of time will recommend anyone to use another delivery service. First time using hermes and the last”

“Hermes are the worst delivery company I’ve ever encountered. Numerous times they say you’re not home when you have been. Packages arriving with contents smashed to bits. I genuinely hope they go out of business.”

“Firstly you do not get your delivery at all, so should not be called a delivery company. Customer service is non-existent. I refuse to buy from any company that uses them. Disgusting service and in my opinion should not be allowed to trade!”

“My local courier is fabulous and can't stress that enough, but hermes as a company is shocking, you can't speak to a person to find out anything and by all accounts put prices up on parcels but don't look after the courier who is working everyday long hours all weather's.”

“NO STARS. Says you have delivered 3 of my packages recently but none have arrived. I'm out of pocket. I'm sure these will have been sold off at auction or your drivers have stolen them. Absolute disgrace.”

“Poor poor poor, worst courior ever, i guess you get what you pay for (or what your seller pays for). Regually late deliverys. Pickups are even worse - i have been waiting 6 days for my amazon return to be picked up by them!!!”

“I sent an Etsy item with Hermes 6 weeks ago and the buyer still hasn't received it. Tracking just says Hermes have it. I don't believe the current situation makes any difference because I am still recieving parcels quickly from other businesses. Its impossible to get through to the customer service line. I was on hold for 40 minutes before I gave up. More money on my phone bill and I will have to refund the buyer. Absolutely disgraceful service. Never using again. Where is my parcel??!”

“expecting parcel before the 28th April. then heard that they had tried to deliver. I then requested that they put it in the letterbox gave authority. they acknowledged this. now I have heard that they say I requested that they send parcel back to the sending. Never did this. will never use them again. a complete waste of time. cannot get through to anybody. wish I could give a lower star than one”

“Hermes have lost countless packages due to be delivered to me. Things have been damaged and then lost. They constantly say my property is inaccessible or no one is home, BOTH LIES!!! A representative I managed to speak with once said some drivers don't like to deliver to farms as they might be muddy, WTF!!!aOur farm cottage has a clear drive to our front door and never muddy or blocked! Yesterday I had successful deliveries from Amazon, DHL & dpd but for some reason not the Hermes delivery! I'm sick of this! I'm adding a photo of the front of my home to show there are no obstructions!”

“second time in a row that Hermes has damaged a clock I sent to a purchasing customer. Not using them again. Clock was well packed up. Still they managed to smash the glass over the clock face and dent it. will use a better courier next time this is the last straw. They don't make it easy to complain. Apart from the onine autamated chat line. Now only a phone number, unless you use their facebook page, and write a comment to them. For some reason can't upload photos, no icon to do that. Not a happy bunny over this. Now I will have to have the clock posted back a new glass and be repaired.”
