Hermes sent me an e-mail to say my parcel would be delivered this morning. No parcel arrived. I tracked the parcel and apparently my house is inaccessible?! Amazon and Yodel have no problems with deliveries to my house. What is wrong with Hermes? Zero stars for no delivery

Knock on the door. No way, much too difficult for them. Leave with neighbour, no way, much too difficult for them. Safe place, no chance. Throw in wet courtyard, in rainstorm, Perfect. Take picture, obviously not, would admit what a totally unprofessional company. Contents totally ruined. Should not market themselves as delivery company.

Following past bad experience with Hermes ( I involved the police once as it was obvious the driver had stolen the item ) I try not to buy from retailers who use them, but last week I bought something on eBay and the supplier sent it Hermes..!! Of course it didn’t arrive and then all of the nonsense as reported by everyone else..... the courier said there were ‘access problems’...to a detached house on a quiet road with an in/out drive way ! But no way of contacting anyone at Hermes..you just end up with hugely frustrating chat bots or voice messages telling you things you already know. I have claimed a refund from the seller and will buy from a shop..!! Hermes are a dishonest company employing dishonest people, avoid them at all costs.

Waiting for a parcel. 2 failed attempts. No contact details On the card that was left. What is the point in leaving A blank card? No customer Service when phoning number On thier website. Live chat is a Waste of time. Left my e mail With live chat, again no reply. Where is my parcel hermes? Very Angry and Annoyed

all day been waiting my parcel twice was delay and two time resewed text parcel on its way, unfortunately didn't received my order , totally wasted my time, still waiting.

Absolutely awful service, constant failed deliveries and impossible to talk to. Worst courier company for business use. AVOID and use another courier.

Package was delivered at 14:55 today, fine. However, the Hermes driver rang the doorbell, dropped the package on the driveway and drove off without a signature, leaving a 70 year old to carry in a heavy and oversized box. Posting here because there is no mechanism to provide feedback on the Hermes mobile site. They should at least do what they claim to do during deliveries, e.g. take signatures.

I was out and got a message from Hermes telling me they had delivered my parcel, left in a safe place and signed for! When I got home late there was no parcel and no way of contacting Hermes until the following morning. Their automated service insisted the parcel had been signed for and delivered, it clearly hadn’t, I checked outside in the bushes as we have previously found items hidden.....no such luck! I rang three times, infuriated I decided to go to my local One Stop which was listed as a Hermes drop off. As I opened my front door about to leave the parcel, slightly battered and squashed had miraculously appeared outside! In future I will avoid Hermes delivery options. The bottom line is, you need a local contact number, preferably the courier himself.

The first time Hermes delivered my parcel to completely the wrong address (not even a similar street name or door number) - they rang me to try to get me to go and collect it myself. It was gardening supplies from Amazon and a lot of it, so I refused. They told me it could take up to a fortnight to collect and redeliver. I said it wasn't my problem. So they rang the house it had been delivered to and told the resident it would be with him for up to a fortnight unless he wanted to bring it to me himself. He did. That's Hermes. Today I was due a parcel and stood at the front of the house during the time slot. The phone pinged to tell me it had been left in an outbuilding. This isn't true. There is only one entrance and no van arrived. I immediately rang Hermes but I can only listen to their automated assistant who tells me it has been left in my safe place (I have no safe place registered with Hermes) and that they have a photo to prove. There is no photo. There's also no way to talk to a human unless they want to contact you. So I've been forced to put this back onto the retailer (who are not to blame) because Hermes are so bad. Given the opportunity (when shopping it doesn't always say who the courier is) I will never use Hermes again. This is another wasted day.

They've held three of my most recent parcels and I have been unable to phone them to simply chat about why there's been problems with delivery. Terrible service and terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

Bought a present in December for my daughter from Debenhams and Hermes returned it back to sender. Rang Debenhams and they reordered it but still they wouldn’t deliver. I live out in the country but there are tarmac roads out here😬! Bought item from Ebay on Monday, delivery supposed to be today, not delivered, checked tracking and it says “held - information required”. Will NEVER buy anything else online if HERMES is the deliverer....avoid at all costs!!!

I paid more money for next day delivery, for it to 1. Be sent to the wrong house and 2. Delivered late. As the people in the house weren’t home it was sent back to be tried again the next day. I provided my number so they could ring me if they got lost. On the next day they again didnt meet the delivery slot time and then failed to deliver it again saying they had issues delivering it! Without even trying to contact me to say they were lost! I paid for next day delivery for a reason- because i needed it the next day. Making sure i get the extra money back that i paid for delivery and will make sure i avoid using this company again!

I found My Hermes prices are good. They are reliable and dedicate their time for a delivery that arrives in good condition. I would certainly recommend them.

Retailer hands goods to Hermes. Hermes fail to deliver and say there's a problem with the address. Hermes website, automatic webchat, phone and email all dead-ends that redirect you to retailer. Why can't you find a perfectly standard address in London? Hopeless delivery firm, terrible online customer service.

Thanks to Adam at Hermes, my house avoided being burgled! He alerted my neighbour to the fact my door was open when delivering a parcel, and left a note explaining what had happened. Thank you!!

Don’t bother, useless company! Sat indoors waiting 8am until 8pm and they never bothered to turn up, second time this has happened. Told me they ran out of time, and to sit in all day Monday and they might come?! Err, people work!!! Won’t collect the panel unattended in a secure place, wanted a signature
