Your driver left my box of vintage books out in the rain. Waste of time giving you a safe place to leave things - outbuilding - if your driver ignores this! What kind of imbecile leaves stuff in the rain?

Hermes are the absolute worst . (my opinion). Don't use them if you want a timely delivery . Don't use them if you want your delivery never to get lost. Don't use them if you want any kind of service. They don't even deliver to your building when the sign says open as pushing open a door is far to much trouble . The company hides behind the internet and are impossible to deal with directly. This is my experience in the RG post code area

Woke up to the devastating news that the supplier had decided to send my parcel using Myhermes. I instantly knew I wasn’t getting my parcel. No words can sum up this company. The driver never makes any attempt to deliver. The last time I actually had to go to the depot myself and demand my parcel. They had seen that the driver had marked unable to deliver despite being 3+ miles from my house. There is no way to contact this company. I have no idea how they still exist. Negative reviews flood in by the hour. Now I have to wait on them returning my package to the sender, getting a refund and accepting I won’t be able to get this item all because of a faulty courier company.

Lying couriers. They did not try to deliver (I checked the video) and I did not tell them to send back the next day. Absolutely zero way of contacting them about anything. Why do companies like Sports Direct use them. I will never use any company again that use them.

Following my 3 incredibly unsuccessful attempts of delivery and me trying to contact customer services 3 times providing the correct address and my phone number in case. at no point, I was contacted over the phone. the address is pretty basic office building, that any other courier seems to locate with no problem. so the only conclusion I can make from it that couriers didn't really attempt to deliver anything. the customer advisers on the chat seemed to write, "caring" pre-written messages but in the whole reality, nothing happened at all. and parcel, needless to say, is still not with me after a week of back and forth! when I requested to speak to the manager, that did not happen and I was told that I will receive a call back in 28 hours? I'm not entirely sure why would it take so long to dial a number. this is by far the worst service I have ever received.

I have lots of deliveries with Hermes NG19 I am a carer and can't get out a lot so do lots of shopping online. I deal with 2 drivers they are both fantastic. I get email text message and also phone calls . Great service.

This might not be the case to all area but my experience in my area BS5 is excruciatingly bad! The courier is a liar won’t deliver your parcel and will say attempted to deliver. I had 4 complaints regarding undelivered parcels. Same case 4 occasions. Not resolved. 0 ⭐️ for this company.

Hermes are the worst courier I have ever come across. I am expecting a package and when I track it with the seller I see that it has been in Hermes UK Hub for over 6 weeks. Try to contact them by email, impossible. By phone, impossible. Their web site is designed to thwart every effort you make to contact them. I have steam coming out of my ears when I think about the time I have wasted trying to contact them. They are an absolute disgrace and if there is any such thing as an operators licence then theirs should be revoked. It's just a pity you can't give them less than one star. If you are reading this and thinking about using them then one word, "DONT"

Hermes is very poor delivery company. I don't understand why Debenhams use them. I rush home to wait for my parcel which says will be delivered between 5 -7 pm. I was at home at 4:15. Someone one was home all day. When I check the tracking it says the courier couldn't get access. This is clearly not true. there is no problem with access. This is unacceptable. Is a disgrace to Hermes. Very Appauling service. Shameful service

Yesterday: they sent me an email saying they would turn up between 9am and 1pm. I took the day off work, waited in, checking out the window and the tracking app. No one came, and at exactly 1pm they changed it saying they had attempted at 11:45am, when obviously they hadn't made any effort. Today: they emailed saying they would try again. I diverted to my neighbour, and received an email confirmation. A short while later, they emailed with a successful delivery. I spoke to my neighbour when I got home; no one had knocked or delivered anything. I checked the tracker, my package is still out for delivery. The company is full of lazy, lying employees who cant do the simple job of delivering a simple package.

Absolutely dreadful service. Have been informed for 4 days in a row that one of my parcel will be delivered at a certain time. Nothing, nada, not a peep. Just a message on the tracker saying there's been a problem with the delivery address. I live in the most obvious house in the village. I have another parcel they said would be delivered today and again another message saying 'There's been a slight delay with your delivery, we'll get your parcel to you as soon as possible' Can't speak to anyone, can't web chat with anyone in any detail. Had to go to the supplier I was buying from and they are now trying to sort it out. I will stop buying from companies that use Hermes as a courier. This company doesn't deserve to be in business. Terrible Terrible service

Lin (hartlepool) delivered 2 parcels on different days.. Communication was spot on.. She's a credit to Hermes.. Keep up the good work 👍

I left a large note pinned on my front door clearly asking the delivery driver to leave the parcel next door. The next door neighbour was in all day. The driver left a "sorry we missed you card" [which they didn't even fill in] and didn't deliver the parcel. I am guessing that they couldn't speak/read English.

What went wrong with MyHermes? So far, everything. Am waiting for a parcel that (according to their website) should have been delivered yesterday. And now their website states they have my parcel at depo. Hopefully it'll show up before Christmas.
