Absolutely god awful company. Can't deliver my parcel as they say there are issues with my address, even while they deliver other parcels the same week. Notified 3 times that delivery was attempted when it wasn't. Then between Hermes and Amazon, neither company will take any sort of responsibility for theation, each just send you to the other, with no way of actually talking to a person.

Late, no one to contact, no live chat, no customer service. What a joke. Unfortunately, I have to meet them twice but if I discover that another company uses them I will rather suicide myself or pull out the whole order. NEVER EVER AVOID THEM.

The WORST ever delivery service, when I have order something it has been stolen!!! If you have another option of a different delivery service DON'T CHOOSE HERMES!!

had two separate deliveries to po5 2rr on 6/4/20 and 7/4/20 both on time, the delivery person was very polite with a nice smile. Well done hope you stay with the company.

Yet again my hermes has lost a package but to make things worse this was urgent medical supplies for the elderly This must now be the 8 time this has happend my hermes font care YOU CAN'T CONTACT THEM MY HERMES NEEDS TO CLOSE DOWN THIS IS THE WORST COURIER COMPANY IN THE WORLD DO NOT YUE THIS STUPID LYING FONT CARE OR GIVE A MONKIES THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE ANY STARS

It's easier to catch herpes than a Hermes delivery driver... Your useless driver has for a second day now claimed to have access issues to my property, which is amusing considering that a supermarket on the same road is able to park a full size delivery van with a scissor lift on this road, every single day. Too bad I can't get in contact with a human to tell your lazy driver to turn around and do their bloody job.

Do not use this company I will be contacting the police this time to report them this is the second time this has happened, they said they delivered my order to a safe place and left a photograph which is not even our house, having checked the CCTV cameras it proved they had been nowhere near our house possibly a scam going on

Worst company ever, been waiting nearly a week for the last piece of our cabinets to arrive, tracking says it's been signed for and delivered, even when there's no address and my names been spelt wrong and nothing has arrived. Can't get through to them, the live robot is useless. AVOID AVOID, £150 down the drain...

Parcel tracking says delivered it hasnt. Live chat just wants tracking number then confirms delivery. NO MATTER WHAT YOU TYPE IN all it does is ask for traking number. Same with robot phone call. They are cheap for a reason. Have fed this back to shop seller that Hermes are reason I'll never use them again.

Never had a good experience with Hermes. This is the second package in the last fortnight that they've supposedly attempted a delivery of three times in one day with no answer when I've been in the whole day specifically waiting for it, my phone number is even on the door with instructions to call it. No phone calls. The parcel is then returned to sender and my order is cancelled. What a joke!

Utterly disgusted with the service. The driver stepped into my sealed off garden (when he could have used the designated pathway) and then, when I told him off, he stormed off with my parcel and cancelled the delivery himself!!!!!! Utterly horrified!!!! Can’t speAk with anyone on the Hermes phone number and the online chat is beyond useless. I had two other parcels delivered the same day by very polite delivery men from Royal Mail and DPD but I have never Experienced the Disgusting behaviour that the Hermes delivery driver caused. He took it upon himself to cancel my order when he was blatantly at fault for stepping on my sealed off garden Utter joke of a company!!! Will never use them again.

Seller posted my parcel to hermes on 30th march hermes tracked it to sorting depot were it remained for 4days. Had update on the 5th april delayed another update on the 6th april wr have your parcel at the sorting office will soon be in transit. Today 7th April still in transit. Now 8 days waiting for delivery. You could not make it up realy. If anyonoe needs to go into liquidation its these guys. Grrr

Had one parcel in January that never arrived, I had a message on the app saying it had been delayed and would be on the move within 24 hours, it still says that on the app now in April and has never been updated, luckily the retailer was able to send another item which I did receive. Fast forward to April and the same message has appeared on The app for another package, the retailer has already confirmed that the delay is from Hermes, which makes sense as they have stated they have received it, again no updates since Friday and it’s incredibly difficult, no, in fact impossible to talk to anybody that can sort it out, you also can’t go to the depot like other firms to pick up your parcel. If I haven’t seen any movement this week I’ll have no choice but to contact Trading Standards as this type of service falls way below the mark of any other courier I’ve used. I also have a screen shot I took of a strange time stamp . The delivery, my phone clearly shows the time is just past 8pm while the Hermes log in time for my parcel is an hour in the future at just past 9pm. It maybe nothing but I would like it explained.

Delivery driver just didn’t bother to show up. 30 mins before the end of my allocated delivery slot they updated saying the driver couldn’t find the address and needed more information. But I wasn’t contacted and only knew this due to me refreshing the tracking page. The address is correct and no other company has ever struggled to find the address. And to make things more frustrating they gave me a delivery slot after there customer services desk was shut so I’m now unable to do anything about the failed delivery.

A total disgrace of a company. Delivery man never rang at my door yet he said I signed for the parcel. I complained to the company and took days for an automatised email to come through, simply stating that it jad been delivered. I never saw the parcel of course. AVOID

Hello. Is there any customers service from this comapny who can help? Is there somebody i can speak with? I ordered my first parcel with tracking number: 10504012654226 looks like your courier was not able to deliver my parcel. I did not found any card from your company but your webside return parcel back to seller. I do nt understand why as your comapny marked my parcel first as delayed and will be delivered in 48 hours and next day you marked as my parcel will be return back to seller as i ask you to do that. That is big lie. I was waiting for my parcel as it was anniversary gift for my husband. But even that i was not complaining and ordered gift/ parcel second time. Second time....parcel did not received yet. Tracking number: 6204384657386929 - your webside marked courier been on delivery address on Saturday. Friday, Saturday Monday - each day - 24 hours - two people at home. None heart even buzzer to ring on Saturday and today i check your webside at 6pm and your webside marked 6:51 pm - "Your courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address" what... you know what was happened to courier in 1 hour in advance???? Is that a joke? I stick even for my hermes courier paper on the door, i clean a buzzer. And looks like today even your couier did not tried to delivery my parcel. Very interesting is. I received parcel from royail mail, Parcelforce and DPD too. No issue at all. Only your company can not delivery my parcel. Is there anybody who i can contact. Is there any customers service which i can contact and speak with? I trie chat, phone number- not successfully.
