Delivery was going to be 22/02/2022, got a message saying attempted delivery no one home. I was home and my ring door did not pick up the delivery person, must have been in stealth mode. What a joke this company is, and Amazon use them to deliver.

Ordered a parcel from JD got standard delivery as it was free. Will never order again from anyone who use hermes to deliver. I was in the lounge giving my son a feed heard no knock at all. A few minutes later after finishing his feed I checked my phone to see where this delivery was. I seen the picture of the parcel on the doorstep. I quickly went to retrieve it. I had checked everywhere and asked the neighbours I found nothing at all. Clearly the driver never dropped the parcel off and had taken it for himself instead. Wouldn't be the first time this happened with hermes anyway. So I've tried ringing but it's an automated service. Tried contacting online through the chat but it has limited options and no way of freely putting what you would like. Another thing I never got was how the door step was a safe place when everyone uses the alleyway at the back and you could see into my garden. But no doubt the delivery driver (Stuart) has taken it. Never heard no knock at all. Asked my neighbour who is my husband's aunty and she said she never heard anyone as we share a garden. Then the customer service Thomas keeps calling me Ali when that's not my name.

I have only given them 1 star as not possible to give less! Customer service is non existent if you have a problem it is not possible to talk to a human and the computer system just sends you in ever decreasing circles and then says no! I am going to use Royal mail in the future as roughly the same price but no tracking whereas Hermes Tracking is currently non existent in Portsmouth anyway as when the courier collects from the parcel store he scans incorrectly and the item shows ad delivered!! then mails are sent to all my customers saying its delivered - they are then all messaging me complaining and wanting to know where their package is! And absolutely nobody to talk to even the parcel store do not understand training is non existent!

They never collected my parcel, and constantly sent responses to queries as ' we are waiting for your parcel and will update then'. In short: they took the money and did nothing. A terrible terrible company who should not be used by anyone.

I shipped a package (H0067A0050578483) through Hermes containing item worth 284 pounds. It's disappointing that as per online update the package is at the National sorting hub since 8th Feb. Request you to take appropriate action to ensure delivery of the item or refund me the money at the earliest. It's my hard earned money which I should NOT be losing due to the negligence of Hermes.

Sending a parcel with your 'print in store' feature .. absolute nightmare. If you require the print in store service, you need a qr code, which isn't provided by yourselves without having to phone your customer service. It's really not very efficient and would save a lot of people's time if you issue the qr code along side postage labels.

drivers lie about trying to deliver but nobody in been waiting 5 days for a parcel and nobody has been yet although i get e mails saying driver has tried to deliver absolute rubbish i will never use this company and god knows why other people still do

Hermes destroyed my parcel and are refusing to provide compensation for doing so. They claim that the the parcel was damaged beyond repair. If so, it was by them, hence they must compensate. This is unlikely as the contents were toiletries/confectionary. Much more likely Hermes operatives eat the confectionary intended for my 91 year old Dad who has advanced dementia, and stole the toiletries. Avoid like the plague. They are criminals.

Absolutely disgraceful courier service!! Never delivers on time, or state there’s been a problem with delivering etc.. trying to speak to anyone is impossible! I along with every other review complaining about almost all the same problems! Surly the retailers using Hermes need to cease using with immediate affect! As they can’t uphold a decent delivery service which only will cause the retailers more complaints! WARNING TO RETAILERS STOP USING HERMES WHO CANT MEET YOUR CUSTOMERS NEEDS! It’s cruel to the customers who maybe ordering a gift for a birthday or other life event gift to potentially not receive on time!! If you don’t use they will go bust which is the best thing to happen to this awful company!!

Disgusting company. Delivery driver had left my building before I could even get to the front door!! Also he never rang my intercom he phoned me on a personal number so could have been anyone!!! Their online chat is a joke.....you put in a question and just keeps saying is there anything else we can help you with!!! Their phone line is another joke, kept asking me to repeat my tracking number then asked me to call back as having issued understanding!!! Had to ring three times before the stupid machine understood!!!!

Worse than useless. Last parcel left in the street. Current one shows simultaneously as 'Delayed due to external factors', 'May be late', 'May still arrive today', 'Need additional information', 'On hold', 'Held by carrier'. 'Please contact carrier' or 'With your carrier and is out for delivery'. Take your pick.

That is RIP OF BRITAIN On every parcel sending through Hermes the is an option to insure the parcel so its covered in case of damage or lost. But when need to claim OH SORRY WE ARE NOT ABLE TO DO CLAIM AS YOUR PARCEL IS FRAGAILE, THEN HOW YOU ARE ABLE TO TAKE MONEY FOR INSURANCE IF YOU ARRE NOT ABLE TO PAY COMPENSATION. DISGUSTING, TAKE MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS BUT NOT WIILING TO PAY WHEN THEY HAVE TO CLAIM ITS ROBERY.

How are they allowed to trade?! In one month they were supposed to deliver 3 parcels. Out of these 3 one of them they straight out lost completely the shop gave me a refund it still shows on the tracker it has been delayed and will be out the next say. SINCE 10 JANUARY!!! another one they first lied they attempted delivery (i was home it was a complete shameless lie) and then when they delivered days later they just left it somewhere on a hallway (not in my building) took a picture not stating where it is to the point that i had to get a criminal reference number from the police to get my money back. The third one they OF COURSE got delayed again after i specifically paid for next day delivery. Then the next day they said they attempted delivery ANOTHER LIE and now i pray it will arrive. I cannot understand why any brand would work with them. I will stop buying from anyone who has them as their delivery partner. In one month they failed to deliver 3/3 parcels. There is seriously something wrong here. There is not one human being to speak to absolutely no customer service. there is no way to complain to them nothing. They should be audited this is not right. I should not have to spend my time solving the mystery of my missing parcels just because they are absolutely incapable of delivering.

Despite delivering retailers parcels okay ,and although the retailer provides free returns despite pre booking collections x3 ,my courier fails to turn up to collect returns - last time I waited five weeks , plus trying to contact Hermes is frustrating as they have no ‘human’ phone contact number . Ultimately receive apology and £15 but is now happening again! It’s now got to the stage where I am cancelling my retail accounts as impossible to return unwanted goods

Virtually destroyed an amplifier which I had sold on ebay, after refusing to cover it for "accidental damage" when booking on Parcel2go. Lost £140. Never again!!

Appalling service. Online companies should be made to state which courier they use before you place order as I guarantee sales would drop if people knew Hermes was the courier. Last week delivery ‘sorry we missed you ‘.....we were all at home. Day 2 ‘sorry couldn’t deliver no postcode’....well how did you arrive yesterday? Day 3 parcel arrived. Today another delivery we missed you..we are at home and picture sent by Hermes of a random hedge! Why would you take a picture of a hedge that’s not even ours. If you are at an address you would take a picture of a door! Another delivery we missed you...picture of couriers feet and a gravel path (not ours)!! No way of contacting Hermes. They cannot be bothered to deliver and just stop working for the day knowing there is no comeback because there is no way to speak to customer services.

AVOID!!!!!!! Awful service. Didnt arrive to collect my parcels and so i had to even go and drop them off at a parcel store even though i paid for this collection service. Can not get through on the phone line, its just an automatic system that doesn't work The chat function does not work They even tried to charge me extra even thugh the parcel was within the weights
