Terrible service, lied to when i called to find out where my Grandson's Christmas parcel was. Posted on the 10th Dec contacted Hermes on the 21st, 22nd and 24th Dec. only to be informed that the parcel had gone missing on the 16th Dec but no one contacted me. This has to be the worst delivery company ever.DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely awful service - I am waiting on 3 seperate deliveries from MyHermes that have not arrived. These were sent from buyers almost a week ago and despite constant email and text notifications saying the deliveries are on their way and giving delivery times, none of them have arrived. These were sent for next day delivery and I have had Royal Mail 2nd class deliveries arrive much faster after being dispached only 2-3 days ago. I am now in the situation where I don't have presents for Christmas and have to explain to family members that I have no idea where they are or when they will come thanks to your poor service.

Absolutely discusting service! Didn't receive the first parcel, I am now waiting on another that is taking forever and won't be here for Christmas. Terrible service!!! :@

After using them on the last two occasions I find they either loose the item or hold on to it. If I could give them Zero I would. I find other review sites on them a bit unbelievable as to who writes them. I advise you DON'T USE!

My Hermes would get a 5 star rating if we were marking it for being the worst delivery company on the planet. Yet again another delivery gone wrong. So far they have a 100% success of screwing up deliveries and there have been a lot of screw ups. Shame suppliers are still using them and I have to endure the incompetence of their apparelling service.

Terrible service - unable to communicate with a real person to find out about delivery of the parcel. Chat with 'Holly' and told they would contact me - nothing!! Totally useless they make very little effort to deliver. Why companies continue to use Hermes is a complete mystery to me!!

Sent 5 oil burner and all were seriously damaged, Fragile was printed on all packages, no care has been taken whatsoever and will never use this company again. Absolutely disgusting

The delivery driver stole my parcel. A blurry black photo showed the delivery, when I finally managed to get through to Hermes she spoke to the driver who said that he had delivered it and handed to resident tattooist, kind of interesting as the tattoo shop had shut months ago! Obviously the driver fancied the parcel for himself. Extremely difficult refunds process, I won’t receive a penny as I don’t have proof of purchase for my phone as it’s more. Than a year old. Despite paying extra for signed for delivery, that is a waste of time and poor excuse for just making more money Dreadful, avoid at all costs.

I would just like to leave a review for Iva who delivers and collects our Hermes parcels from CB4 3TA. She is a lovely person, who always smiles, is so polite even when she is rushing around. Please can you let her manager know how happy I am and what a professional and excellent service she is providing. If only all companys could have staff like Iva, the world would be a better place.

Hermes - God of Thieves Two parcels, addressed to two different people living at my house have had parcels "delivered" this week, received a parcel delivered message, with a blurry picture that can only be described as a blob, to show where the parcel was "left"... surprise, no parcel anywhere!! Hermes are a bunch of thieves, aptly named after the Greek God of Thieves it seems. Trying to get hold of a real person to find out about the missing parcel, is a long, winding road aorund robots and chat bots, with no real answers in sight. If we had been out, at all, during the last week I might think that someone else had taken the parcel, but as we have, in accordance with strict Covid rules, been in the whole time, and have two very loud dogs who bark if someone comes close to our house, it is clear that no attempt was made to actually deliver said items!!! I cannot begin to stress how ridiculous this is, especially at this time of year! We now have two missing christmas presents, with no time to replace them, and some Hermes driver is sitting pretty with a couple of stolen presents!!

My parcel has gone missing. It contained perfume which was a Christmas present. Probably been stolen by someone that works there. Never had issues with DPD, UPS, or Royal Mail. It is impossible to get in touch with customer services either by phone or email. Have now asked Debenhams for a refund or I will do a charge back.I will never buy from any retailer that uses Hermes, as I do not trust them as a company and have no faith in them.

Currently have 5 parcels outstanding with them. 2 from March (9 months ago). No response from customer service. One of the more recent of the 5 has been reported missing to the seller so the seller had to send a refund. Even when the local courier does manage to compete the delivery I find him very rude

We use Hermes a lot. Sometimes several times a week for sending eBay things and they have never let us down. I sent a box of presents out to Sweden and missed the last sending day for Christmas by one day but Hermes delivered it in Sweden on the 22nd. Thank you Hermes.

After booking a curiour pickup online it was scheduled for the following day which is what I wanted. After waiting most of this day I checked the track log and found that the pickup had been scheduled and then cancelled. This meant waiting until Monday which was the next working day. Again no pickup so then today (Tuesday) again scheduled and again cancelled. Luckily on the previous day I had booked online with DPD who, as promised, picked up my parcel for a promised delivery tomorrow. Now I have got to try and get my money back from hopeless Hermes.

i would give 0 stars if i could. I found Hermes to be a suitable alternative for royal mail however after this, it is absolutely not. I ordered a courier collection sending label and it got perfectly picked up but now it is still not delivered despite it being nearly a week. I later find out after contacting the support service that they do not know where my parcel is. After emailing them back and forth for multiple weeks I am told that a detailed investigation has taken place, and they can confirm they have lost my parcel. it's all very ironic since I had not heard from them regarding this investigation at all. After my decent experience with the courier service, I order another sending label. It works successfully and say my package will be picked up on Friday the 27th. It was not. It says there are trouble finding my property despite the facts that it was successfully found the previous day?? I called customer service many times over the course of Monday . Tuesday & Saturday and was put through at no point despite being told I must contact customer service immediately. I had someone emailing me saying they would deal with my issue and that someone would collect on Monday, to find that it was infact no picked up on Monday. instead, I ordered a label from royal mail and my parcel was delivered within 3 days.

This is the most unreliable courier I have ever seen. Collection slot given between 8 am and 8pm yesterday. Today I am still waiting and the driver didn't come. I tried calling and emailing the office but no answer. Despite getting bad review from my customer for the delay, they still took my money and didn't provide the service and is beyond expectation on the bad side. I will be contacting my bank to get my money back. Avoiding this company going forward as they are totally unprofessional and the service is messed up. I start to worry about my item getting damaged considering the low profecieny.
