I was expecting a parcel today, to be delivered by Hermes (unfortunately, it wasn't my choice). Today, as with my previous experiences with Hermes (again: none by choice) the parcel did not arrive. It usually takes 4-6 days of further delays before... before we receive another notice that the parcel will be delayed a little bit more. It takes over a week of delays to receive your stuff. I don't know if the people of that company are deliberately sabotaging the business or what. Such consistent incompetent service cannot be by luck!

Bought one day delivery service, after week found that parcel was lost. Will not trust them again and advise don't send any parcels.

My parcel to Austria is not arriving, the friendly and dedicated telephone helpline promised is just a digital voice and no help facility - no matter which answer you give gets you through to a human. Tracking doesn;t work and my important parcel is stuck somewhere. How can it be legal that a company is trading without an impressum on any of its communications, an email address that takes you back into a torturous merry go around as does their facebook page. It is a service of disregard and pretence, quite frankly - SHOCKING but seemingly becoming an accepted culture within the service industry. Some suffering customer has simply turned his frustration into constructive action starting a Government Petition: Regulate the courier service industry with penalties for undelivered parcels - https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/582809 just google it and sign!

Dreadful service Can not get through to speak to anyone ! Delivery has been promised everyday for the last week and still no delivery Poor service Terrible communication Do not rely on this company

agree with previous person , horrible service ,useless site on internet. Can't talk to the person or wright the complain. Not following the dates what give as estimate delivery.4 days parcel even not picked from drop off point , where suppose to be delivered within 3 working days, avoid Hermes and tell you friends.

I paid for an item to be returned to the sender. This was collected on the 5th july 2021 and was meant to be returned within 5 working days however this time has now passed. I have used the contact us on the hermes page however only advised that there is a delay 15/7/21 and advises it will be updated in 24 hours however no update since and no updates since I callesd customer service on the phone Was told by the agent that she would contact the depot and that i would be advised of the update today, still noting Calling the customer service only provided the same information which is on my tracking information as well molly the virtual assitant, therefore having waited 15 mins to get through was a waste of time especially as they didnt send an email to the depot as advised. My parcel for return values 179.00 and is sitting idly with no explanation as to what has happend and no real way to get this resolved.....this is a very poor service and will be the 1st and last tine that i use hermes

My parcel has been with you since the29th June and hasn’t moved on tracking. Automated service. No one to actually talk to. Appalling customer service. Will not be recommending your services to anyone needing to send a package.

To help future customers I would recommend they use a different company. Courier DIDN’T deliver to our address and it’s proving impossible to speak to anyone. Absolutely disgraceful service! I can only surmise the reason they don’t allow direct contact is because they would be inundated with complaints. Will never buy of another company that uses Hermes.

Didn’t even attempt delivery! Can’t get a phone number for the person or anything within hermes, waited 2 hours outside my work for my delivery for not even a attempted delivery! Shocking service!! Never again

Do not use this company left parcel in plain site for item to be stolen, no care for customers. I advise never to use this company to send parcels. 0/10

Driver did not ring doorbell or knock, first I knew of alleged delivery was the Email saying delivery successfully completed. No trace of goods outside or nearby. Raised complaint with Hermes at once. Received Email saying driver would be given further training, parcel left in incorrect place, take my complaint up with the supplier.

I actually DID get my package delivered,securely hidden in my wheelie bin! On bin collection day,too.Well done,HermesThere was a photograph of the garden,from which you were expected to intuit that of course,the bin was the "safe place!" They are probably cheap....even if they were free,you'd still feel cheated.

Please don't use this service. When I realised that something I had pre-ordered was going to be delivered by Hermes I could almost guarantee that it wouldn't arrive the next day (if I pay extra for next day delivery I expect it). Too many times this courier service has been slow with delivery. Took the day off to wait for them (first Saturday in ages) only for them not to even show up. Cheers.

NO STARS i have paid for a return 2 weeks ago....has had very little movement on tracking, virtual assistant tells you the same information that is on tracking. Called customer service which was pointless, after waiting 15 mins was told the same information as is on tracking.....i shall avoid ever using them again...i have £200 worth of goods which i have no idea where it is!!!!!! Dont have a customer service numeber if the staff can not help? Its not fair to them or your frastrated customers, who hold for long periods of time to then be told what they already know....
