Quite possibly the WORST courier… Quite possibly the WORST courier company. I run a small business and sent 83 parcels in 2 weeks; issues with 6 - items were STOLEN (courier opened the parcel, stole most the items, resealed then delivered 23 days later than expected), parcels were damaged and others were lost. All my parcels are insured and it has been IMPOSSIBLE to claim. I have tried calling/live messaging and e-mailing for over 4 weeks now and my case has been ignored. I contacted CEO Martijn.deLange directly and his juniors Gavin Drurey & Kelly have contacted apologising but have not resolved or compensated me. I have repeatedly e-mailed them all and the last communication was over 5 days ago... I've lost quite a bit of money as a result of this and Hermes are doing nothing to resolve/compensate. Just want compensation so I can move on. THE WORST. ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS.

Parcel next day posted 11.11.21 only arrived today 17.01.22. Shocking company !! Should be closed down !! Stay well clear !!!

Terrible customer service hope they get shut down 4 parcels 1 after another since October just haven't been delivered disgusting!!! Clearly been pinched and the companion iv ordered with won't give me refunds because hermes aren't updating the tracking so looks like they are still in transit....should be ashamed of yourselves I'm hundreds down....scammers!!!!

DREADFUL COMPANY, EVERY PARCEL I HAD OR SENT WITH THEM GOT DAMAGED, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT THEY DONT CARE A JOT JUST PLEASE AVOID AWFUL !!!!!!!!

Worst delivery company ever. Said my parcel from size had been delivered. Went straight out side as no one knocked the door, There was no parcel to be seen the driver must of kept it. FUMING 🖕🏼

Posted an iPhone with my Hermes tracked & signed delivery on2nd January, lost tracking information on the 9th January, only to be told on the 15th that my item “has gone missing” go figure!! My Hermes is full of corrupt crooks who are the lowest of the low! Worst part is my Hermes are arguing over giving me £20 compensation! Lol the iPhone cost me £250! DO NOT USE my Hermes for any valuable goods, I should of used DPD please don’t make the mistakes I did!

awful company, do not use them. beware any company this size that does not have a telephone number! Look at the image to see the level of service you get! and the live chat told me the package was delivered and they have proof in the attached image ! what a joke!

I am having increasingly untrustworthy, unreliable and downright dishonest service from Hermes. This afternoon we were expecting a mattress delivery as advised by Hermes. Fully observant & vigilant AND a dog who is a fully functioning alarm. I was sat 7ft from the door when I got an email from Hermes telling me I wasn't in! I would even have been aware of any vans or lorries passing the property. I can safely say no person attempted delivery here at 15.08 hrs or any other time today. I've had separate issues also this week with them. I will try to ensure I buy nothing from retailers who use Hermes from now on.

Bought an item from peacocks clothing store on the 24th December not received it yet. Went to peacocks store they would not give me my money back at store. Hermes have not delivered parcels to peacocks stores still in warehouse or so they say. Will not buy from peacocks again online as they use Hermes.

I bought dehydrator from ALDI online. They give it to myherms for two day delivery. Herms got the parcel on 6/01/22 From Thu 6 Jan until Friday 14 Jan I still not receive my parcel.

Today`s driver was really good but the previous two women in a car practiced throw ins with my parcels and put downs with the heavier ones Oh and their open and take skills were pretty good too. Hope they have gone for ever, never to be trusted again!!!!!!!!

Parcel missing, and there appears no way to contact Hermes, auto chat just takes you around in circles, telephone number takes forever and the auto system does not reconise the tracking no, you cannot seem to contact them to chase or claim? this company should be avoided

Posted parcel 1st January, never arrived, website useless, promised to look into it but didn't, rang again, mobiles not covered for compensation, obviously stolen, offered nothing but refund of postage. Truly the very worst courier in the UK, absolutely appalling. Got to refund the buyer out of my own pocket. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

A carefully tracked gift for 5000 miles failed at the final hurdle as soon as it landed in the hands of Hermes.uk. Falsely claimed an undeliverable address and returned it to supplier (they said), despite confirmation of address, directions, phone number, colour of my pants. Stock response from Hermes is always to seek recompense from supplier. Supplier re-sent new item via Royal Mail - it arrived safely and in good time. I will never order anything in future from suppliers who use Hermes.

Yet again my parcel stuck at delivery centre NO ONE will help me . Ive had this constantly with hermes . Why are they still operating as they give NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER !!!!! APPALLING no one to help and I have a lamp stand that is stuck and no one will help me

Terrible service. I booked a package to be collected. After three days, each they they messaged me to tell me they were not able to collect the package, I ended up having to take the package to a drop off point. As I write this I’m again waiting for a package to be collected, after Hermes failed to pick it up yesterday. I guess I’m off to the drop off point, again. Of course I’m completely convinced these guys are totally useless. Never again.

Avoid using this company so many problems time after time and ZERO customer service! Our courier now receives our parcels delays them for 3 days and sends them back to the sender without ever attempting delivery. Previous courier threw parcels on the floor, parcels stank of smoke and Hermes do FA about it. Hate when companies don't give you the choice of courier coz I'd pay double to avoid using hermes! Parcel due today now been cancelled too, problems every single time. Ridiculous company! Don't waste your time or money. NO customer service, NO deliveries . Worst company I've ever dealt with.

Parcel tracking number on THEIR receipt is not accepted by THEIR system and no one knows where my returned parcel is…oh well it has only been 4 WEEKS! Avoid Hermes like herpes.

First parcel delivered to wrong address- right address om parcel, delivered by person down the street. Second parcel in letterbox not pushed through, presumed stolen. Dreadful service
