Worst ever delivery service and rude, stupid drivers,, they never follow the delivery instructions

I got an email yesterday saying I’ll receive my parcel between 17-21 than at around 20:30 another email that they had to reschedule but I’ll still receive my parcel between 17-21. Today is past 10 and no sign of my parcel. Very disappointed, I would avoid!

Worst company currently existing on the planet. 3 days of being mucked about by this company Ive actually had palpitations from the stress. Now they are sending my order back claiming they tried 3 times. I need that order. I am shielding and noone helping me with shopping.

Hermes is the worst courier company. They don’t bother with the collection. Never turn up. Deliveries are either sent to the wrong address.or just dumped on the street. Really awful company and a nightmare to try and locate your parcels.

Hermes is the worst delivery service. Their so called tracking is so inaccurate it's not worth checking. 2 days in a row I got text messages saying my parcel would be delivered st a certain time, both times it came at a totally different time but I received e mail notifications at the expected times saying my parcel had just been delivered. You can't ever speak to a human either, it's a joke.

Please don’t use Hermes. Possibly the lowest of the low delivery company. They said they delivered my parcel which never arrived and apparently they even signed for it?! Due to Corona virus restrictions, who is signing parcels anyway these days?! Apparently Hermes. On my request, I asked for delivery photos and as assumed they cannot track my parcel. On the second attempted delivery, I put a big sign on the front door to please knock before you leave any parcel unattended directed to Hermes couriers as I live by the main road. Waited anxiously until I checked their website that they delivered my parcel in my small letter box. The size of the parcel is 1m by 50cm and in no way could it fit in a small letter box.As a future reference, I check with the company’s delivery suppliers prior to ordering and I will purchase only If Hermes is not involved. Awful company.I would give less than one star.

impossible to speak with human being. i had "attempted delivery" - nobody came but on tracking it said attempted delivery so i'm trying to call customer service ask what is going on and why their delivery drivers lie constantly because it is constant hermes delivery that seems to be a problem - but you cannot actually speak with anyone. it's only some automated machine no contact details. i want to find out how to make a formal complaint if anyone does know please kindly put it up there if you can. i think delivery companies like this should not operate. these days not to be able to speak with human being about your paid delivery is disgusting. 0 stars if i could give minus i would go minus also your questions below: did you communicate this to someone :D :D :D please tell me how where you do not put the call through to advisor

Anyone using Hermes delivery company would want to think twice,I've ordered 2 separate delivery's from 2 different companys which are using this delivery company after 3 weeks waiting on my items to be delivered I got an email back feom the company i ordered off saying it was sent back undelivered,when I went to track my item through their website It said it was waiting on the company to hand them my parcel for delivery!! Stay away from this delivery service as its a disaster.

Hay you guys !! YOUR just the best ... fab service tracking /app/ text / e MAIL .. fab team work guys ! i recomend anyone wanting to send or receive parcels etc definitely.... use these guys will not be disappointed just FANTASTIC !!!!!

I am waiting on a parcel that according to tracking number Hermes have had since 5th April it’s now 15th May and there is still no sign of it I stay in Edinburgh about 20 minutes from Hermes depot but can’t contact them anyway this is not good service customers beware

Idiotic excuse for a 'delivery company', they post a note through my letterbox with NO contact number supplied (more than three of) and when I attempted to contact them to re-arrange delivery they wanted me to download their 'app'.....! Download their app? I'd rather brush my teeth with my bog brush. Incidentally, this is not the first time herpes.... I mean hermes have failed me.

Before using Hermes, please check their website, mobile app, contact number. You will see that there is no way to speak to a person by any means (no email contact either is available). I have lost 2 parcels with them and there is just no way to find how to contact them.

They have promised delivery for the last 5 days and given lame automated reasons why they haven’t managed to do this via their automated (we don’t want to speak to you directly ... because we are scared) service. Oh for DPD, TNT, Royal Mail et al. I would rather have Herpes than Hermes

If I could give Hermes a 0 I would. I am a small business selling lipglosses and they destroyed my lip glosses without contacting me or sending it back to me, saying that liquids are ‘prohibited’. Don’t trust a company that does not communicate with you.

They sent a mail to me that my expected delivery was delivered, but it never delivered to me...such a lying gigs..no one should trust this doggy couriers...

The most awful, appalling courier company. Their couriers regularly leave parcels in front of the mail door visible to all passers by and do not even bother to ring the bell. This is a constant feature with Hermes.

No collection, impossible to contact - avoid Hermes are impossible to contact when something goes wrong. I sell on eBay and have used Hermes a few times now to deliver items. Some of the time they arrive without problems but more often than not I have issues and zero communication when something goes wrong, like the parcel being very late. Recently, I have been trying to contact them concerning some important documents I want to send via tracked delivery. I had a collection scheduled a week ago and the tracking says 'We don't have it' - of course not, you haven't been to collect it! I have had deliveries from Hermes but because of contact-free deliveries, haven't been able to ask the courier about my collection. I have tried to contact Hermes by phone, live chat and social media (Twitter), but I have been unable to get through to a person because the system doesn't recognise the tracking barcode. My tweets have been ignored. I recognise that we are living in difficult circumstances with the current COIVD-19 situation, but this isn't good enough.The new website seems to have been rushed through and is very glitchy, which adds to the frustration of using their service. I will be using another courier from now on and reccomend others do the same!

This has happened every time a parcel has been sent to my address and delivered by Hermes. I get a tracking message with a delivery slot, then during the delivery slot I get another message, cannot deliver no address access. This has happened to many times for it to be anything other than lies. They then make it very difficult to speak to them and when you do they say give it a couple of days. They are pulling this stunt all of the time and it's probably because they haven't got the capacity to deliver as promised so therefore they string you along.

I've had over 20 parcels delivered this year. But with every one (3) that Hermes was involved with there was a problem. The first one was an empty tube with no lid. Stolen in transit. The second one didn't ever arrive though they say it did. The 3rd one just 20 miles away has so far taken 3 days and two attempts to get here, it's still not here. I would dearly love to meet the owners of this shambles in person. My word, I am amazed that they still get business. I first had problems with them over 10 years ago. Nothing has changed, what an absolutely useless company.
