Absolutely scum. Parcels go missing on a regular basis and Are never to be found. You cannot even contact a person about your lost parcel because it’s all an automated robot service which knows absolutely nothing and you will be better off talking to your kitchen wall. Avoid at all costs. Absolute scummy thieves. It still says my parcel is out for delivery between 1 and 3 pm three days ago. How is this even possible.

If you want a parcel to go missing use Hermes you can be sure you will never be able to speak to anyone it’s impossible !!! Carry on like this and you will surly go out of Buisiness and to be honest you deserve to I certainly won’t be ever sending another parcel I wouldn’t trust you with a house brick your service is appalling .

Hermes don’t even deserve any stars let alone 1 star, the service is rubbish, if the Hermes staff break/disrespect people’s items the company don’t do nothing about it, even if the staff have been caught on camera. Hermes don’t even offer refunds for broken items their staff broke &they sure as hell don’t apologise when they’re in the wrong! I Wouldn’t even recommend this company to anyone let alone to the homelessness . I have no idea how or why this company is allowed to get away with such disrespect and still continue to run a company, it should be shut down or find better management to run the hole shop!

Absolutely awful, after waiting over a month for a parcel to be delivered I was told following an investigation it was lost. I had taken out insurance so was told to provide evidence in clouding the card given to me when my parcel was collected. After much searching I found it and submitted claim with all necessary evidence. I then received an email saying my claim had been rejected and the parcel was being returned to me. Miraculously they found a parcel that following an investigation was found to missing on the same day I submitted my claim. Something makes me think they were hoping I wouldn’t have all their required evidence so they could reject the claim and keep the parcel. So now have to wait a month for the parcel to be returned from Spain. Grandchildren never got their Xmas presents. Would not recommend and will never use again

I have been waiting for 5 days for my delivery and haven’t left the house once (it’s lockdown) and they have had an issue every time trying to deliver. I had even resorted to waiting at the window for the allotted time and then making a big sign with my door number on (even though it’s on the door) and putting it up on the window. I don’t live in a remote area. I have tried contacting them and there’s no way to unless you ‘miss’ the delivery enough times they then say you need to contact them. You have to go to the live chat and they make a ticket for you sent onto the cut toner service team and I now just have to wait for them. They charge £6 for a phone call to talk to a machine so this resolves nothing. The whole time I have been waiting at the window and not one person was in sight so they didn’t even make it to near my house. This delivery company is a joke. This is not the first time I have had issues with them and I’m sure won’t be the last. I dread ordering parcels now as if they say they’re coming through Hermes it’s a 50/50 chance on weather I’ll actually receive my parcel.

ONLY ONE DELIVERY ATTEMPT THEN IT GETS RETURNED. Thiswas the response I got 1549163816376187 Hi my name is Michael and I work within customer services. I am sorry for any delay or inconvenience whilst we have been looking into the issues facing your parcel's delivery. I have checked the tracking and can see only one delivery attempt by the courier as you have mentioned. It seems our depot had marked the item as having three delivery attempts incorrectly. and they have sent the parcel back to the retailer. this has now returned At this point i would advise you to contact the retailer and they would be able to send a new item or refund to you. This parcel went to the wrong depot twice. Still not received it. Tried to call Hermes and they wouldn’t put me through to a human had to speak to a bot on the phone and on the web chat. Waste of money and time as was charged for the calls

Well i see cowboy 🤠 back in town. Been using hermes for no years. Customer service just a computer voice. 4 parcel to different area of UK And been waiting in for them to collect. Message can't find us after 4 years visiting our business address. Have parcels that haven't been delivered. Honestly stay away from cowboys

Terrible service. Still awaiting delivery after updating details, talking to a robotic chat on a number of occasions (only means of contacting customer service), sharing my phone number and email address - still no response and no attempt to contact me. Will avoid in future at all cost

Awful services don’t use!! Lost 3 parcels around the same time One I’m waiting for delivery and two I’ve sent back as returns. Worst service you can’t speak to any human only a bot that will track the parcel (been stuck in the same place for months). TERRIBLE Can’t resolve or get help at all.

Absolutely useless, they don’t even attempt to deliver your parcel. They just email saying there is an issue with access to the address. I have not had a single smooth delivery with this company ever. No issues with any other delivery company’s but Hermes are a joke. It’s not even worth trying to contact them because you talk to a robot then nothing ever gets resolved. Truly shocking !!

Wish I could give 0 stars. This company should be shut down. I have left 2 bad reviews on trustpilot but they are gettings pushed down the list very quickly by 5 star reviews which I have no doubt are all fake. There are lots of bad reviews. They steal parcels, open parcels, dont deliver parcels, take your money, lie, dont respond, customer service is a robot, impossible to talk to a human, change claim status to resolved when not resolved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEIFING SCAMMERS!!!!

I ordered from wish and could track my order through hermes and had to download the app after parcel didn't arrive . It had been sitting in their depot for a couple of weeks a common complaint so contacted them. They asked me to ask wish to ask their supplier to ask hermes to ask the depot to deliver my package. So I messaged wish and they sent me a refund

First time I’ve used Hermes to send a parcel but it will be my last.Sent my sons Xmas presents of last week as we haven’t had time to see him.I paid for door to door service and was shocked to see where they dumped it.Didn’t even ring my sons doorbell to say they have parcel they left it in a foyer where other parcels were left.And now the parcel has been stolen for 3 days I’ve been trying to ring each time half hour then they cut you iv sent numerous emails they tell me to contact customer services but no luck.Just awful service.Never again
