What a bunch of Twats! They lie, they forge signatures, the website is next to useless, the contact phone line is a joke and a complete wast of time, they can’t deliver your parcel and have as much difficulty in returning it to me which is were they picked it up from in the first place. Deserve bankruptcy.

Drop kicked my parcel over the gate. It went straight through the dining room window and landed in a bowl of soup my Grandmother was eating. What a mess. Never again.

What a bunch of muppets 4 times given today parcel still not delivered should of being here ,1 pm 4 pm today got Email asking to help driver to find address look at address On parcel worst company ever ,clowns as drivers.

Came home tonight to a card through my door to say the parcel was at the back door, no it wasn't, I tried the automated chat who asked for the tracking number, only to be told the parcel was delivered and that I'd signed for it, they also sent a copy of the initials, I couldn't have signed for a parcel when I was at work all day and not at home, and contradictory the card said it was at the back door. I cant even get to speak to someone who can deal with this disgusting service.

Do not use this company to send parcels. They lost a parcel I sent on the 22nd December 2019 which I understand can happen. However I am still waiting for a refund despite being promised over 3 weeks ago. They have now started the whole process again and it’s impossible to actually talk to them about it over the phone. My next step is going to be small claims court.

The majority of the time I don’t like ordering parcels with Hermes as I’ve had some bad experiences. But the Hermes parcels I had delivered today has completely changed my mind set about this parcel service. The driver not only left the parcel in a safe place but wrapped my parcels in a bin bag and tapped them together so the rain would not damage my items. I’m very thank full for this driver doing this as the majority would just throw it over the gate. Totally recommend after today!

Hermès After being sent to wrong depot it’s taken over a week to get anywhere near my address to finally arrive only to be to be delivered to the wrong address. And as yet not been able to retrieve my parcel Absolute terrible incompetent service.

I should be ZERO but there is no option for that rating. Disgusting service sham of a company. I have just looked at the possibility of claiming compensation or my lost items but it appears it covers nothing you have made it almost impossible for any item whatsoever to be covered. Congratulations Hermes you must be making an absolute fortune.

don't have any agent or customer services team , web chat people take mickey out of you before giving the claim form always cover full content insurance with them before sending the parcel else delivery driver might keep it, you never know.

SHOCKING SERVICE BURNLEY AREA I have ordered 3 times from Debenhams in the last few weeks. In each and every case we were at home- a bungalow, car on the drive, lights on. 1st parcel note through door stating neighbour had signed for it, but was going out, so left in our bin - evening delivery. No neighbour had signed for it. 2nd note stating thrown over gate into garden- thankfully not a breakable item again evening delivery. 3rd order Debenhams had to send in two deliveries, first of which arrived last Sunday at lunchtime, door bell was used and I received parcel but was not asked to sign for it. Expecting second part of delivery this week and someone has been in the house waiting every day. Last evening heard something come through letterbox, totally blank calling card and when I opened the door no one in sight. I live in small cul de sac. I am still without this delivery! I have looked on our local community forum and believe this poor service is a regular occurrence in the area, but looking at so many reviews this is happening all over the country. What a scandal. Why do suppliers keep using Hermes? I had a similar experience with Hermes a few years ago with Hermes and decided not to do any online shopping many years as I could not get any sense out of Hermes or the supplier, In that case I found a box of books 2 days after they said they had delivered (and I am supposed to have signed for it) to me wet through on my door step 2 days later. No reply by Hermes to my email!!! Clearly the problem lies with their self employed couriers who are bringing the company into disrepute.

Their courier claims to have delivered a package and has no evidence that it was received by anyone. The best feedbacl i could solicit after several days inquiry suggested that it was hidden behind a fence – there are no fences within 20 metres of the front door of my building. Their website is resistant to any kind of inquiry. To talk to a human being you have to go to a chat robot and lie to their questions so that it HAS to be dealt with by a human agent.

Why can't we give 0 notation? They are not a delivery company at all. Here is the story: - I'm waiting a parcel, but don't know when it will arrive - On Tuesday, I'm at work, and receive a message at 11AM telling me I will be delivered between 3PM and 5PM (no option to tell them I won't be there, so useless to try). On the delivery paper, they say they will try again the next day - On Wednesday, I'm WFH the whole day, so there shouldn't be a problem. At 10:30, a message tells me I will be delivered between 4PM and 6PM. I have an appointment at 6PM, so I try to be confident. At 5:55PM, a message tells me it will be finally delivered between 5PM and 7PM (yes... could say between 6PM and 7PM now...). I have to go to my appointment, so - of course - nobody is home to receive it, failure. I try to indicate an alternative. The online support indicates that you can indicate a delivery slot time, great! But the link doesn't give this option, only leave at neighbourhood or safe place. I select the porch! - On Thursday, I'm at work, but I've told them it's ok to leave at the porch... Exactly same story, 10:45AM "delivery between 4PM and 6PM", then 5:55PM "delivery between 5PM and 7PM", then.... I arrive home and they indicate that there was no safe place .... I TOLD THEM THE PORCH!!! My choice has no value for them!!!!! So... they return to the sender! It's 3 years that I'm leaving here, I've received many parcel, never been a problem even if I'm working (is it so rare that receiver are working? seriously??? do you think that we stay home all day for you. I'm wondering who is working for who!). There are the worse delivery company I've ever see, and I'm from France where delivery system is not good, but is still better. PS: I've tried to go on their website.... and it's similar to them, it's useless and unworking, look the screenshot... -

They constantly don’t follow through on deliveries yet still accept them from Amazon. The latest time they sent my items back to the seller and the excuse was a ‘blocked’ driveway when delivering to a post office. They are incredibly inept and impossible to contact. There is no way to contact a human representative.

Absolutely disgraceful company that make it really difficult to contact them. They've lost 2 parcels that should have been delivered before Christmas. Thankfully one of them was an Amazon order so I've been refunded by Amazon for that item. But the other was Christmas presents from a friend and all they've done is apologise with no offer of compensation or refund of the original postage. Will never use this company.

My parcel was not delivered, but David, my driver, claims to have delivered it. It is not my signature on the tracking page. It is impossible to talk to a human being to try to resolve the issue because my tracking number flags up the false delivery. Your webchat flags up the false delivery. Who are you supposed to talk to?
