Awful company with no customer service apart from chat with robot

Bad delivery item all smashed up So 1 pc not good Case broken PSU Broken Graphics card broken Motherboard broken CPU cooler broken Not impressed at all The driver that delivers the parcels are very good But on the way down not so impressed at all Will done Hermes Next time I'll get them to send a football!!!

Automated e-mail advised delivery within 48 hours. No delivery after that time, still unable to contact them. Awful customer service, will never again use them.

Ordered chocolates from Thorntons for Fathers Day. Hermes said they were unable to deliver even though I was at home all day. Hermes tried to charge additional money to reschedule the delivery. There's no way on earth I'd give them a more money for their shoddy service. Following last Christmas when they failed to deliver a box full of presents and refused to pay any compensation or even return delivery charge I know it's a waste of time complaining to Hermes. Hoping Thorntons can sort something out. Why companies or anyone else uses this useless company I really don't know. I order a lot of stuff online and only Hermes causes problems.

My parcel from fashion world ended up at someone else house right down the street, driver sent me a photo of a front door,! But not my door !!!! So I had to go and find the parcel Also delivery kept changing times and got later and later through the day.🤬

After waiting in all day, I received a message to say my parcel had been left in a recycle bin and a photo to prove it. My bins are behind a locked gate, no one knocked or left a card. whose bin it is, I don't know. Contacted Hermes on the chat line. Their messages said they didn't recognise the tracking number they sent me or my post code. Useless.

Could not talk to a person due to non delivery of item, just an awful automated system. e-mail said will deliver within 48 hours. Not impressed. Would not use them again.

Wasted all day today waiting for a parcel to be picked up to be told they couldn't come today will try again on next working day so are we supposed to wait in again?!!!

If your want something and Hermes is delivering it look somewhere else because you will never see it and don't think of contacting Hermes because there's no customer service advisors working there and no delivery staff, how can this company still be trading its a joke

Witnessed parcels thrown around and handheld with no care. Parcels left leant against my front door adjacent to a busy footpath and the best - quite unbelievable but the card said "IN THE BIN" - yes, unbelievable. Actually in the Black bin. I will no longer use suppliers that deliver via Hermes

Parcels thrown over a high wall. Parcels abandoned outside my house. Parcels given to a neighbour and I got a photo of someone's foot to try and track down my parcel. Worst parcel company ever.

Ordered a hair dryer for next day delivery, got update to say parcel was too big for delivery and had to go on a specialised van. REALLY.?? It’s not a hairdryer for an elephant. Can’t get through to Hermes. Useless digital assistant and no way to speak to someone in person over the phone. Hermes, this is no way to run a company, perhaps you are hiding behind digital answers because you have so many complaints to deal with. Absolutely appalling customer service, or more to the point, lack of. Why are major companies still using this shoddy courier company baffles me.

We live in a block of flats, parcels not delivered to our door but left for anybody to pick in the foyer. Worst delivery service from our experience of parcels delivered to us from other delivery services. Why do people continue to use them.? There are plenty of bad reviews for people to boycott them.

Driver didn't bother to ring bell. Card left but without it being filled out correctly. Parcel is now late due to incompetence of Hermes. No proper complaints procedure on line. Automated telephone reply does not give complaints option or to speak to a human. A PATHETIC AND INCOMPETENT DELIVERY SERVICE.
