They said delivery attempt made but was home all day waiting. Now they sent parcel back and have to wait another 24h hermes should not exist

I really have tried hard to manage your ordinated service but having extremely difficult time and have also spent 30 minutes trying to speak to a human being to no avail. I am elderly and need help. what a shame you are not willing to have a service to help those that need to speak to a real person . I will certainly when I have a chose will choose a different delivery company.

My parcels were due today but when I tracked them they said they left 3 cards as I wasn’t home when there is 4 of us at home I rang next to see if they could track parcels and they did he was in the next street to my house but just couldn’t be bothered to deliver mine tried customer service but that was a waste of time still not sure when my parcels will be here

Products not delivered when they were scheduled to be and no information until after they failed to deliver. Rubbish customer services, I will avoid companies that use this hopeless delivery service in future.

Disgusting, useless service!!! As for the local delivery driver!!!!! Nothing but trouble with this company lately. A parcel that should have arrived Monday not turning up until Friday. Next day deliverys not turning up for a week. Trying to cintact someone is as successful as finding ice in the Sahara!!! No more online shopping for me. Sorry to the shops I won't be using because of this poor delivery service!;

My parcel was delivered by Hermes, and it was stated that it was put in a "safe place". This "safe place" was inside the recycling bin underneath other empty boxes. Since the parcel was completely undetectable amongst the other empty shipping boxes the recycling was taken out the next day and the package was lost. Upon contacting them I have received no help or apologies for this. This is not the first time I have used this service yet this kind of thing has happened many times before as well as packages being lost or stolen. I would strongly advise against using Hermes as a service.

My parcel, sent at the end of October 2020 to France, is still at the depot in Plympton. It's not lost, its at the depot - it's still marked as such on the tracking. I strongly believe no effort has been made to find it, in spite of repeated requests. It can't have just disappeared. Do you ever check your cage? It's commonly known that you don't treat parcels with respect, so how about starting to build a better reputation? Please kindly make an effort, find the parcel which contains precious items, handmade, for a newborn grandchild I'm unable to see due to the virus.

Atrocious, lying, thief's of a company.. Don't use trust pilot, as reviews are manipulated. Ordered a item from 'BROWN BAG' Lacoste t shirt for my partners birthday 10.2.2021 Paid extra for next day delivery. Today 13th February. Item not recieved. But on the tracking info Slow delivery due to weather I live 9 miles from depot. I set off to see for myself what adverse weather conditions look like.. Bright sunshine, but chilly. I looked for the snow, sadly I could not find any.. More rubbish lies, from a company that is so inept, I cannot believe is still in business..

Used Hermes International to send a parcel to EU, a month on and still hasn’t arrived. Tracking number not working so can’t use their website and there’s no phone number nor email to contact them. Their Live Chat just sends you around in circles.

The Courier left the last three parcels in a recycling bin. His response was he was doing me a favour. Do the world a favour, wind the company up and find something less exhausting to do with your time.

My parcel was delivered damaged and items missing. No proper customer services to call or help. Parcel was delivered late too. Nobody to help when things go wrong. Never ever use this company.

Two separate attempts at picking up a returns parcel ... both booked times ( within a window of 5-7 days) Hermes didn’t show!!! Useless. Have to use DPD instead.

Parcel was due to be delivered Thursday 11 February 2021. It was rescheduled twice during the day. Then email to say no delivery. Tried to contact Hermes but can only get a BOT. absolute rubbish. They do not give answers. Told delivery will be on the drivers next working day. That might not be for another week. Useless courier. They used to be excellent, but now no human contact available. My order war rotted by the time they choose to deliver it

They lost 3 out of my 6 package last year and they just lost another one this week. Very hard to reach them and even if I do they always pointing at the seller. Completely rubbish company, I hat them soo much. If there you buy something and there is an option to have another delivery company choose them anything better then them. If there is not option choose another seller. Hopefully they will run out of business but I think we are not that lucky.

What an utterly disgusting delivery service! Every parcel has been left on the doorstep without the delivery driver even knocking! Twice now I have had a photo of my parcel being delivered but on return home it is not on the doorstep! There are plenty of places to hide a parcel at my property but no they leave it right on the side of the road where anyone can pick it up Twice I have a photo of someone else's door where my parcel has been left?! Do they expect customers to Comb the neighbourhood looking for a door that matches the photo??!

2 weeks ago a Hermes driver knocked at my door and ran off with my parcel before I could answer the door! Yesterday I was expecting a gift and the sender sent me a screenshot from Hermes saying it was left with a neighbour. I went to neighbours but nothing. So I spent ages on Hermes and eventually found it was left at a property some way up the road from my house. I am shielding with poor mobility but turned out in ice and snow to collect it! On speaking to my neighbours they too have had parcels left all over the place and thrown into other peoples gardens. Frankly I am disgusted with the service they provide. If their delivery people can't do better they should be sacked. I certainly would not knowingly use them again ever!

Absolutely useless. They've never delivered a parcel to me. Always claim to have tried but no notes or any sign that they've been. When buying online always notify the sender not to use Hermes now.

Twice I have used Hermes, 1st time, I sent an item which I tracked all the way to the delivery hub in England then it mysteriously vanashed, and I was not entitled to a refund as it was partly glass, secondly, I was receiving an item and again tracked it until it reached the delivery hub, on 28th January this year, then on 2nd February the item was mysteriously damaged beyond repair, and because it hadn't left the hub for delivery to me, I had no 16 digit tracking number, so couldn't get through to talk to anyone, shocking, won't use Hermes ever again if I can help it.

If you are reading this as a business then DO NOT USE HERMES. They should be out of business. If you are reading this as a customer then I apologise for what you are going through. I have waited four days for a parcel to be picked up. I have had this problem with them before, before the pandemic so they can not use that as an excuse. Items that are industrial equipment damaged, parcels delivered to the wrong address, notes posted through my door after the 8pm deadline with an earlier time on it and I have lost count of the amount of times they have just not turned up.
