What a joke this "company" is. 2 parcels expected (different orders) 1 was 3 days late and the other 1 still hasn't arrived (2 days late so far) avoid this so called "courier" if you can, pay peanuts and you get monkeys, never a truer saying.

THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT MYHERMES UK. I PHONED THEM MANY TIMES THEY SAID TO FIND A HELP VIA WEBSITE. ON THE WEBSITE SAYING TO CALL THEM. I AM VERY ANGRY. NO EMAIL GIVEN NO LIVE CHAT AVAILABLE. ONLY RUBBISH digital assistant WHICH IS TOTALLY USELESS. WILL HAVE TO FILL A COMPLAINT 👎

TERRIBLE! Completely impossible to speak to a human for any assistance at all, yet perfectly happy to take customers’ money. Will avoid using them at all costs.

This should give the option to give 0 stars. Notification reported that they had attempted to deliver my parcel 3 times between 6-8 which is a lie because we were home. Couldnt speak to anyone just online chat which is useless and told to contact the sender, who in turn quotes what hermes had documented and there was nothing they could do but wait for a refund. Awful service unless it is being sent to a hermes shop. Will never order from a company who use hermes again. Oh and no calling card left

Appalling. They claimed to have delivered my package and even sent me a picture of my post box It was impossible to speak to anyone from My Hermes. The computerised response would not recognise my address. In desperation I drove to my nearest My Hermes shop. They could not help me. A day later the parcel was delivered. I will never buy from anyone who uses them as a carrier. UPS every time.

The courier company is frauds. I sent the package to eBay customer insured for 150 pounds. The package tracking was shown delivered successfully. But the package was additionally wrapped and delivered empty, Hermes refused to pay compensation because I did not take photo of package before shipping. Avoid this company at all costs. Never again Hermes!!!!!

Gahhh! Annoying. I was thinking that the poor Hermes service was just my local courier and have tried to avoid the service wherever possible (messages saying it was out for delivery on Friday to get the inevitable update that it was delayed usually till the Tuesday). So I thought I might avoid this by having the drop off at a shop. No such luck. Took a while for the parcel to get on to their system, but a third party collected the package, so it may not be Hermes fault. My problem is that I got a message saying the parcel was at the shop, and by the time I got there they had sent an update saying it had been delayed!? Wasted journey, no customer service you can contact and One week and two days now, no way of contacting them and Hermes are not responding to the retailers requests. Horrible service.

This is the worst courier service i have ever used. They keep emailing me saying they have attempted to deliver my parcel however they have not left any calling cards, i have been home twice and no one has rang the door bell or knocked. When i asked them to leave it at my neighbours they said they couldn't find the address. Now they have told me, i asked them to send the parcel back to the sender. Which i did not. I do not recommend this service.

Worst delivery company ever, say they’ve delivered when they haven’t, say unable to leave parcel as no one in even though you’re sat waiting for said delivery, the list goes on and on, I now won’t order from companies that use Hermes to deliver it won’t be too long before Hermes goes under.

Very poor service, there is no way to contact them anyhow , lost my parcel Thank god it was sent through ebay so they are investigating now, otherwise you won’t able to get your money back . Never ever again hermes , shame on you !

If I could give zero stars I would. I cannot believe there is no contact person to speak to. Every which way you go on this platform leads you back to an automated system. So frustrating and will never use them again. Tried Lucy the online chat, which is still a cyber person. No real person at any point is reachable! Try a better company. The reason for My call is my parcels have gone missing returning to Debenhams 10 days ago! NOT GOOD HERMES 😡😡😡😡

The driver banged the door like he was trying to break in, Grunted parcel... I took the parv off him and he claimed my 12 week old puppy bite him even though she was shut in the other room? At least I think that’s what he said ? I just said thanks and closed the door ?

I ordered a item on the web , but the seller did not put full address, so Hermes could not deliver and I had to contact them. Extremely poor contact details. Impossible to talk with someone. Website / Online help told me to contact sender. I am sure they are spelling their name wrong. It should be ' HERPES '

Ordered a return label online. Charged twice and no return label received. Phoned 0330 3336556 to resolve the issue but you cannot speak to anyone - the only way you can communicate with them is via web chat. I therefore started a web chat & explained the issue. Whilst they were sympathetic I was in as many words told that it was my problem. So no return label & two charges!!

Parcel ordered on Ebay took 10 days to go from Birmingham to Pitney Bowes in Lichfield. You could walk it faster. Tracking system did not work as it said Hermes were waiting for the parcel despite it arriving at Lichfield. Tried online help but told to wait 24 minutes. Gave the tracking no but it was not recognised. What a useless organisation.

Over a period of 6 months, Hermes 'lost' over 50% of our sent parcels, in some cases boxes were opened the goods stolen and the empty box delivered. No compensation or response from customer service. This company should be closed down and its staff investigated by the police.

Parcel has not been collected for two consecutive days already. Hermes provides a most disgusting and shameful service. Tried to contact them through live chat and had to wait 17 minutes for an available agent who wasn't able to help me out nor guarantee me that the parcel would be collected. All that was offered was that the matter would be reported to the relevant department.
