“I sent a parcel to a remote village in mainland Spain and it arrived according to plan and I am very happy with the service provided by Hermes and the price. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“The delivery driver called Octavian was 5*. I missed his delivery. I rang his mobile number on the card he left and he came back specially with my parcel right away. It was very much appreciated. Hermes have always been efficient but he was over and above. Thank you.”

“Well, I have been dealing with Hermes for years, delivery only and can't fault them. suffice to say, it's the same lady called Stacey orTracy ! We have a little chat, always polite and charming. One day, a chap turned up, I enquired where she was ( it was her hubby. ) I watched the video on Hermes and am horrified. I can't fault them or maybe, I am lucky with my courier ? Maybe, it was a bad courier portrayed in the video, hopefully he has been fired. Unacceptable behaviour. I hasten to add that I am a grumpy old Pensioner ! But Stacy makes me happy and that she and her hubby had a good birth of their baby. My name is Liz Shaw. Grange Road, Ramsgate. Please send her a bunch of flowers. Well done Hermes.”

“for a while now Hermes sends the same Delivery man to our area, which is a big plus for all of us. Royal Mail keeps changing now postmen and they do not know us. Anyways Service is excellent. A very caring man who know us well and gives our parcels to the right neighbours if we are not in. I have given a good tip for his service and hope he will be with us for a long time. Thank you Hermes”

“I have had/have lots of deliveries from Hermes and I think the current man is lovely, he is always cheerful and helpful. I have a dog and because I fear she will run out into the road I come round to the front door from my back garden, obviously this means the delivery man has to wait longer than if I opened the front door immediately, he NEVER complains and is cheerfully understanding. Thank you for a great service.”

“Booked a package collection last night. Was collected at 1p/m today. Not only that, but they delivered something i ordered the other day AT THE SAME TIME. Could not have been a better service. The young lady that collected and delivered was BRILLIANT. She needs to be paid more. Excellent company. All this is after i had previously booked with YODEL who made me stay indoors for THREE WHOLE DAYS !!! And STILL did not collect my package ( have asked for a refund ).”

“My local courier is Amazing! 5 stars for Ade in Sidcup. Long story short: I’ve ordered to the wrong address, he has tried to deliver there twice but he remembered my name from the previous deliveries and brought the parcel to my workplace!!!!!! Not any delivery company/people would do this! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!”
