You have delivered my parcel to wrong address, the picture u sent me is not my house or my neighbours, after contacting the company I ordered from they then gave me a road that it has been delivered to. I have been out to look for the house and can’t find it there either, I have also asked people living on that road if they have had a delivery by mistake or seen anyone delivering and no one has. I was shocked to see it’s been delivered when nobody has knocked my house at all. Very disappointed and frustrated that numbers I rang unless I want to hear automated I can’t get through to anyone else. Will never recommend Hermes to anyone this is not the first time either !!!

I have only had the unfortunate experience of Hermes delivering to me twice and each time the driver failed to find my house. The first time after 3 attempted deliveries the parcel was returned to the store so I never received it. The second time I tried leaving information on the website. What a nightmare! There is no email and neither of the 2 telephone numbers I found worked, one was automated and the other unavailable. I called the store who shipped the items, they took down detailed instructions including my phone number but yet again the Hermes courier couldn't find me. Ridiculous! No other courier has had this problem and we are the last house in the village so there shouldn't be an issue. I am still waiting to see if the third attempt at delivery will be successful but I'm not holding my breath!

Follow up to my previous review: it turns out ot was for our neighbor! On their website if you track the parcel one you click on show full detail they show the address (not at first) so it was now obvious it was not for us. Still the photo shows it was definitely put in our cupboard at first, and the note was left in our mailbox. I can understand that the guy realised it put the parcel + delivery note in the wrong door but then how hard would it have been to put another note saying 'sorry ignore the other note this was for your neighbour' instead of me worrying since yesterday that our parcel was robbed. Still does not remove the fact the delivery note is minimal - no name - no contact nb - nothing and that Hermes in general tries all it can dodge any complaint from being made. So still deserves 1 star!

What a joke! Got a parcel delivered yesterday the guy left it in the cupboard in the corridor (where we have electric meter) but the dorr was slightly open and there was no package inside. I spent hours trying to get to them - the website gives no email, nothing I even registered but that makes no difference. 2 numbers aere available one just asks for a 8 or 16 digit number after which the automated voice tells you it;s been delivered and that's it there is no option to talk to anyone. The other number does not work. The automated bot on theri website they are so proud of - the minute you make it underestand your parcel was not there or damaged tells you 'this is where the limit of my help can extend' and shuts you off. the website also tells you that if you make a claim they will work hard to help you only they never tell you how to make a claim, they do not give you any email or way to contact them. Even if you register you waste time being sent from one link to another that comes back to a loop eventually it is simply impossible. Considering how many people complain about this I wonder if thsi would be a case for a class action.

Always had a bad experience with Hermes, things go missing and delivery is always late. Avoid if you can, some businesses use them and not sure why as they are terrible.

I ordered things from two places on Friday that said 3-5 days delivery so I took Wednesday the next week off work to receive my parcels. One delivery was attempted Monday and then both were attempted Tuesday (much to my surprise) and a note was left saying they would come the next day. Wednesday came and went but no parcels. I tried to call MyHermes but you literally cannot speak to a human being at this company, it’s impossible. I waited at the house from 8am-8pm and nothing. As I would not be home on Thursday, my parcels would go back to the retailer so I have had to take an extra day off work. I’m disappointed that they did not tell me they would not attempt a delivery on Wednesday and that you just can’t speak to the depot.

They seem to lose a huge number of parcels. Pretend they have delivered when they haven't and tracking is a farce- often says 'at depot' for months on end! I booked next day collection. It never happened. Courier 'faked' a collection but tracking showed he'd never been near property They lie lie lie and employ couriers who lose/steal and lie about packages. Customer service is non existent. They don't have phones and Noone replies on twitter it's a bot and no point in taking out insurance as almost impossible to claim. DO NOT USE THEM YOU HAVE A HIGH CHANCE OF YOUR PARCEL BEING LOST OR STOLEN

You lose my parcel and I have to prove you collected from me, supply receipts and prove you lost it when you tell me you have lost it, what a joke. Don’t bother using these clowns, they don’t give a toss at any stage of the process.

For the second time in 10 days the courier failed to deliver packages to my address in Devon when the tracking said they would. On both occasions the tracking said the driver “had a problem getting to my address”. What problem?? Roads all open and I don’t live in the middle off nowhere. Suspect a euphemism for ‘can’t be bothered’??? All other courier services manage to deliver to my address. Too unreliable when I have deadlines to meet. Have asked my suppliers not to use Hermes.

Shocking Customer Service They damaged 3 and lost 1 and it has taken around 6 weeks for them to decide they won't take any responsibility for what they were paid to do, disgraceful Thank God I Never have to deal with this shoddy Company ever again Go elsewhere if you want things delivered undamaged or delivered at all I would leave a minus score if I could

I have left a few reviews about Hermes on another review site, all of them poor. I was expecting a delivery today which came, and I was in, but the packet was left outside by my dustbins some way from the house. This seems to be as close as the driver manages to get even if its raining and a paper package so it and the contents get wet. A really useless company

Absolutely useless I was notified my parcel was at my local depot & would be with me in 24hrs. Next day I received a email informing that a delay had occurred but that it would be with me in 24hrs that was 7 days ago. ever tried to talk or contact Hermes? I have & found it impossible. I must say Chums have tried to sort this out but they have not received a reply from Hermes as well. Use DHL far more dependable & they keep you informed,

I ordered something from eBay. Signed for delivered - but not to my address! Appalling customer service - not interested in sorting it out (told at one point "the drivers deliver thousands of parcels every day - you can't expect them to remember what happened to every single one!") They've consistently refused to give details of who signed for my package or investigate who delivered it. I've given up now. It was likely stolen by the driver that day. They probably knew they could get away with it. I assume Hermes have a big problem with this because I've seen the complaints on here and elsewhere. So long story short: avoid Hermes at all costs. They're thieves masquerading as a delivery company. If I could give less than zero stars - I would.

Said parcel should be delivered by 16 th to 20th of January still no parcel and just says on tracker you’re parcel will be on the move in next 24 hrs said that yesterday very poor service would never use them myself it’s a wonder there still in business disgracefull company
