Where do I start?!! Well firstly I would rather go without ANYTHING EVER AGAIN than have this ridiculous company attempt to transport it to me ON TIME. The WORST "company" existing today at the current time in THE WORLD! HOW ON EARTH ARE YOU STILL IN BUSINESS? I BET THAT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME YOU'VE HEARD THAT EH??!! Do not bother to use "next day delivery" as next day delivery to Hermes means.....well.....whenever they can be bothered to get there. This time (there have been many other times) they used the excuse of "a road traffic accident" slowing them down.......it slowed them down so much that 3 days later there's still no sign of my "next day" delivery. And HOLLY!!! Oh HOLLY....why are you degrading yourself in this way? You know you can't/won't/don't want to help and so send us off on a wild goose chase, round and round saying "hello" to start a new chat because you completely ignored our last request/click/choice of action. It's pathetic. I mean WHY BOTHER? It's also funny after awhile I suppose..... Hermes used to have "live chat" if you needed help with something. I remember a few years ago joining "live chat" about ANOTHER missing parcel and finding that there were over 450 other people waiting before me with the same idea!!! I mean that tells us EVERYTHING we need to know doesn't it?! Quite wisely(from their point of view) they seem to have got rid of the "live chat" option. In fact they've now got rid of ALL customer service options. They literally have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They can't deny it. I have tried repeatedly over the last 3 days to get HOLLY to pass my complaint on to someone.....anyone......without success.......all she want's me to do is say "hello" over an over again..... Well I won't be saying hello ever again to you Holly....in actual fact I'm saying Goodbye...FOREVER....I will now contact the company I am buying from to ascertain if they will be using Hermes to attempt to deliver my items and if they are then I'm afraid I will be explaining to them that I will not order from them on this occasion and never will until they can Guarantee to me they won't use Hermes ever again..... In short ; ) DO NOT USE HERMES FOR ANYTHING. I'm serious......You will regret it. Anyways.....!!!!! I hope I've helped at least ONE PERSON from the pain and sheer frustration of trying to deal with MyHermes... It's a pain I will never forget.......

I bought a £2000 bike, the seller sent it to me from London, I live in Edinburgh. After 15 days the bike seems to have been lost. After reporting this to Hermes, after a week of waiting they don't even know what happened to my bike. This a really poor service, they're incompetent. Only an unconscious fool can continue to use Hermes for their expeditions. Hermes is not absolutely sure and the customer service is horribly bad, bordering on scam.

Hermes UK are the worst delivery company in Europe. Look at the reviews for Germany. Also to all you British complainers putting complaints on "Hermes Jewellery (Paris)" .... YOU ARE ON THE WRONG TRUSTPILOT SITE!! YOU NEED TO BE ON "HERMES UK!" I'm just thankful I managed to go round them and get a full refund from my retailer. I've also wrote to my retailer expressing to them that I'm cancelling my account as they use "Hermes UK" as there courier. Also I've asked them to have an emergency management meeting and to hopefully take the decision to stop using these bunch of "lovers!" .. for the retailers sake, as well as the customers of the UKs sanity. IN FUTURE I WILL ASK IF ANY RETAILER USES "HERMES UK" AS ONE OF THERE COURIERS .. IF THEY DO I SHALL NOT DO BUISINESS WITH THEM. TO ALL YOU WHO ARE THINKING OF SENDING PARCELS WITH "HERMES UK" .. STOP!!! .... DO YOURSELF AND YOUR CUSTOMER A BIG FAVOUR .. USE ROYAL MAIL/PARCELFORCE. THEY GUARANTEE TO GET YOUR PARCEL TO YOUR CUSTOMER. YOU MAY PAY A BIT MORE .. BUT THATS NOTHING COMPARED TO THE STRESS, FRUSTRATION AND GRIEF YOU WILL ENCOUNTER OFF THESE "LOSERS!"

Terrible service, i was waiting for a dress for a ceremony to be delivered and i was told it waa not delivered because they could not find my house, its the worst excuse i have ever heard of, i get parcels delivered every day so how can this driver could not find my address ??

I ordered from Dorothy perkins, the driver left my parcel at a wrong address. It was the person that they dropped it at that had to bring the parcel to me.

Hermes first time with this company waiting for a parcel to be delivered should have been delivered 19th March not delivered many emails sent and finally today they send me an email stating that my parcel has been lost and for me to contact company I got it from to sort the matter out talk about pass the buck would never recommend to anyone and certainly would never use again shame on you Hermes my parcel made it’s way from way abroad to make it to uk for Hermes to lose it then pass the buck lol joke

Hermes UK .. or is that Herpes UK? Well where do you start? First: Why would anyone want to work for these bunch of losers .. well,lose YOUR items. After having a 15% pay cut .. I would s l o w right down! They have tried three times to locate my address .. everytime a failure. Parcelforce hit there target everytime. Lets have three cheers for Royal Mail/Parcelforce!! Second: Why would anyone trust there business with these lunatics? If I had a buisiness, I would avoid, and stand the cost to my customers personally rather than these cowboys having to handle my delivery requirements. Lots of dissatisfied customers on Trustpilot

I want to leave minus stars....My parcel has had a slight delay and will be on the move within 24 hrs for 5 DAYS! Can't speak to anyone to find out why and Claire's Accessories are just as bad for using them and being unable to help resolve issues! Worst customer service ever! Everyone should just stop using them and put them out of business.

Wouldnt even give 1 star I ordered trainers from sports direct paid for next day delivery £7.99 and still not received them tracked the courier said parcel be with me between 1300 to 1500 hours and at 13.34 said unable to deliver no one knocked as I was in and same today tracked it said deliver today between 1200 and 1400 and got to 13.29 and said unable to deliver why is this I cant contact anyone everytime I speak to that bot saying tracking number and postcode dont match i rang them and had to say tracking number all it said was unable to deliver I'm starting to think my parcel which was trainers cost of £70 has been stolen what can i do

Worst company ever. Unfortunately every time I buy something online and afterwards I get the email saying that Hermes will deliver my parcel I already know I will never receive the item. They lost 2 of my parcels weeks ago and they never find my address. They keep saying they tried to deliver it but that never happens. I think they just do not know where to park near my place so that they can say 'they have tried' when they really did not. The robot doesn't help at all and the fact that you can't really receive assistance from them it is extremely frustrating

The worst courier company that can ever exist on the planet. Very unreliable and unorganised company with poor to no customer service as they do not engage with the customers they have automatic replies and robots to answer queries. Disgusted by them, would never ever recommend. 4 or 5 times either sent me an email that they attempted to deliver when I was at home expecting the package, so they never came, package lost in transit, one attempt then they never tried to redeliver or they couldn’t find the right address. It’s absolutely ridiculous that is why I am leaving reviews everywhere and feedbacks to all companies that I purchase from to find other couriers.

This is the worst delivery company I have ever had dealings with, only had two delivery’s from this company both never delivered when they said they had showed me a map of our street saying this is proof , when trying to get through to customer service a robotic voice reply with a set answer , Talking Robotic voice is not customer service it’s a cop out, and reading all the other comments on here it sounds like somebody at Hermes is stealing our parcels ? Will never buy anything on line again that are using Hermes for delivery, they are crooks

Stunningly unprofessional, complete ineptitude at every level, dishonest and generally morally bankrupt. Hermes was the messenger of the Gods. Hermes UK should be the patron saint of sharp practise and all things wrong with British business.

Terrible company to deal with. i am unable to actually notify them that my parcel was not delivered because the courier has stated he has left my item with a neighbour. There was no card through the door, and I do not know where the parcel was left, but certainly not with me. The chatbot help system is a waste if time, and phoning them was frustrating too. DO NOT USE My Hermes!

Terrible and if i knew that Hermes was going to the company delivering the parcel then I would of had second thoughts before I ordered it. I received an email from them saying my parcel was at the local depot and on its way to you then 3hrs later it said there was a delay and they hoped to get it moving within 24hrs. Parcel was never delivered.....

To all off you who've had a bad experience with Hermes UK. If you bought something online, then your contract is with the seller .. ie M&S, Next or others. They will refund you .. then hopefully these companies will stop using them. If using M&S, write to the CEO .. which is Steve Rowe.
