I ordered a parcel two weeks ago. It said a few days ago my parcel was with my courier. Then a day later it says it’s been delayed. Today I checked and it says I requested to send it back to the sender. I did no such thing! I contacted the retailer and they said Hermes have attempted delivery twice but I was not in. We are in LOCKDOWN of course I am in. Hermes are either stealing parcels or lying about deliveries just so they can still get paid. I’m absolutely outraged and I’m hoping for a full refund!

So fed up with hermes they have delivered here for years got half my let order last week delivered through them but now they can’t find me to deliver the rest they don’t take contact telephone numbers to be able to reach us and it is impossible to navigate there site to get help I will end up going to my supplier for a full refund hermes is very incompetent at times!!!

Appaling service. My first delivery was recorded by the driver as "delivered" but it was not. Trying to contact Hermes was extremely difficult and the only person you can make contact with is a "robot". I therefore contacted the supplier of the goods to advise that I hadn't received the parcel. They then arranged for yet another delivery of the product. Today, when the delivery was again scheduled, I was advised that the driver couldn't find my address despite giving them instructions and my mobile number. I am now waiting for a 3rd attempt by Hermes. I can catergorically say that they are the worst carrier I have ever dealt with.

Absolutely shocking been updated package has been signed for and delivered deffinetly hasn't as been working from home so right next to window with blinds open, says it was signed for at 4.18 today but they sent the email at 3ish. Think the drivers are just stealing packages, will never use any company again who choose hermes to be the courier. If you call its a premium rate number which charges £6.00ppm aswell so don't even attempt to contact them

Waited in all day to be told courier could not find my address. Never had issues with them in the past and no way to contact courier and no one contacted me?! I paid for next day delivery as well. Shocking service

No idea why reputable retailers use Hermes, parcel was out for delivery yesterday, checked tracking it says it was delivered through a letterbox with a photo, not my letterbox! Half an hour later it is out for delivery again, no word from them today. Called the line, you can't actually speak to a person, put the tracking number in and was then advised the parcel hasn't even been received by the sender yet so which is it to be?! I will have to start boycotting retailers that use Hermes.eri

The worst service ever!! Saying they tried to deliver yesterday but apparently no one was in- we are in LOCKDOWN so where on earth would I be?! Then waited 4 hours for the re-delivery attempt today and nothing! Until an email to say parcel had been delivered through a letterbox ?! Total lies! I'm so annoyed!! This company should not be able to operate!

Lying crooks. Avoid at all costs. Insist that my valuable package has been delivered when it hasn't. Can't speak to a real person at Hermes. Why on earth do reputable retailers use them ?

Same as everyone else... tracking a next day delivery just shows days and days of "your address doesn't exist, contact us" updates. House has been here 160 years, so we do exist, and have had three other delivery companies here today already. All attempts to contact Hermes and talk to a human have failed. I wish retailers would stop using them - they're a nightmare.

Whenever I order from mandm direct with Hermes my parcel arrives the very next day. I honestly have never had an issue. Also our local delivery Lady is fantastic

My picture was professionally packed with 50mm shock impact Etha foam on all sides with Superboard outer shell. Still Hermes managed to smash it up, it must have taken a real effort to have smashed it up like that, maybe it was placed flat under hundreds of other parcels even though the contents stated that it was a framed picture. Thd recipient even said they don't know how it's possible to break something packed as well as that. I'm disgusted. And is there anywhere on their website to contact or complain? No, hence I am here. Delivery was also slow. Will never use them again.

I sent a parcel via Hermes booked through Parcel2Go to go to a company in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. The parcel was collected on time on 12th March 2020 and I thought all was fine until I received an email on 25th March (almost 2 weeks later!!!) from a confused customer service rep at AMAZON FIFE to say that the parcel had ended up with them and they were not sure why!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! The kind customer service rep offered to send the parcel to the correct address via Royal Mail recorded delivery for me. Hermes are uncontactable - hence I am having to write this review to warn others. Parcel2Go also uncontactable - I had to open an enquiry online and there is still no update on it!!!! Absolute nightmare - I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

My parcel was sent via a sale of an item last Tuesday. Seller sent me tracking detsils. Said it was signed for by NA on Saturday. I have not received it. Presume it's been stolen by the courier or they couldn't be bothered.

only used myhermes twice, never received my parcel. customer service is rubbish, you won't be able to contact them. i order something online from sport direct, myhermes deliver my order, yesterday, I received an email said my parcel has been delivered and signed, but I was at home all day and I received nothing, i tried to contact them by phone, there are no option to talk to their customer service. my order is missing now. avoid myhermes if you can.

Problem getting to the address.... Seems like a common problem with Hermes at the moment looking at the other reviews. It would be nice if they could give you an update when the parcel was arriving it was supposed to come 2 days ago on their tracking service and is still not here.

Hermes UK provides maybe the worst services possible when it comes to delivering parcels. I have repeatedly had the same issue: parcels did not arrive on time. When tracking the shipment online there is simply NO WAY of contacting them. Things that should be straightforward like track your parcel, contact the driver and contact the company to say the least, are simply impossible with Hermes. Stay away or get ready to waste your time.
