Sent a parcel abroad, after 3 weeks it was returned to me damaged and undelivered. Not able to get compensation or an explanation from their terrible customer services department. Will never use them again.

This morning i got my parcel delivered by Hermes .Comunication with them was exelent.I place order on saturday,got text the same day that they are expecting my parcel.Got other text,. parcel is out for delivery with information about delivery time between 10.00 and 12.00 today.parcel was delivered shortly after 11.00.i got many parcels delivered by driver named ADE.He is the best.many thanks.

Sent my parcel using Hermes, parcel now allegedly ‘lost’. Mmmmm. Now a little boy won’t receive his birthday gift. Avoid this awful company like the plague. Lost parcel ? Yeah, ok !!……..

Ordering from many online retailers who using Hermes delivery services.never got a problem.hermes drivers always in time,prior delivery receiving email or text.they work very hard to do their job.parcel shops good too,returns collected fast.recently i received parcels from SImplyBe,Curvissa,Cottontraders,QVC,JDWilliams.Happy with Hermes .giving them 5 stars.Thank you for our hard work.

Absolutely awful service - avoid! I sent a well packaged parcel to my aunt with ‘FRAGILE’ on and when it arrived to her it was absolutely ripped apart. It was almost as if they read the ‘fragile’ sticker and wanted to do everything to ruin the item. She said they turned up and practically shucked it in front of her front door. I called customer service who genuinely said it wasn’t their problem. I asked to speak to a Senior customer service manager and was told that ‘this isn’t possible’. Well done ‘Gemma’ for the worst customer experience ever. This is the second time I used them. First time was equally as bad as they said they’d pick up at a certain time on a day and didn’t turn up until two days later and then recorded the item as ‘delivered’ hours after they collected it which was impossible! Such a bad awful service. Truly worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my 42 years on this earth !!!

The worst service ever. Parcel was supposed to be delivered two days ago. I haven't received any email from them, updates or contact. So I contacted them via Holly what a load of rubbish. Just says out for delivery due two days ago. So tried calling their contact number which wasn't easily provided. And once I gave my details, they just say out for delivery due on the date of two day prior. I'm absolutely fuming because I urgently needed my item.

After 3 so called 'attempts', after me taking time off work to be in for an important parcel, it still has not been delivered. Not once have I had a delivery on time. If a company use Hermes as a courier, I won't buy from them.

Went to send a Motorcycle battery back - handed to Hermes agent - who accepted it Ok with clear description on labels Messed about by Hermes - eventually told (after 6-8 weeks) that they have a policy not to handle batteries (even sealed ones) They then stole my property and said it was lost / damaged (lies) Hermes are know to then sell lots of these stolen items on auction sites Rubbish company - will never use them again

They either leave your parcel outside the house or they say when they knock they cant pick your parcel up as nowherw to park that they will be back later that day only to find out they said we werent in when we clearly were. Having to wait again today. They also say delivery not requested and say i cancelled it online when i didnt. Horrific service 😡

It does not deserve even a one star. On Thursday 12th of August I dropped 6 parcels to Parcel shop and the last update on all of them is ,,collected by courier at 13:56" on that day. It looks like after that they just disappeared.hoe can you manage to lose 6 parcels at one go?!! Is a van gone missing too?!! Another one from 3 days ago.. I had two parcels from Zara out to delivery on 17th of August at 8 am, one of them was delivered to the locker at 5pm and on the other one there is no update. I hope to courier will enjoy some baby girl clothes!! What does it tell you in the end? Be careful as evidently somebody is stealing! Very sad but I hope that courier will lose his job and end up in prison one day.

Somehow they managed to lose 2 cupboards. Got refund from the vendor but incredible how 2 cupboards can disappear into nothingness. Absolute shambles. Don't know why some big name companies use them when their reputation and service standards are so incredibly poor.

They never deliver to my door either throw it over the gates or leave just inside the gates but the worst was I had a small pack of hay delivered rather than walk up the drive he left it with my neighbour but walked up to my door to put a card saying tried to deliver your parcel but left at neighbours. Another was a fragile item my wheelie bin was at the end of the drive he dropped the article in it and left the bin at my gate this company are disgusting

The worst company ever... I don't how these companies make it to the market. I've never seen such an incompetent staff and bad customer service before. They either steal the packages themselves or they don't know how to proceed with non-delivered items. The waiting time is never being estimated and they always keep on saying: You have to wait. Wait for what: to find out if the driver took the goods for his own or how bad their delivery processes are set? I'll definitely follow up this issue further as I cannot accept such level of unprofessionalism.

I was told Friday 13th nothing then had a email today day between 14.00/16.00 was at my shop from 13.30 got email at 15.35 saying tried to deliver your parcel but no one was in and not a safe place to leave it disgusting service

The driver said that he came to my house at 16:35 which was not truth. I had been waiting outside for the important order and the driver used the same yesterday photo when I missed my order. Update on your parcel 16:35 - Sat Aug 14 Your courier has had an issue with getting to the delivery address. Hermes have been texting and emailing me every day for 6 days letting me know my parcel's out for delivery and will arrive between 18-20:00. Followed by a text to update it to 19-21:00 due to a delay, then a text to say that as I wasn't in, the delivery has been rescheduled. This is despite the fact that I've been in the house all but one of these days, and have given the address of a neighbour to leave it with if not. Every day the same sequence of events - the messages are completely pointless. Begins to feel like harassment, and there's no way of contacting them. Avoid.

No parcel delivered. I have heard that the delivery man is on holiday. Appalling lack of any service, cannot speak to anyone. Will now be contacting the company who used Hermes.
