Diabolical. CCTV on house recorded delivery driver turn up at house, took my large order from tailgate of car,put it on back seat of car, sent a real time update to my phone stating delivered. Then drove off with my goods! Common thief. Video now uploaded to youtube showing zoomed in close up of driver and number plate. In Eastbourne East Sussex.

Most awful company ive ever dealt with, i really wish companies would stop using them as a courier, i have no idea how theyre still in business

Had a parcel 'delivered' but it was nowhere to be seen (was to a company address). Went on the website and entered the tracking number where it proudly proclaimed that a signature was available. Clicked on it - no signature just a line of text saying at had been delivered to our company address. Used the online chat feature, just repeated the same thing. Phoned up went through an automated merry go round and again, was told nothing of any use. Absolutely THE worst experience I have ever had with any courier (And in my job I deal with couriers every day).

Absolutely diabolical, paid for next day delivery got a text to say it would be between 5pm and 7pm. Got a text at 7.30pm to say they were running late and it would be before 9pm. Sat and waited then got a text at 8.30pm to say no one was in. Nobody even tried the door or to contact me to see where I was, even though I was in waiting. Why companies even use this delivery service is beyond me, never had a good experience with them. Plus if you need to contact them there is no way too. Just an online chat that doesn’t work properly

The worst company ever 3 different tracking number tried to deliver 6 times now but I am housebound and haven't been out it is a busser to press and then knock the door

Pathetic service. Inspite of writing to the CEO, my problem was not solved, on the contrary the driver used to deliver my two parcels and they were sent back to the sellers. Shame!! Hermes is the worst .Deserve minus ratings...

Hermes-How is it still functioning in 2020 For Hermes they should start from "half a star" as in utterly bad. Their services are so bad that makes even Yodel look good although Yodel is classed as top 1 worse delivering company. My parcel is being delayed up to 48hr due to the size of the package and it has to be delivered by a Hermes specialist (had no idea they have that). How come they had no idea about the size of the package... Like nobody knew... Not the sender, hermes collection point, drivers, branches, hubs. Probably it was categorised as "yay big". I tracked it and went to the depot that has it- Brooklands branch, Weybridge in this case-and got no help at all. When I asked about a customer service number, all I got was "google it". Really hard to face the professionalism here. Found the customer service chat online.... Do not know what was the point of that. No help again. Coming from a background of some years of working in deliveries for two big companies, I really do not see why I was not permitted to personally collect my parcel and how come Hermes is still on the market.

the delivery driver has just trampled all over my flowers in front garden , told him and he made rude hand gesture .. really angry about it cant even complain to them no contact

Within 1 week Hermes missed ALL 3 deliveries from my 3 online orders. Every time I tracked, I saw "there's a slight delay...' and I never received my parcel on the assigned day but one or two days later with no updating upon tracking. Very unreliable courier to be avoided.

Worse company ever. People should avoid them like a plaque infact they need to be reported. I have been waiting for my parcel for over a week now, the tracking information has not been updated since last week, l managed to speak to one of their customer service who was so rude and cut off the phone. I called again and was put on hold for close to 30 minutes then the line cut off again. This is my last time of using, they are thieves and should be reported. People pls avoid them

Three days I stayed in for a collection from an agent who lives in the same village! Too large a parcel to fit in my saloon car but wirhin limits. For this reason it had to be collection. Spoke to customer service three times and each time they tried to ring the useless ba***rd that lives in Selsey-no response. They emailed him and his manager supplying my number but neither could be bothered to respond. Having explained the problem with size and my car the imbecile on 'live chat' suggested I take parcel to 'drop off' shop! NEVER AGAIN!

Appalling. Hermes did not deliver my parcel and I waited all day for it. The driver recorded that the item was delivered. I managed to get hold of the drivers phone number and he said he would deliver it the next day. The parcel never came. It’s impossible to contact Hermes and they have stolen my parcel. Disgusted. Appalling company - I not refuse to order anything online from place who use Hermes as the courier!

Ordered from TMLewin, tracking showed to be delivered between 12 & 2, received a note that it has been delivered at 19:52, with a picture of a door which is not ours!!! I sent emails to both TMLewin & Hermes that this is wrong & false!! Finally received the package next day at 12'ish. So they lied on the update that it was delivered yesterday at 19:53. I've had very bad experience with Hermes & I tend not to order if the courier are the same. In this day & age when we rely & trust on technology, this company is just untrustworthy & unreliable. Am sorry to rant but am used to receiving accurate updates. The picture sent was not of our address also they hadn't delivered yesterday BUT today a day later!!!

No driver turned up. I was at home during the hours of supposed delivery. No attempt made to delicer parcel. Yet stating that nobody was at home. This is untrue as I have a view of our front door and I can confirm that no attempt was made to deliver the parcel. Very annoying !!

Very bad experiance Hermes driver… Very bad experiance Hermes driver picked up my parcel from parcelshop according to the shop but was not scanned or taken to depot. Now are Hermes employing drivers without checking their dbs and our parcels are being stolen. How can a box weighing 9.5kg get lost or not be seen anywhere in the depot just makes no sense. If it was a lightweight item like a letter or small packet its understandable. Now my 9.5kg parcel according to Hermes is lost. Never use Hermes rather pay Royal Mail or Parcelforce the bit extra atleast the delivery is gauranteed.

My parcel was delivered but once again why can't the driver be honest and say 'left in porch', it is very annoying when you get the email saying'parcel delivered and signed for', not true...again. When you try to contact, it's impossible to get through or you speak to some robot on live chat that doesn't have the vocabulary to recognised 'I am not happy with Hermes'
