They don't answer the phone call will never call u back. And will never book ur flight and will try to keep ur money. I had to call my bank to dispute this..

I had booked shrushti farms shahpur in feb month 2021 the property is really very nice with lots of activities but food is quiet ok ....overall it was a good experience ..I just cut one marks because there was no variety of foods and little bit ok ok food quality.

Don't do business with Myholidays.com! I have called on the same day of my ticket purchase to cancel it. First the agent said there will be a $30 per person fee, then they said a $15 per person fee and then no fee. Then I got a call back saying that no refund is possible and I have to call United Airlines, a company that never received any payment directly from me, and ask THEM for a refund. By law, any company gives a 24 hour grace period for cancellations, without a fee. By Myholidays.com company policy, which anyone can find on their website it also states that a customer can cancel within the 24 hour period for a refund, NO CANCELATION FEE IS MENTIONED. I am very disappointed since this was my first time using this company for ticket purchases. Not to mention after I bought the tickets I got a call back saying the price has changed and now I have to pay more, which should have been a red flag to me. Horrible customer service with employees raising their voices at me and my boyfriend, now they blocked my number because I had tried reaching the office and was told "You will receive a call back." Never received it, called from a different number and they answered right away. I should have checked all these negative reviews beforehand.

I booked and paid for 2 return tickets on line. Covid-19 struck, the event I was traveling to was cancelled. I emailed myholidays and cancelled my bookings giving almost 2 months notice. When I did not hear anything further from them regarding refund/credit I contacted them again. As the days went by with back and forward emails to myholidays the booking date had passed after which I contacted Virgin, and discovered myholidays did not cancel my bookings and I was regarded as a "no show". myholidays refused to give me credits. DO NOT deal with myholidays, they are dishonest and will take your money and give you nothing. They are not an accredited agent with ATAS which leaves Australians without any come back. I believe they are an agency based in Qatar, Middle East and on their e-ticket they have a Sydney phone number connected to an answering machine at all hours of the day and night so they are uncontactable.

Yes MyHolidays is a scam. I just booked a business class ticket on Singapore air and when I checked the booking on the Singapore web site they booked it as an economy ticket. I double checked my receipt email and it says business class. I will be filing a credit card dispute. Do not book with these people.

These guys are a bunch of scammers avoid at all cost. They charge you and them demand for more money and when you do not agree to pay they keep your money for a while till you get tired. After payment they send a confirmation mail saying I will get the tickets in 30 minutes. 1. Had to call them inquiring about tickets when i didn't receive it after an hour. Then they demand for more money which I refused to do 2. Then they delay sending tickets, then when i call again in the evening they say they cannot do the booking as 2 passengers names are too long. I said refund me back the money.Then they kept on delaying the refund process. 3. Their customer support team located somewhere in India I believe sounds really dodgy and has no skills of customer service. They are talking as if they are sleeping and keeps you on hold number of times and has no idea of customer support or concern about your problem. 4. Luckily I paid via my credit card and managed to work with my bank to get the money back. However I wasted lot of time and effort with these scammers. Avoid at all cost. I am going to report these fellows to SkyScanner as well as they shoal not have listed them in the first place. Read reviews of others and you will see a pattern of similar problems. should have done that before paying them which was my mistake. I learnt my lesson. I manged to get my tickets for less directly from the domestic providers here with no fuss after all this dramas.

Did a ticket reservation for $856, thenext day I got an email stating that they are unable to confirm my reservation, by that time all the prices went up over $1000. I got asked to pay a $150 to fix their mistake

First booking went okay though the site was not very helpful the pricing was nice. Which is why I tried to use them the next time - that is when the bait and switch kicked in. We were on our vacation and decided on a whim to go to Greece since we were close already. I queued up the flights I wanted. Price was great. I put in the relevant info but the credit card was declined. I noticed then that the reason for the decline was that the price changed from 200 to over 800 dollars. The site gave NO WARNINGat all. Thankfully I do not keep much on that debit card. I understand that prices sometimes change on fares pretty quick though I have never seen then quadruple and I have ALWAYS been warned and given another chance to change my mind. just for fun I logged out of the site then in on another machine and queued up the same flights again. Yep, they were listed still at 200 dollars and once again when I pushed submit I got a decline (different card also low limit) and once again the screen that came up after the refusal showed the price as over 800 dollars. Classic bait and switch tactics!!!! I would not recommend anyone use myholidays.com BTW I did email customer support and received a rather rude reply telling me my card had declined so the booking didn't go through (duh). I emailed back trying to explain what I had said in my first message, another reply this time telling me the increase was due to a price change from the carrier and was out of their control. This was not a price change, prices do not quadruple in 1 minute. If it had been a price change the user should be told and given the opportunity to reconsider. Again classic bait and switch. This is the most dishonest thing I have encountered on the Internet, and I shop online a lot.
