“Myntra customer care jhuth bolte hai mujhe wrong product deliver kr ke usko pas lene ni ate Refund bhi vapas ni krte ye wrong product be deliver, Karte aur uske baad usko pic bhi ni krte plz be alert inse mehnge product ni lena”

“I had placed an exchange order 20 days before. After 20 days still the product has not reached and customer care always gives the same answer everyday without any update. Nothing was done on the complaint. Finally I got the delivery person number and they are refusing to deliver the product saying technical issue. Myntra gets customer money and they least bother to refund the amount even after the delivery is delayed for 20 days. Worst experience calling customer service everyday with no solution.”

“I was cheated by Myntra. They falsely charged me for an undelivered product. After so many complaints and escalations they just shamelessly lied that we have delivered the product and cannot provide any refunds. Don't buy from myntram. They just cheat the customers and keep their money for something they have not even provided. HORRIBLE experience.”

“They delivered me a wrong product. I raised a return requests. The pick person came and refused to pick my order as the product did not match the image. But then if they have delivered me a wrong product, how would it match with the image of the product I ordered? At least 4 times I reached customer care, each time different person assured I will get an exchange, but it never happened. A number of pick up executive came ( one was a minor below 18) and each of them refused to pick my order. I faced a lot of harassment. Sometimes the pick up executive will not even come but it will be marked they came . Finally, I had to accept defeat and keep the wrong product. I had all proofs, CCTV footages screenshots. But I don't want to get into the dirt.”

“I ordered four things based on my previous experience with them ,now my ordered things are unreachable to me there is only written updates that we tried to contact you and we were not able to reach you ,in fact no one tried to contact for delivery and this has happened with all the four items I placed the order.I think they should close there website.if you try to contact them they are unreachable. FRAUDERSTERS”

“Extremely unhappy wjth my previous purchase. Ordered 3 pair of jeans but recieved one. Your investigation says it's delivered but are not ready to share any kind of pictures or evidence. I have shared the picture of the package I received. This is absurd I have been an insider and shopping for more than 5yrs. Never had any issue and this time myntra team closes the case without investigating from customers end. How can you do that. I need my product or money back. I have all the calls recorded where your team denies of any evidence and pictures taken when the package left the delivery centre.”

“Hi Nandita Sinha, I hope you are the CEO. We have placed an order under Order # 126730808965512708101 Date: May 11 2024- Kuchipoo pack of 5 T-shirts Boys for my Kids with Myntra online shopping. Still now we didn't receive the dress from Myntra- when we contact your customer service - we got a response that we already received dress, when we ask to whom it is handover (POD) or any person name. we didn't get any proper response. Also, if Myntra product delivery to customer - we need to inform PIN number, we didn't get material and we didn't share any pin with any one. My wife felt bad, bcoz we order this dress for our kids- the response from customer service is very poor - we thought file a case in consume court. before that I was searching, I got you in LinkedIn - Pls check and take immediate action to get product or return our money back. we don't want to cheat by online shopping company. I will also post this google review. Hope you understand - the hard feeling of parents.”

“This product I received with damage... when I talked with customer care, they said we verified it n we checked quality it good... if it's good, then how I get defective product...and main thing is they did not refund it or exchange it... now how much photo n tell them is comes with defected I don't know.. It's a very bad experience with myntra.. In fact, there's customer care and also have seance It's very bad experienced with myntra n it was a birthday gift very bad.and What should I do with a defective shirt It's true... dont worry, I will give it on google...”

“MYNTRA IS A FRAUD AND CHEATER IF YOU ARE APPLYING ANY BANK OFFER AND DUE TO ANY REASON (SIZE NOT AVAILABLE, ITEM DAMAGE ETC) THEY WILL EAT UP ALL BANK DISCOUNT FROM OTHER ITEMS ALSO AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU BACK ANY REFUND. MYNTRA IS A CHEATER.... Very very disappointed 👎👎👎”

“I ordered Iron from myntra, they delivered a USED N OLD Iron. I immediately ordered for a replacement. Next day the delivery guy turned up, and seing the Iron, REJECTED IT because of its POOR QUALITY and Used. He told me to “contact the customer care” But the customer care people say that we have given it to you after checking the quality. They are not ready to listen to anything.”

“I had a bad experience with Myntra. They do not have any authorized person to handle exceptions. Had to lise around 7k. Myntra’s return policy is the worst. Either they have to modify the policy or provide correct descriptions and pictures if the product.”

“I have got very bad experience with this product. Because I have ordered 8 in 1 foot kit and they send me different kit. I have received wrong product.which is totally different from the original one. I raised my complaints so many times. And every time they declined my query. I didn't received strong reply from Myntra. They didn't exchange my wrong product. In my opinion, don't buy this product, because it is useless when you don't receive what u want. Very very disappointed 👎👎👎”

“I ordered a yellow ladies belt and they sent a brown gets belt. And there is no option to return it. When I go to the return tab, it changes the action to exchange and does not show the product that I actually intended to buy and placed order. Myntra is a prime example of extremely unprofessional and unethical business practices.”

“Myntra runs a scam!! They really have problems in servicing customers. Tried ordering 2 pairs of HRX shoes by Hrithik Roshan. The first time they sent me a completely different shoe. After numerous calls and chat exchanges, returned the wrong pair. The second time, they sent me a size 9 in place of size 10. This time , since I was travelling, I was unable to apply for return or exchange. Their customer service clearly told me they cannot do anything about my problem. Well mistakes happen, but when it's repeated, it's very clear that the company is cheating the customers of their hard earned money. They have zero integrity and work ethics. So all of you out there, be very mindful of what you order and from whom. If its MYNTRA, be rest assured you will not receive what you ordered. They reek of fraudulent practices”

“I have ordered for red chief shoe from myntra. In the ad it was written that every first order should receive a discount of Rs 300. But unfortunately when I tried to apply the coupon code, it didn't work. Moreover there is no direct number to contact myntra, neither an email address exists.”
