Expensive jewelry handled with care. You have to be informed about customs costs though! You cannot blame the company for the customs costs that are normal for any intercontinental shipping. For a 1000 dollar jewelry ordered to Romania, it is normal to pay additional 200 dollars added tax to the state and 35 dollars additional costs to the courier company for third party handling of comunication with the gouvernmental customs authority (that is after you paid for the basic shipping to your country, which was 25 dollars in my case -> depends on weight + 12 dollars advanced pictures -> the advanced pictures are optional)

This seems to be the only site with consistently negative feedback. Largely because of the price. Of shipping, not the service. I myself was grateful for a one year premium membership, and still found it cheaper all up than buying in store in my country. Postage recently got substantially more affordable to my region. I use them to buy clothes in particular, and yes. It will be an expensive mistake if you get the wrong size but thats on you, they let you know what the item will cost to be sent, you can deny.

Don't listen to those who say it takes long, that it is a scam etc. The price estimate tool is just an estimate, you have to be ready to pay a different price and if you don't want you have to pay to send the package back to the seller, this is how it works and will always work, shipping company can just estimate the cost of operation based on the period of the year, the disponibility of couriers, the border restrictions, tax rules and all of this. Plus you need to tell myus that a package is coming to them with all the detail with a large enough advance, this is in order to have them informed that it is your order and best get ready to where it is to send. Also shipping time are just an estimate, same reasons as before.

Great service! Delivery costs are fantastically low. It says here that other services are cheaper. I don't know, I guess if you order dome clothes. If heavy equipment like I have, MyUs has $50 shipping and the others have $239+ (for $176 worth of items). Plus the service prevented me from buying from scammers that I inadvertently ordered items from. Speed of delivery - all your praise, very fast. If customer service is not responding - you have to wait a day or write to fb asking them to look into the issue. In general, I will use only this company. Thanks for the great service!

Actually I am impressed with how they served me as a new member. So far, my experience with MYus is beyond my expectation. 1. The customer service is top notch! They handled me really well and I never been waiting for more than a minute to be served. 2. When I decided to bought my Backpack from thenorthface.com, I found that I didn't have to pay the tax. Turns out, it was caused by my tax-free address given by MYus (this was actually reduced my expense around $16). 3. TruePrice feature, I love it. It allows me to know my shipping cost in advance. Compare to other agents, their "Budget Economy" option is the cheapest I found. 4. Long story short, I got a promotional email that says will cut off my first ever shipping cost by 20%-30%. However, by the time I found this email, I was already signed up directly to their website so it wasn't applied to my account. Then I talked to Mr. Roderick (customer service), he decided to escalate my story to his higher management, so hopefully my request will be granted in the near future. Actually I'm still okay with my current shipping price ($37), but I what care is their willingness to give me the best price available. I can imagine if the promotion is applied to my account then it's even cost me cheaper, again it's saved me another $6. So as you guys already know, the less you pay for the product and shipping cost, the less duties & taxes you need to pay. With my calculation, I could save up to $60. With that amount of money, I can feed a full McDonald meal for 12 persons in my country (Indonesia) during this Ramadhan. Overall, MyUS as a company, is truly inspiring me to do better to my own company. This company has different level of service! I love it!

I notice these guys are getting a lot of negative reviews during COVID so I just wanted to weigh in on those concerned or still waiting. I am in Australia and got $1500 worth of goods sent to me via MyUS, I was worried when I saw these reviews and they did not process my package. But this was easily resolved by reaching out to them on their facebook page. My package took about 5 weeks all up to process and then get here in another 5 days. I used FedEx Priority which was $100 but I was given a discount of $20 making it $80 including the added GST to get through customs. I have had no account keeping charges as I signed up using the free account. TL:DR if you are waiting on a package from these guys contact em on facebook and they'll get a hold of you in a few days. Your package is safe and will get to where it needs to be!
