Horrible customer service, poor quality items, incorrect sizing. All around BAD.

NASTYGAL? More like NASTY-CRAP! This website really honors their "NASTY" name. I ordered twice for them and I was appalled by the awful quality of the items, probably the worst quality clothes in my 10+ years of online shopping experience--I ordered a silver jacket and it looked like I wrapped myself with cheap aluminum foil when I tried it on and the two t-shirts I ordered lasted only three washes (their print and color came off soon afterwards). The sizes are totally off as well and the fitting is really weird. Their clothes look like a child has made them, and apparenty that's the case. Waste of time and money. I cut my losses and didn't even bother to send them an email cause I didn't want to pay another $15 to send them back. Obviously, DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

I've ordered from the company 3 times - and shame on me. Sizing is inaccurate, my 9 year old niece could wear the dresses I ordered in my usual size the first time, but not an adult. Second time, the dress was too large, and same with this third and last time. Shipping is spotty, takes way too long and costs too much. Have a return? Pay to ship it back, if you have a return - just resell it. A skirt for $15 that's as long as I am tall made from cheap Halloween dime store costume material, shouldn't cost as much to return. The company plays at being high end shein but with cheaper materials, terrible sizing and lousy customer service. I have yet to have an issue with shein, and their customer service is helpful. I placed an order through nasty girls app glitch app, and was never sent a confirmation, finding customer service contact info is not fun, and when you do it's several people responding at once, all asking for the same info over and over but their solution is to shrug, and tell you you're welcome to go buy it all again and hope you get it this time. Garbage company. If a company doesn't have any reviews, move along. It's a sign they know they're awful and probably should have folded when they filed for bankruptcy in 2016. Don't support this problematic company.

I ordered a dress on March 31 for a wedding in May. I received a delivery date of April 9, and when the dress wasn't here I received guaranteed delivery date of April 19. The dress was still not delivered. I struggled to get in contact with anyone in their customer service just to find out they only have an online chat to speak to representatives. I told the representative how my dress was late and the delivery date has changed twice now so I'm worried that it will never be delivered and I've been scammed, to which the representative closed the chat on me. A couple days later I got in contact with another representative who said if I don't have the dress by May 3 I will get a refund. I took a screenshot of this because I know they will just change the delivery date again and try not to refund me. Now after contacting yet another representative, the tracking information has updated and they tell me I have to wait until May 10 to get my refund if the dress still isn't here. Whether I get this dress or not, this has been an unnecessary hassle, and I would like to recommend anyone reading this to not buy a single thing from this scam of a company.

This company is absolutely terrible. Their clothes are cheaply made and customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. It took a month to receive an order that was supposed to be a gift. When I tried to return a few items that did not fit and were incredibly poor quality, they would not allow the return because it had been too long from ordering. Never again, and stay away

Perfect name for this horrible company don’t order from them I received my order and the cloths are terrible!!!!!!!! I have been trying to reach out to this company no luck. There phone number is disconnected. The service is horrible and so is the clothing. If there were zero stars or minus 5 stars I would rate this NASTY company that . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

I ordered some boots from nasty gal. I paid 20 something and when i went back on the site they were marked down to $12. After i received the shoes i saw why they were marked down to $12. I could have bought these boots from the beauty supply store tbh. They are not heavy and feel cheap, like costume boots. Im upset.

i paid €6 for two day delivery. contacted them today as a week later my parcel hasn’t even had its scan into the depo. i contacted customer service whom stated i’d have to wait another 14 days for my products or a potential refund. i brought up that legally i’m entitled to be issued a refund today due to false advertising. Once i brought up legal matters they ended the conversation instantly. absolutely appalling behavior out of a company.

I purchased some clothes from Nastygal some days ago, and contacted them about some items that wasn’t correct in size or color. 1. After writing them an email I got a reply that they needed pictures, I tried sending these back to the same agent I was talking to, but I got an autoreply telling me that the inbox was full so that I couldn’t continue the correspondance by mail. I therefore had to message them again on facebook. 2. The sizing of a papir of pants i bought in Large would barely fit my sister who is a small/medium in size. She uses a size 36 in pants european sizing and the large pants in the one papir I bought was barely big enough for her to squeeze in. The size guide told me that the large would be between a size 40-42 in European sizing. In other words the sizing wasn’t just a little bit off, But completely wrong. 3. I bought another papir of pants that looked completely grey on the pictures they have on their site, in reality these are Green. Really not What I was expecting. They didn’t slightly differ in color, they weren’t the same color as the picture at all. The color name was sage, but I honestly didn’t think much of it since I obviously buy clothes online after considering the picture of the item. 4. When I tried contacting them on Facebook and asking if they had any other solution than to return them, they couldn’t help me. I sent them a lot of pictures of both the items and also sent them a detailed description of what went wrong. I sent them a picture of the green pants and a picture of their grey picture compared. I also sent them pictures of the small pair of pants with measuring next to it so they could see the size for them selves. I told them that I live in Norway and that the cost for shipping from Norway back to the US would cost me more than what the refund would be if I returned the items, so I asked if they could compensate in any other way. No they could not. The customer service I was talking to didn’t show any understanding of the matter and just quoted the terms and conditions that “pictures and sizes could vary from item to item, and might not match the picture or sizing completely”. I tried saying that this wasn’t just a little bit off. That on the one hand I had two completely different colors - grey on the picture vs green in real life, and the picture didn’t show the slightest hint of green. Also the sizing wasn’t just a little bit off, an item that was supposed to be large was barely a small medium at best. My experience is that the customer service really can’t/won’t help you with anything. You have to return the items if you want anything done, and pay for the return yourself, even if their advertising is not correct at all. You basically have to fix everything yourself and if you aren’t happy with the purchase, the solution of returning the items might also be more expensive than just throwing away the clothes instead.

If I could award 0 stars then I would. On ordering as I paid I received a message saying error and returned to main page with basket empty. Tried to purchase same items agsin but told one out of stock. Selected another item instead and when paying got the same error. 20 mins later got 2 emails saying successful purchase. Tried to cancel but no phone number, email not working. By thee time they responded 24 hrs later it was to late to cancel. Items didn't fit so returned. The automated help is also useless. Now have been refunded on only 3 of the 4 purchases. Without doubt the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune to have had to deal with.

My package never ordered. I guess they’re connected to boohoo. BC boohoo emailed me saying I can no longer buy things from them anymore. Both of my apps do not work now. I did not get they’re packages!Horrible customer service, you can never get in touch with a single person and now both of my abs are down and will not work. I don’t even care about the refund at this point point I will take legal action and make a police report because this isn’t fixed

I ordered these shoes a 1/2 size larger in preparation for it to be tad bit big with socks would have been comfortable. Had an event to go to and the shoes showed up the day before the event. I ordered a size 9 and the shoe is too snug and too tight. Had to wear the shoe the next day was very uncomfortable and now cant return. This is the worst ever. There is no way in the world this is a USA size 9. The website stated US size 9. This is whole reason I ordered a size up. Wont be ordering this every again. If you are trying to order shoes, stop and think about it first.

I am started to think this company is a scam. I never received anything I ordered and they didn’t refund me my money. They claimed the package got lost. It must be a scam. This never happened before to me.

HORRIBLE horrible horrible experience. Buyers beware! I would 100% think this was a fraudulent company with how they've treated me if it wasn't for friends also purchasing stuff from them in the past somewhat succcessfully. I couldn't receive ANY help from their CS team until I wrote a bad review and then as soon as I did, someone emailed me literally saying "your order is LIKELY lost in the mail but you need to wait until 4/21 to delcare it lost". That is 25 days AFTER the guaranteed delivery date. This has been a terrible inconvenience and to make it worse Nasty Gal has offered NOTHING to make it right other than a meaningless scripted, "sorry". Oh! and they said if I want my items resent (over 5 weeks after they supposedly shipped) then it would be "subject to stock" ie they can't even guarantee I receive my items after they've already been PAID for. Horrible is an understatement. I will take legal action if nothing is resolved in the coming weeks. I can't believe this is the level of customer service (ie basically NO customer service) that they provide to paying customers.

Don’t wast your time or money with this company. Your order takes FOREVER to get to you and it’s often not even correct. And this is based off of three individual ordered from them... I should have learned my lesson the first time but gave them another chance. Don’t order from them.

My biggest problem with this company is there is no where to find reviews on their shipping or support. They do not give you an explanation of where your package is coming from so it’s an overall frustrating experience. I don’t know if this applies to all the countries that nasty gal ships to but if you’re in the US do not waste your time. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on March 21st. By the 30th I was already concerned because the tracking info literally doesn’t show anything. My understanding is that it’s coming through customs but basically it doesn’t show up until fedex gets the package in the US. My package was delayed even though I had already spoken to customer service and they told me to wait the 9 days and then reach out. Finally the package arrived and the second I tried on the first pair of shoes they broke. The boots I had ordered didn’t fit over my calves (this isn’t nasty gals fault but because of how big of a hassle it was to receive I didn’t want to go through the return process and waste more of my time.) and the third pair of shoes never showed up. I reached out again to customer service and they offered me a partial discount on the broken shoe stating it should be an easy fix. I asked about the third pair and at this point I received a second tracking number on April 3rd from the customer service person. This was the first time there was any correspondence or mention of the second package or that they were shipping separately. The website showed no information on this and the agent didn’t mention it until I asked. I have yet to receive my 3rd pair of shoes it is April 10th and the tracking info still shows nothing. There’s no way to tell if it has in fact left their facility.
