“We bought the set of 2 faux leather counter bar stools and they are great quality very easy to assemble, no tools needed. Really well packaged and arrived undamaged. I’m really happy with the purchase. Very comfortable seat and big enough for adults to sit on. Delivery took 2 days(we’re on the West Coast)”

“I had an amazing experience with the customer service team! Not only did they respond promptly to my initial email regarding missing parts and brackets for my bathroom hardware - I'm the one who lost those parts - but they also followed up diligently even after the delivery to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. The attentive support truly made a difference, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you for going above and beyond! And thank you, Susana!”

“Great little sofa for my office. Very good quality for the price. I was particularly impressed by the quality/look of the wood legs. Shipping was super fast and the whole thing was fairly easy to put together, however, the instructions fail to mention you do need a screwdriver for the center support leg. All around, a simple, good piece of furniture!”

“I recently got couches for my new home and I had a very minor problem with one of them and I called costumer service and I cannot brag enough about how amazing their service was as well as the quality of everything that I have bought. I have gotten 2 couches, 3 barstools, a living room chair, a coffee table & a TV stand and everything has been so easy and fast to assemble!”

“This is my first experience with Nathan James and definitely won't be my last. They got exceptional customer service and amazing people working over there. I bought a table and had a minor issue with it. As soon as I told them about the issue, they helped me all the way to making sure that I received the replacement and making sure nothing was wrong with it. I dealt with Angel from customer service and she is by far the best customer service rep that I have experience. Trust me, I have bought from top brands with so called exceptional customer service. Thank you and hope to spread the word.”

“I have never experienced better customer service than I have with Nathan James. Angel, specifically is the reason why I went from a curious customer to a lifelong advocate for Nathan James. She was so kind and helpful, and exceeded every expectation I had. She answered my questions promptly and did everything she could to put a smile on my face and I am so grateful. Also, Nathan James has insanely fast shopping and gorgeous pieces of furniture. 15/10 could recommend. Making a second purchase as I type.”

“We ordered chairs from NJ. They were easy to assemble and beautiful. However, they just didn’t look right with my table. I was able to return them easily and for a full refund! I was blown away how easy the made the process. The customer service is EXCELLENT! Next time I am shopping for furniture, I will go here first!”

“What an awesome experience! I called to inquire about part that went missing on a table that I ordered about 20 months ago and they sent me a few replacements quicky, at no charge. As of that didn't impress me enough, they sent me Godiva chocolates as a thank you for my patience. I thought their service was highly responsive and quick before getting the chocolate! Top notch product and customer service exceeded my expectations!”

“Wow! I am really amazed by the quality of this shelf. Most other websites would have this shelf listed for at least twice the price. It was packaged very well. Assembly was easy. I did it myself in a few minutes. I did need help to hang it in the wall because of the weight and needing to get it on the keyhole hangers. I am brainstorming areas in my house to put a second!”

“I recently had an excellent experience with Nathan James. When I accidentally broke the glass globes in a light fixture I purchased from them, their team went above and beyond. As they don't offer replacement parts currently, they surprised me by sending an entirely new light fixture. Their generosity didn't stop there; they even followed up with a small gift of chocolates. “On top of the great design for affordable prices, it is so refreshing to get the level of customer service that Nathan James provided. After receiving an item that was slightly damaged, we called and were met with a helpful, pleasant and efficient representative who had a replacement sent out. We received the new piece less than a week later. We got a follow up email to make sure the replacement piece met expectations and i just received chocolates from them thanking us for our patience. Literally the best service I have ever seen. Congratulations Nathan James - not an easy task these days! You have a new loyal customer.”

“Ordered 2 nightstands. An hour into assembly realized it had the wrong parts. 2 bottoms and no top. So the top would be full of holes. Opened the second to check, same thing. Garbage. They’re sending 2 more but I have zero confidence they’ll be correct. So I’ll have a garbage can full with 4 Nathan James nightstands.”

“Just bought cabinets from Nathan James and they were perfect. I did have an issue with one of the items and they sent me a whole new one and a gift for the inconvenience. By far the best customer service I have ever seen”

“I'm so impressed Nathan James' products. They are thoughtfully designed and well-made and the prices are great! On top of that, their customer service is out of this world. I can't remember if I've ever received so much care and consideration from a company. I'm absolutely blown away, so I've been recommending them to everyone I know. There was a little problem with one of the shelves I received, so I emailed their customer service. I thought it would take at least several days for me to get any kind of response or assistance, so I left town for the rest of the week and didn't check my email. Claire had immediately responded, and made sure that the issue was resolved. I returned home from my trip to find a new replacement already at my door. Claire had done all the work for me, and I didn't have to go through call after call or email after email to get some kind of a resolution. Nathan James is a keeper for me, and I will continue to buy their products and support them.”
