“I was extremely impressed and pleased at the stellar customer service I received! All my questions answered and I didn’t feel rushed in any way to pick a mattress. My senior mother was treated respectfully as well. There was no over selling or pressure to buy top end. Very happy :))”

“Great customer service and overall experience and a wide variety to choose from. The best thing I liked was the sales representative was very helpful while showing the mattress he understood what we were looking for and showed is all the mattress in our criteria without focusing too much on all sorts of tech specs like number of coils, cooling gel etc etc. He made me try multiple mattress and just told us about basic quality of mattress and how good it is. Best thing was he didnt push us too much like other places sales people do, he gave me and my wife good space to discuss, try and make our mind if we want to buy or not. I infact liked a mattress at Bricks as well that was even $50 cheaper than National mattress matress that I liked but I decided to go with National mattress just because the sales rep was noce and didnt push me like the other store sales rep was pushing me to buy.”

“Well, I was reluctant at first,to be honest..but everything went so smooth in the end. Communication with shipping was only over the e-mail but pretty straight forward. Be aware if you live outside GTA, they will choose the delivery date,-twice a week- but considering that the shipping itis FREE, it's understandable. Very impressed by the track my order system..right on time. Staff friendly, product sealed properly... time will tell how it will last. Thank you!”
