“It was my first time visiting your store on Dundas St in Mississauga. What I found definitely led me to my decision to purchase there. Everyone from front desk to the staff on floor were so helpful with such good temperament. I was encuraged to lie on the mattress to ensure my comfort. I found them not pushy, yet informative and they were able to answer all my questions and work with me on my measurement requirements. When I placed my order on November 5, everything was explained to me regarding changes to my mattress if not satisfied. Even after I placed the order and got home, I re-measured and called in a change to my boxspring size and once more, no hesitation for that change and immediately sent the invoice. I would rate you the best in customer satisfaction and would most definitely recommend you to my familym friends, neighbours or whomever is looking to make a purchase. I was also impressed with the explanation on quality of sheets you sell. Keep up your good work and you will always stay in business!”

“I visited the outlet near Mississauga. The associates were really helpful ful and you will be given ample of time to test the mattresses by sleeping them on which impresses me and this will help us know the best fit for you and all this with a reasonable price,warranty and support”

“I was hoping the company would be what it was. I badly needed a mattress Queen size. I visited several stores around but the pricing was crazy and the sales people obnoxious with their chic appearance and pushing to a more expensive selection. At National Mattress they showed me the non glamorous room and I tried every mattress, found what I needed, the guy came back asking if I needed something and that was it. Pricing is affordable. Very easy service which is the part that blows me away.”

“To be completely honest, we didn't have high expectations when we came to National Mattress considering how good the pricing was. But WOW, we were blown away by the customer service. Our associate Arnold told us he isn't on commission and helped us with valuable info on each model. He wasn't pushy in any way. When it came to buy, he checked all the promotions to ensure we got all the discounts and arranged for delivery within four days. When we had a couple of questions, we called customer service and again they responded immediately. You don't get this level of service at a luxury hotel today. It was incredible. Highly recommended. We will definitely buy from National Mattress again.”

I've been on all mattress companies. yours is the best Great customer service fast delivery Mattresses could have better labeling A handle to carry would help a lot. Even on the plastic wrap I bought a firm mattress but it's medium to firm at best. Quality wasn't good”

“I recently purchased a mattress from National Mattress, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The mattress is great—comfortable and affordable, exactly what I was looking for. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the selection process easy and enjoyable. While I haven't had any complaints about my purchase, I don't have any experience with their return process, so I can't comment on that. Overall, I highly recommend National Mattress for anyone in need of a quality mattress at a great price!”
